I have rented here several times and will keep coming back. Easy in and easy out. Owner said he was going to do something for me as the previous renter decided he didnt want to bring back on time and owner followed through. Thank you very much.

Very rude and unprofessional. I dont think Ted likes his job very much. If possible go somewhere else, Ted clearly doesnt want your business and it shows in how they treat their customers here. Take your money elsewhere.

Our UHauln order got screwed up on the day we were suppose to pick it up. July 4th. Called Teds Custom left a voice mail. Half hour later Ted called said met him at the shop he’ll take care of it. He did! I’m now a loyal customer. Hats off to Ted!

I rented from this company. The truck leaked destroying some of my belongings. I left my phone in the truck and it states they are 24 hours but you cant reach anyone and when u do they are rude and wont come out and open the truck. I do not recommend this company at all.

I visited this location today and Ted was awesome. I’d give him 10 stars if I could he was compassionate understanding and had great customer service. His staff was also awesome. The place was clean and all of the Uhaul trucks were in good condition. I would highly recommend Ted to my family and friends

One of the most rude owner I have met. Business should be avoided.

Had a reservation at 10am to pick up a trailer from this U-Haul location. He calls me at 8:54 that I need to be there by 9:30 because he’s closing at 10am. Although we were 25 minutes away, we tried our best to get there by 9:30. Arrive at 9:40. I will admit that we didn’t check our hitch before going (it was a little rusted) so this was our fault. As we were trying to get the hitch in, he saw us and said, “You just need to throw that piece of s**t out. It’s all rusted.” Ignoring his comment, we couldn’t get the hitch in. We asked if we could come back later to get the trailer with a different vehicle. He said he would be back in 2 hours. We come back 2 hours later and call the number on the side of his garage. Someone else answers the phone and states that Tedd’s not coming back today. Called up U-Haul’s main hub and they apologized on his behalf and stated this is not the first instance with this guy. I will just say renter beware!! Call ahead and make sure it’s convenient for Tedd before renting a truck or trailer from this guy. Might have had a better review if he didn’t have such a bad attitude. Obviously he had better things to do this day.
