I needed a complicated project done for work with no notice. Other print shops wouldn’t even entertain the project, regardless of my deadline, they weren’t interested at all. Thinking I was out of luck someone told me to try Copycats. They asked me to bring it in to look at. 6 hours later the job was done, looked great and was well under my budget. Nicki was really great to work with, i will definitely use them again!

Recently, I put on a Cancer Benefit for my niece Heather. I contacted Copy Cats Inc. for tickets, posters etc. I met with Dawn. She was very professional and knowledgeable. From the start of this project to the end, Dawn guided me and the committee through, going above and beyond. She did amazing graphic design for tickets, posters and t-shirts. I cant begin to express our families gratitude for everything she and the team at Copy Cats did for us. The owner Ed and his team are pillars of the surrounding Community. Copy Cats always goes above and beyond whenever possible! They have stayed late for pickups and even opened up on the weekends for rush requests. They do everything from soup to nuts - business cards, banners, signs and everything in between. They were able to do custom tote bags in under a week with no rush fees!

I have used Copy Cats twice and the first time was great the color was a bit off on the menus but noting that made it look awful. This time I am not too pleased I have not yet picked up my product but this time its the customer service, I have to say I believe her name is Amy who by far has no concept of customer service. There was a delay in sending my proof, I spoke to a young female last week and she was beyond helpful even after my proof was sent to me on Friday stating that the order should be ready by Monday or Tuesday the latest. I called today to inquire about my order because I didnt get a call or email stating my order was ready, I spoke to who I believe to be Amy who stated yes your order is ready I emailed you yesterday I replied with oh I didnt get the email and this was her response and this is why I will NEVER use them again...well what does it matter your order is still ready! So I hope the owners of Copy Cats read this review and think twice about having someone like this answering their phones or dealing with customers that they would like to have as repeat customers. For all of this I could have used Vista print who I must say would have been faster in delivery and much more pleasant to deal with over the phone.

Went to get labels and envelopes to mail yearly flyer. Staff was helpful, prices were fair and got it done the same day. Will use them again.
