Outstanding professional service! My old unit hit 25 years, I knew it was time and they helped reinforce my decision. My new unit is half the size and 40% more powerful, not to mention much quieter. Jason came out and offered us a repair of our 12 year old unit, which was noisy and popping the circuit breaker, or a new unit which was more efficient and quieter. After we decided to replace it work was done quickly. We had an issue with the new unit not cooling after one day and they quickly responded. Although it took another trip out to find the cause of the problem, they were ALL very professional and apologetic about not finding it the first time. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I live in an older house and had issues with the air conditioning the past few days, so put the first time I decided to replace the thermostat to see if that was it and I had issues still so I called these guys and the guy came out actually help me with the thermostat and the programming he didnt make me feel dumb or anything very polite and courteous and did not even charge me. So the next time I will be definitely calling these guys when theres an actual problem or when I need to replace the air conditioning and or furnace.

Update Heating and Cooling Services was recommended to me by a friend that just had a new furnace installed. With a little research I found they were Highly Rated! Bryan I mentioned to him that I wanted one that was High Efficiency including a Filter that would handle dog hair and dander(which would help with my allergies) including a Humidifier.I went with the 96% 80K 2 Stage which included a fantastic warranty.Yes it was a little more expensive. I will make up the extra cost back by greatlylowering my monthly gas bill.I mentioned to him that my Air Conditioner needed to be replaced.It will be installed in the spring.Bryan had a great idea of installing the coil for the Air Conditioner in the Furnace now which would save time and labor when the Air Conditioner was installed.The techs were here early and started right away with removing the old furnace.I could tell they are very experienced because they each had their own seperate jobs to do. I was very surprised how fast they had the old furnace removed.They were very professional answering my questions as they were working on installingthe new items. When they were done they went thru and explained everything about the new Furnace, Filter, Humidifier and the Halo Unit. They answered all my questionsincluding some added tips. They turned it on and I went upstairs and wanted to see the volumn of air that was coming out of the ducts/vents. WOW was I surprised. I always had problems keeping the living room warm. Not anymore! I checked the temps with my laser and there was only a couple degrees different in the vents up from the back to frontof the house.We made an excellent decision on the Furnace and components. And the Techs did an excellent job on their installation!!! Bryan thank you very much. With your expertise and knowledge in helping me decide on the proper Furnace and extra options.Thank you also for sending two Exceptional Techs to install my New Furnace.

Our air conditioning went out yesterday. We called today and Brian came out TODAY! He was out there in the pouring rain trying to fix the unit. He got it to be cold again. He wasn’t sure if it would stay fixed but he said at least it is working now. After he left, he came back later to check on how it was working. I was shocked. Who does that? I have never known any company to do such a thing. It was so good that he did come back because the compressor stopped working. Only the fan was running. He put in a part and it works like new. I will always use this company for any and all of my heating and cooling needs. I will definitely tell everyone I know about this company and about Brian who was very passionate about getting this working right. Great company! My furnace was acting up on a cold day. They came to my house within 2 hours. Turns out the furnace needed to be replaced unfortunately. I needed service on my furnace & I decided to call Update. What I appreciated was that they were VERY direct with service.All I needed was some routine maintenance. All was well until they found a simple fuse problem. There were a coupe other minor problems as well. I was expecting to pay $500+ or more. I didnt pay anywhere near that. I told other companies what my problem was and each said it could cost $350-$500 but wasnt the case here. With all that needed to be done, I was at $275.
