We recently upgraded our bar top in our family room on our lower level. Insignia Stone of New Lenox provided us with a very unique granite slab that was installed on a timely basis. Our friends and neighbors have given us nothing but positive compliments on a job that was done well. I would highly recommend this company for there friendly service and professional work.

Worst Customer Service! We are building our home and forced to purchase through this company. We did everything on our end and find out that the slab we selected was damaged so they have reorder a slab from Canada. They tell us it’s gonna take at least 3 weeks for the slab to come into the US and probably another week to install it thus creating a major inconvenience for us and the builder. Now everything has to be delayed because this company waits until the very end to order our stone and discovers that their own product is damaged and has nothing else available in the US.... After talking to our builder, insignia stone wanted us to meet with them to see if we wanted to select a different stone. We found a different stone that was available now and only slightly more expensive. They stated that they would try to get us a deal because of the inconvenience... instead they try to get us to sign a change order the next day and then try to make us pay by the the next week. They made no attempt to get us any discount for THEIR poor product management and THEIR damaged product but instead try to get us to pay more money for their mistakes. We will see if the product ever makes it into the house, and let’s hope they don’t damage it. Definitely not referring anyone to this company.

We replaced our countertop in our kitchen and three bathrooms and are extremely happy with the service, quality of the product and most of all the installation and timeliness of it. We were approaching the Thanksgiving holiday and Insignia had the job completed prior to our contract date. Nothing to worry about here! We had so many compliments on the work. We also added a cabinet and extended our countertop to accommodate more bar stools! They were awesome! Highly recommend checking them out! Best price for the best!

My friend is currently building a house in Manhattan and this is the countertop suppler. Unfortunately, thier original selected countertop was damage during the shipment process causing their closing date to be pushed back. Due to the set back, Insignia Stone supplied additional options to keep the closing date on track. However, after the countertop was selected Insignia Stone attempted to charge them an additional $400.00 and assumed no responsibility.If this is how this company does business I will not be using them for my kitchen remodel business. Furthermore, I will be referring my customers to a more customer friendly business and will avoid doing any business with Insignia Stone.

Was disappointed to hear that they dont do tile for bathroom walls like other shops in the New Lenox area. Looks like I am going to need to find another distributor...
