We went with R3modeling to finish our basement and couldnt be happier. Pat is the front man and is awesome to work with. He has very high attention to detail from coming over to give us a quote to keeping the project on schedule to finishing it up. He is very personable and was very patient with all of our ideas and changes we made. Errol was wonderful to work with and as far as the labor goes Raf is an all star. We no longer call our basement the basement, we call it downstairs because its so beautifull now. Overall an excellent company to do business with. Very competitive pricing. We spent 2 years planning and designing our unfinished basement which included multiple gaming entertainment areas, kitchen, office, bathroom, and home theatre. We finally decided to move forward and spent 6-12 months thoroughly interviewing vetting 4 local contractors. We decided R3 was the best fit for this project. We were confident that they would pay attention to every detail to turn the space into our dream lower level. They approached the project with professionalism and also did research that was needed to complete the perfect THX ATMOS certified home theatre. Working along side Patrick, Errol, and the Aranda Brothers made this daunting remodel a good experience. They were there throughout the process listening to our needs and wants for the space. They also contributed many ideas and suggestions throughout the process. They are very detailed oriented and took pride in their work. R3 also isn’t a company that disappears after the work is complete. We had a few warranty items come up after project completion and they addressed them without any issues. They were true partners with us in this huge remodeling project. We highly recommend R3 for any small or large project. It was an absolute pleasure working with them to design and build our dream basement. They gave us the ULTIMATE Lower Level that are family and friends will always enjoy.

We had out Master bathroom done a few months ago. Pat and his team were amazing from start to finish and even after they finished! They created a design that was exactly what we had envisioned. The workers were extremely professional and did a great job. Any concern we had was immediately addressed. During the remodel our water heater went out and Pat was able to have it replaced for us so quickly and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of work.

We had REMODELING Innovations do several jobs for us: they tore down an addition and put in a deck; put in a granite kitchen countertop; and put in a new dining room ceiling. They show up when promised and meet the terms of their contracts. There are no hidden costs. The people are nice, and for the most part they have high quality work. We would recommend them to other people.

Our finished basement was completed 12/18 by R3modeling Innovations. They were fantastic!! It is scary when one interviews contractors for major home projects. All of them seem to promise the world and you pray you are choosing the correct company. From day one, Patrick and Errol were upfront with their design, schedule, and price. Our basement finished on time and exactly for the price that was quoted. No surprises at all!! My brother is a home inspector and repeatedly commented about the quality of their work. I cannot wait to hire them for our next project!

Hiring R3MODELING Innovation to finish our basement was a very good decision. Patrick Major was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. He was creative in the design, thorough in the workmanship, dependable and always accessible.Olivia was extremely helpful in selecting the flooring, carpet, cabinetry, paint color and all the many other decisions that had to be made.Patricks subcontractors were on time, respectful of our home and did a great job.Our basement looks beautiful! Can not believe Patrick would insult us by calling us GHETTO and mock us for doing business with him. I will be honest, through the construction phase things were fine, but post-construction R3 and Patrick were very slow to respond, would not answer calls, and would only text us. When he asked for a post-construction punch-list, he claimed existing conditions were to the reason for damages. I think he forgot that we have contractors that live in this house and know general practice. The insulting text messages he sent us reflect the way Patrick does business and truly shows how unprofessional he is and the lack of integrity and values his company has. It is sad it came to this and is embarrassing to see how Patrick handles customer service. The damages needed to be fixed are only a couple hundred dollars of the 50k+ total for the project. We have never seen a business owner act so immature to customers. Bad practice = bad business partner.

I highly recommend R3modeling! They were contracted to finish my basement. During the free consultation, Pat determined my needs, took measurements, and provided recommendations that turned what Id consider an average idea into a construction dream. The entire process was quick and easy. The guys worked completely around my work schedule. They treated my home with value and respect. They were often left in my house alone; but they would always lock up after each work day. Some of the guys would also text me to let me know theyd left. In addition, Pat made sure they stuck to the schedule and finished on time. So not only are they efficient, prompt, and professional but their work is outstanding!! I am completely satisfied with my basement remodel. They clearly exceeded my expectations. The only recommendation I have for R3Modeling would be to offer more convenient payment options without having to pay an extra % for the use of credit cards. Kudos, R3modeling!! I look forward to working with you again.

Remodeling Innovation completed a bathroom renovation for my parents in 2012. Having previously been in the business, I recognize what a remodeling company should do and how they should act. Pat and his crew were very professional, responsive and provided a high quality project. They communicate well, were prompt and completed the job on time. All that and the price was very competitive. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor.

