Outstanding! Dont really like bagels but after trying one of theirs I am hooked. Every time I order from them the order is nearly perfect. The place is neat and clean, employees are very helpful and accommodating in every way. Big thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Nearly every time I order from here, the order is incorrect in some minor way. Today, my entire order was incorrect. My sugar-free drink was replaced with a regular Snapple that I cant drink due to dietary restriction. Both mine and my girlfriends meals were made with bell peppers. I despise bell peppers. My girlfriend wanted a blueberry bagel and instead received a day-old rubbery plain bagel. This is the last time Ill order from here.

Fantastic bagels. Great egg sandwich and friendly staff. Owner is respectful. Also try Hudson Bagel in Englewood NJ. Drive there purposely because of the fantastic food and terrific prices. Beats Cresskill bagel and Dumont bagels. Same owner as well. Thanks guys...

Had a chicken salad on a bagel. Mostly bagel..hardly any salad. Not worth the price.

I moved from NJ to CA 15 years ago...and quickly learned that no bagel will ever be as good as NY/NJ bagels. Borderline is the best bagel shop in NM. Its a proper bagel shop that offers everything they are supposed to and with excellent prices. Take it from someone who has extremely limited access to good bagels...go here. Note to Californians reading this...no, we dont automatically toast bagels, so if you want it toasted you have to ask for it. Oh, and if you order egg on the bagel here it is fried fresh, not microwaved from a mix made first thing in the morning. Alright everyone, enjoy!

They really cater to your order. Asked for my bacon served a certain way and they did it just right. Definetly coming back here. Bagels taste fresh and soft. You need to check this place out!

We just went to get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel from here, but when we got home and opened it up, there wasnt any salt, pepper, ketchup, or even bacon. Its such a simple order, how in the world did they get it wrong? Very disappointed.

Cleanliness ZEROwalk in there and look at the fridge ice was building up and theres mold every where. look inside deeper there are left over food in the corner it is disgusting.bagel ZERObagel taste like it is not fully cooked. i have zero experience making bagel i can make better bagel from watching youtube.i send an email to health department regarding the mold with pictures i took while i was there.part of owning a restaurant food taste is obvious thing cleanliness is a MUST. hopefully owner reads this and clean the hell out of the whole place.

We got 2 breakfast bagels and purchased an apple turnover for later. They all had a miserable after taste, think waxy.Service was speedy and friendly but we were disappointed in the food.

Nice local bagel store. They seem to have a nice bit of traffic through store. Deli items look fresh. The bagels are a good size. Taste good but not great. A little closer to white bread for me but still good.

Used to be a great bagel store. However, they must have switched owners because it just simply isnt as good as it use to be. Very cheap with how much cream cheese they put on their bagels now. Hardly any seasoning on their everything bagels. You can get better bagels down the street in any direction.

Not sure what happened with this bagel place. Used to go often and bagels were really good. Went recently in the morning to pick up some bagel sandwiches plus a dozen bagels to take home but bagels were all rubbery and hard. Really was kinda shocked and disappointed.

I’ve lived down the street for the last 15 years and honestly I used to love this place but they must have switched ownership or recipes because this place is simply no longer good. The bagels a lot of times taste like powder, they are extremely cheap on the amounts of cream cheese and butter they give AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM “EXTRA” or “PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE IS ACTUALLY BUTTER ON THE BAGEL” they give you back this lackluster, powdery and tasteless bagel with nothing on it. There products although fresh simply can’t make up for the other downfalls of the establishment. Go any other direction for 5 mins and find another bagel store. Sorry borderline but you just aren’t the place to go anymore.

I have been going here for many years for breakfast and lunch. Hands down the best bagels in the neighborhood. Unlike some other stores, they make their own bagels and now they are using organic flour, which is even more awesome!

Don’t go here unless you want to pay more for your order. The worker proceeded to tell me it’s only Monday - Friday but thats only for breakfast combos which is clearly right in front of you on the menu. Lost a customer today.

Mini bagel with cream cheese was not cut in half. Bagel wasn’t flavorful. Only used a teaspoon size of cream cheese - probably less. Coffee was way too sugary (only asked for milk). Bacon egg and cheese on a roll also lacked flavor. Will not be coming back.

Bf and I pick up coffee & bagels here daily. bagels are always super fresh And all ingredients are natural! plus reasonable prices.

I went by Borderline this morning. I asked for a bagel w/cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel they gave me was burnt (I did not want mine toasted) and already wrapped. They had made it for someone else, but since they didnt pick it up they pawned it off on me. They also charged me incorrectly for the 5th time. They have breakfast combos, but didnt charge that price; they charged me $.75 cents extra. I do not recommend this place. I was so disappointed when I got to work and opened my burnt bagel.

I am the saddest man in Bergen County right now. Got chicken cutlet sandwich.. chicken was so rubbery I had to throw it in the trash. Pleasant staff, terrible sando. Hopefully this was a fluke :(
