It should not take over a half hr to sit in a drive-thru for medications. This has gotten so bad Im ready to switch pharmacies.

This place is really nice. I like the layout. Omar is the best also. Hes so patient and helpful. Ive seen him a lot and I hope he stays at this location forever! :)

Pharmacy is terrible you can count on 30 minute wait times in the drive through consistently. Also I guess when your prescription gets called in 2 days prior it still needs to be filled. I am going somewhere else

What the H Walgreens?I’m currently standing in a line of 10 people at the pharmacy. This is the way the pharmacy line is every single day between about 4pm and 7pm, including the drive up window. It’s ridiculous. Why in the world do t you staff accordingly? This is a DAILY occurrence. Get with it or I’m going elsewhere.

Omar went above and beyond to help me out, and he was understanding to my situation the entire time. He didnt have to go out of his way to accommodate me but he did. Thank you Omar.

Wonderful staff. Always has everything stocked! The pharmacy always has medication in stock too and and valerie and Omar are the 2 most wonderful pharmacists! They are so helpful with everthing and so kind!

(1) star for the night manager. I go into Walgreens and I am looking for a forehead thermometer last Sunday night for my young son. I go to the baby section and nothing, so I asked the night manager and he said we have none and walked away. I was very distressed, but began to leave and an employee who was already off the clock and checking out at the register said follow me we have them back here. I was sooooo grateful. The employee was Rickey and he went above and beyond for a distressed mother. Thank you so much Rickey (10 stars for Rickey). He deserves all the acclaim for being so kind and going the extra mile when he could have just walked out since his shift was over, it is people like that, that remind me the good in the world. Something small to him, made my already stressful evening, brighter.

After working with the Nelson Rd. Walgreens pharmacy (where they were “too busy” to help on several occasions), I switched to the Schoolhouse Road Walgreens Pharmacy. What a refreshing change! The Pharmacist, Omar, has been wonderful to work with and has even saved my family money. Thank you!

I called to verify a product. I was put on hold and transferred to the manager Brian. He was not only unprofessional with his comment, well if you let me finish but made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking a question. I showed up at 9:55pm ( store closes at 10), to pay for my photos, doors were locked. So I called and was told they were done for the night. So I guess 10pm closing time means the employees can lock up when they feel, theyre done for the night. Wouldnt rate 1 star if i didnt have to based on the poor customer service I received.

Actually I would give this store -10 for customer service but the program wont let me so I had to give 1star. I Had to return something today and all I could get was an instore credit even though I had my receipt. I was told that since it was over 30 days I couldnt get my cash back. I tried to explain that I was originally told that due to covid I couldnt return the product even though it was within a week of the purchase. I told the manager if Walgreens had the product I was looking for I would gladly take the instore credit but they didnt. I cannot tell you how horrible the manager was! She was rude and condescending. I asked her if she thought it was fair that I could not get my money back even though I originally tried to take the product back sooner and her response to me was.....Yep! Rest assured I will never shop there again and I will most certainly tell everyone I know in New Lenox what a horrible store New Lenox Walgreens is.

Joan is an exceptional employee. Helped us get everything we need and 10/10 service. 5 stars are an understatement.

Joan was an amazing associate! Made the process better and easier, store was also well kept and clean . Best Walgreens I’ve been too .

Been going to this place for a year!!.... thats 2 years to long. Very understaffed...pharmacy very slow because of that reason which at times results to rudeness... the pharmacy actually closes for lunch can you imagine? Time to find a new Walgreens!