Great contractor! Pat has completed a number of projects for us over the last few years and every job has been completed on schedule, on budget and at top quality. We have used him for big or small projects, including finishing our basement and installing a chair lift. We not hesitate to use him again for any minor or major home remodeling.

Patrick and his team at R3MODELING did my basement remodel in 2015. The basement looks great! I only had one issue with the flooring separating in one spot. Patrick came by and took care of the issue immediately. He was very responsive. No issues getting my problem resolved.

Great company. Very easy to work with. They installed a glass shower door for our master bathroom. There was one point where I thought there might be a little water leaking and they sent someone out immediately to fix the problem. They didnt do the instal and then disappear like some companies. Very polite and respectful. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The Remodeling Innovation team did a wonderful job with our master bath redo. They were very professional and helped us in choosing the right tiles and fixtures. We are very happy with the results! Would use them in any future remodeling projects we decide to do.

I had this idea to give my kitchen a little more brightness. I wanted to have glass inserted on a few of my cabinet doors. I found Remodeling Innovation on the internet because they do work with the cabinet company I have. I wasnt sure what they would say about this small job but when we stopped in we were greated with professionalism and friendliness. He explained how they would fit the glass insert in each door and it did not bother him that this was such a small job. The job is complete now and I am very happy and it gave the kitchen the extra brightness I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company.

We bought a home and needed to add a cabinet to an already finished kitchen. Finding the matching cabinet and countertop couldve been a nightmare but Patrick and Kevin were so so helpful and finding the matching cabinet and always followed up with me. Very happy with the service we received!

Pat finished my basement 6 months ago and did an excellent job. Everything came out perfect to the T. 6 months later we had a terrible water leak and damaged part of it. They were out the next day and working on ASAP. Use them. You will be HAPPY!!!!!!

I was in the beginning stages of researching a master bath remodel. Got an appointment quickly. Upon arrival, I was told that Pat just stepped out with a family member and would not be back. Kevin sat down with me and discussed my wants in a bathroom upgrade. Kevin told me it would be about a week for a drawing and price quote. Three weeks later nothing from R3modeling Inn so I sent an email. I subsequently sent 4 or 5 emails, each asking for an ETA for the promised info. Kevin did get back to me via email, apologized and promised info in a week. Again, nothing and I asked again for ETA. Eventually I recieved a call from Kevin apologizing profusely saying that Pat had just got back in the country and since he does the pricing it would be a few more days until I would recieve proposal. That was approximately 3-4 weeks ago and I have recieved NOTHING from R3modeling Innovation. I suspect Kevin is in the habit of lying because when I was meeting with him the one time in the showroom, he answered a call. It was from a woman who asked why Pat was over an hour late for the meeting at her house....Kevin said he left for a family emergency. Also when I did hear from Kevin I got a load of bull saying how sorry he was and promised to get info to me in a certain number of days. I wonder if this is all Kevins doing or if this is how the company is run. Perhaps Pat has no idea of the promises Kevin is making and not keeping. This is a poorly run compny that will not be getting my $20k business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never ordered anything, never started work and tried to up charge me for items the salesman stated I could choose from that was included in my estimate. Then kept my money except 15%. Do not use this company!! Over $2k for doing nothing!!!!!

I would like to say that before we decided to go with Remodeling Innovation we shopped around several differente contractors. We really wanted a contractor that could general the entire job from start to finish including all details. Some of the bids we received were only partial quotes which did not include electrical or plumbing or drywall,etc....Pat from Remodeling Innovations was able to put all the numbers together in a timely manor where I did not have to chase down sub contractors to complete the job. Pat was able to start the job on time and hit all the important completion dates as promised. All the demo, drywall, and carpentry work was done with minimal dust and was no real burden on our everyday living. Pat and his designer Amy were very helpfull in choosing final finishes and ideas for us to work with. We wanted to award the contract to a local business and are happy that we chose Pat and his team of pros. This was a major project including: flooring, drywall, lighting, plumbing, cabinetry, trim, as well as new stainless appliances. Everything turned out spectacular and my wife and I highly recomend Remodeling Innovations and crew! Thanks again Pat, Sincerely Mike and Inge Chronos and Family

These people do not know how to return phone calls and they are not up front with you. It took me and my wife two months of pestering them to finally get them to come look at our bathroom we wanted remodeled. They said it would take a few days to get the quote together, it took my wife three weeks of pestering to find out they didnt want to do the work.I would never recommend anyone use this company for anything.

They came out for an appraisal and then never heard back from anyone. Bummed they wasted my time.
