It was already quite a ways out from where I was. Going inside, I had one goal: candy corn. Well... and those pumpkin thingies. No. Walmart had none. And I mean none. Like cmon, its Halloween day for crying out loud. No candy corn?? They had a cheap soda though. 3*

Maybe it’s covid related but I have a hard time finding certain sizes (clothing) in stock. There is also little to no help in the clothing/dressing room area. The rest of the departments I’m happy with the selection and prices over all. Registers

Wanted a rain coat, they didnt have much of a selection.

As far as Walmarts go, this is a pretty good one. Smaller then Danbury but a lot cleaner and nicer staff. A good stop if driving through town and need last min. supplies for anything.

Walmart is Walmart I think most places you go. But the thing is you can things at one store that you may not in another. We have a Walmart 5 minutes from our house, we drove 30 minutes yesterday and definitely saw items that we have never seen at our local store. Worth the trip!

Walmart in New Milford is spotless and easy to get around. Not very crowded at all. They have everything for back to school and a great crafting department. The beauty department does fall short though along with the clothing department.

Lately the shelves have been extremely empty and the last few times a went the workers werent very nice. Theres only 2 lines open at a time, and the lines back up all the way into the isles. Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this location.

THERES NO SIGN up, indicating all receipts must be personally inspected. An employee was beyond extremely rude to me, as I was leaving with my goods. Quite embarrassing, Im not a shoplifter but was made to feel like one. I am avoiding this store at all lengths, Ill find another way. Just, cant put into words how badly I was treated and hopefully wont ever be back.

Pretty much like any other Walmart. Good people, lot of selections, and cheaper options if you need to save money.

Customer service ladies need to be more efficient helping customers. The line was crazy long they did t know what they were doing. Cashiers needs better training.

My husband and I visited the store upon placing an online order for pickup the only if people were very nice and did try to help however the item that we ordered was not the item received we tried to get the Great value with a widesprey nozzle however they did not have it and were giving a substitute without our acknowledgment you know it was a lower price you paid a higher price for what we had ordered there was no price adjustment made and theres nothing on the shelves they said there was nothing they could do they could either cancel the order and wed have to repay for the order the only issue with that is because they made a mistake on previous shipping order we were is my husband was issued a $10 credit so he would have lost the credit therefore unfortunately their abilities very limited in the store they can customer satisfaction is just not there

This Walmart is much better than the one in Danbury. It has more variety. I just wish it had more refrigerated items.

I just moved to Dover Plains and I have to go all the way to this Walmart and they didnt even sell the washer and dryer I had to order it online then I wanted to purchase to Amazon Fire Sticks and they said that they dont sell it no more because Amazon is the competition I had a horrible experience but the people were nice the middle of the electrical wheelchair for the disabled I really found it to be the best because the wheelchairs are digital and I could tell you how much power you have

I am in this store WAY too often, I know half of the stores employees by their first name! I mean, they wear name tags, I know, but Im friends with quite a few on social media. I always love my Walmart peeps. Also, your prices are amazing

I hate giving some of my favorite places a good review because that means more people will probably end up going there. I this Walmart to one of the more kinder and gentler locations. Its always clean and unless Its Black Friday there is plenty of parking.... Come to think, there was still plenty of parking in the ajoining lot. Definitely my favorite Walmart in the area.

-Good selection of clothing. Employee Lisa was able to quickly Locate the size I needed.This Walmart needs to order more of sizes extra small and small.-Electronic department had the exact Nintendo games my son wanted for Christmas!! But finding staff member in this dept. Was horrible. Another staff member had to hunt down and locate someone for me.-Toy department didnt have what the website stated was in stock and available, which we found misleading and disappointing.-Overall organized store. Does need to be cleaned better though.

Barry was awesome! My husband went for a helium tank for my sons birthday and there were none left on the shelf. Without even being asked Barry went and searched in the back, found one, and brought it up to the service desk. He then searched for my husband in the store to let him know he brought it up there for him. Thank you Barry!!! 10/10 customer service to Barry!

Need more checkouts open to avoid the very crowded store. You cant even get threw the to the food because the lines go back so far.

