Worst customer service, packages keep being delivered to other location and do not want to cover for their mistakes, I have to be on hold for over one hour for them not to help one bit. Their website wont even let me file a claim for a lost package.First they said that they mistakenly load our packages to a semi going to to amazon, and a package was delivered to a city 25 min from us, and no they said that they sent the packages to where the label says. Weve spent over 1000 in lost packages.

I bring this office many boxes every week, I work for Amazon, as a reseller. They are always very polite, professional & helpful. If Im lugging in boxes, someone will run & keep the door open for me. They have ideas on best way to tape my inventory. Like I said, helpful. Thanks. Nancy

I live in New Lenox and keep driving not to stop here. Horrible customer service. Owner wants to charge $3.00 to print a free Amazon return label.

This UPS shop is very easy to ship packages from and sells cardboard boxes.

This is the worst UPS store Ive ever worked with. I send out tons of stuff for work and the people in this office are useless. Need a UPS envelope, go to the curbside UPS kiosk a mile away outside the bank, they have them there. Need one piece of tape?, please buy a full roll. I complained to Ray the owner once and he explained to me that they offer nothing to people to assist them with their shipping unless they profit on it. Im often paying $50-$100 in shipping costs and they dont even have the supplies on hand to help me get the shipment out. They dont even have UPS envelopes at the UPS store because they dont make money on it. They would rather those people go else where. Unless you are dropping off a pre-labeled package thats totally prepped to ship, this place stinks to do business with. Its not a UPS policy either, its the way this Ray guy does business. I go to the UPS store in Lockport, or the FedEx store in Mokena. Sometimes I use the post office as well. I wont work with this store for serveral reasons but the biggest one is that the owner is a bonehead and he doesnt know what good customer service looks like.

The food was bad tasted like cardboard. Looked like everything was just taped together. And the popcorn was stale.
