I had my garage door spring suddenly break on a Saturday afternoon. I called around 2:30 and by 4, I had the business owner himself replacing the spring. He quoted me accurately, replaced the cables and the rollers for me all in a span of about 40 minutes. He was professional, neat and works really fast. I had previously looked at quotes for replacing my loud garage door opener and GC Garage had the best price. I called today, almost 2 months later, and they honored the quote they previously gave me despite being over 30 days old. They worked me into todays schedule too. They showed up and went right to work. They replaced the opener, the old screeching rollers and put in a new keypad. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. They advised me when the springs broke, I should replace the shaft too, as it was bent some. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will call them in the spring to replace the springs and shaft. Great people and great prices!

And so at 3:15 on day of service GCGarage was still not here. Even after texting he would be here at 3pm. The original time was 8-10am and he was a no show and no call. Only responded when I called to inquire if I was still in the queue. No apology just a reschedule.Our initial appointment was on Tuesday the 9th and once we agreed on the work to be done it was to be broken up into three payments—I had scheduling conflict and called on Wednesday to reschedule Wednesday’s work until Friday at 8-10am. Once we reached verbal confirmation I cleared my schedule to accommodate the time frame. On Friday morning Brandon was a no show — and when I called an hour and a half outside of the planned window, Brandon had no recollection of having confirmed the appointment. He finally arrived at 3:21pm and while the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and efficiently. I later found a photo posted to the web of our garage which had not been consented to by either my husband or myself. I called Brandon to have it removed and still it remains... so for those reasons I could not comfortably recommend this company.

Got home from work at 6:30. Garage door broken. Called these guys at 7pm on a Wednesday night and he was at my house in 20 minutes . 30 minutes later my garage door was fixed. Broken springs replaced, and both cables replaced. Fair price, great service, and now I can officially say I have a garage door guy.