This was the saddest Walmart I had visited in awhile. They had nothing we needed. My sis in law settled for some of the things she purchased because of moving into a new home 2 days prior. I did purchase some $6 dollars not worth showing. Hopefully tgeyvwill hve more products soon.

Its a on the medium-small side of size for a WM and its not always well stocked on some items, but adequate for most purposes.

Still out of stock most of summer items as you could see. Not lot of employees around perhaps the reasons. We need a Super Walmart to carry stuff here dont have.

They gave me such a hard time to do an exchange for an online order. The box they picked for me was ripped and I asked to get the newer box on the shelf. According to the customer service lady they cant just give me the exact same product because it has a serial number (this was a stroller) that needs to be scanned and since I just picked up my order I would have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for it to process. Such a waste of time.

Ordered something for pickup. Item was there and there was 0 hassle to pick up the item. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Best place everrrrr they have everything I need

Placed an order for pickup but only option is curbside pickup. Checked in, gave spot# and car description, then waited another 15 mins - nothing. I had to go into the store to pick up and wait. Then explain the issue and...wait. Seems like there is always an issue with pick up at this location.

It is walmart. If you have been to one you have seen them all. Nice friendly staff. No more masks required, if fully vaccinated!!!

Low stock of t-shirts such as fruit of the loom. Also cheap sweatpants = low to no stock. Nice enough store though. At times, checkout lines are long. They should fix that.

They need to update their bathroom, as no locks on some doors, no hooks to hang purse/coat.Also needs to bring back the benches for when trying on shoes, as i was practically on the floor trying them on

Surprise this Walmart had power chairs charge up and working . This Walmart is huge and spacious pletty of walk space .

Friendly staff and the store is very organized. Not like the Walmart in Danbury! Plenty of parking too.

Barely the minimum effort for covid precautions. Entrance and exit system is fine, but it barely even matters when I’ve seen maskless customers walk past employees who don’t care to say anything. Sanitizer dispenser is empty 9 times out of 10, which makes me wonder how often it’s refilled. Then again, this is Walmart, so not surprising.

Live in the Brookfield area and love this Walmart. Much better then the store in Danbury which is always super crowded and never has parking.

This is a Flagship Location within the Walmart chain of stores that we have been loyal customers of for over 22 years. Their staff is among the best along with their quality products and prices. From the smallest to the largest purchases you cant go wrong.

I just enjoy the Wal-Mart experience when I have to get a bunch of random stuff from all different departments. I am never disappointed. Always end up getting what I need and more.

Usually a little under stocked on some products and not always the cleanest BUT thats the blame for the shipping dept and the customers who treat the store as a playground and such. The workers are obviously overworked and not to blame!

Seems that since Covid it is always a mess, I thought that they were still limiting how many of certain items you could get more than 2 of but apparently not as numerous people had carts filled with paper towels. Also I do understand businesses only having 1 designated entrance and exit but they should take people with disabilities and allow them to not have to walk so far around its crazy

Terrible music choices. Shopping carts have bad wheels. Several cashiers are typically very slow and grouchy.Well-stocked store.

Try not to stop. Avoid crowds, hate online Market place. China all over..

Refused to honor a price match for an item listed online for a different price than in-store. Managers are terrible and unhelpful. Go somewhere else

Okay. They didnt have what I was looking for. No fault of their own. Its just is July and stores are more focusing on back to school and thanksgiving.

Its funny how Walmarts can be so different, even when theyre not really too far from one another .. This location always seems to have something(s) that my local Walmart doesnt have .. so it will continue to be a location that I visit regularly ..The only criticism that I might have is that it seems like its a location that should have been refurbished years ago .. it always seems to be exploding at the seams, trying to fit so much in .. It really should be a supercenter, but doesnt have the space for it.

Older gentleman cashier got an attitude with me because I did not have exact change. Like how am I suppose to know what my total’s gonna be? This “coin shortage” b.s. is exactly that- BS! Dunkin and McDonald don’t ask for exact change. Neither does the dollar store, so why is Walmart having a hissy fit? (He had enough and gave me change, like I knew he would) why get grumpy ?

Busy store lots of parking

There was only one register open, besides the self check on a busy Saturday, which is terrible service. Eventually, a 2nd register opened up. Lines were LONG!! People were not happy! I have to give it one star, unfortunately!
