I went and spoke with Mr. Chambliss about getting a quote on a few different things for my truck. I filled out their online appointment option and Mr. Chambliss called me within five minutes.He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. Mr. Chambliss was so polite, kind, and honest. He recommended what I should get done and things that were just not really necessary.I didnt end up not needing to get the work done, but I will for sure be coming back whenever I do need my truck worked on.

The best garage I have ever been to. Mr. Chambliss is an amazing person and an honest mechanic. We are from out of town and needed to drive home but it was a holiday. We were so happy to see this garage open on a big holiday. He fixed our bumper up so we could drive home safely. We really appreciated it and are thankful for his help!

Took my car in to get a bumper damage fixed. Was told it would be ready within 3 days. On my way over I called to double check and the car was not ready. They said they needed another day. This process continued for another 7 consecutive days. Total 13 days without a car. They never once called me to notify my car wasnt ready. When the car was finally ready they gave me my electronic key that had been destroyed. The backing and the battery were missing and they said it must have popped off, as it was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. They spent an hour looking around for it causing me to be late to work. They never found it and decided after that it was my fault that the key broke and that there must have been a problem with the key before dropping the car off. They offered to order a new part but told me I was responsible for paying for it. The owner Jeffrey argued with me and made me feel like an idiot and refused to take responsibility for breaking my key and losing the parts to it. Any business person should know to take responsibility for their employees actions in order to make the customer happy. Avoid this place like the plague. Key is still broken.

We are from Tennessee and were visiting New Orleans when we were involved in an automobile accident. Thats the bad part. The good part is that they towed our car to Chambliss Auto Repair Shop. Mr Chambliss was very gracious and even took us to get a rental car. All during the repair process he would email us a status report. He is a true gentleman who still understands the word SERVICE. I would highly recommend his shop

My front bumper was slightly detached on one side. I told him that I was on a road trip with my girlfriend and really, really needed to keep driving. He said it was impossible-- I would need to wait from Saturday morning until Tuesday for parts. I had to reattach it myself and it was easy. I think he is very dishonest and only cares about making money.

I went in to have my bumper replaced after being hit, and it was a lovely experience. The repair was quick, looks great, and the staff is warm, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Chambliss!

I will never go anywhere else! I have had them fix my car numerous times and they always find the best and cheapest prices for parts! Everyone is super nice and fixes your car quickly! They never over charge and save me money all the time. My mirrors have been hit twice! The car dealership wanted to charge me over 300 dollars chamblis did it for 90 the first time it was hit! You can trust this place!

Geffrey came in Saturday morning to get my jeep moving as quickly as possibly, worked within my limited time frame and did an excellent job! DO NOT USE!!! They broke the inside car handle to my car refused to fix it after admitting he broke it. Jeffrey the owner is a lier he even said he would fix it. Called him a few days later said he would call when the part came and he never did. I can say I thought he was a good person with good business. He proved me wrong!!! People like him give New Orleans a bad rep. Sham sham sham! Update! Had to go to another shop because the bumper they put on was not installed correctly!!

Had several dents, dings, and scratches that appeared within the first year of having my brand new Acura RDX. Had a cheap, fly by night guy do shabby repair work on them, made it even worse. Took my car into Chambliss, and they made it perfect again. I actually accused them of swapping my RDX out for a new one.Cannot say enough about Mr. Chambliss professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and honesty. A+ 100% customer for life.

They ripped off my car and it turned out to be a the issue with fuse. If they are mechanic and they know what to do they should have checked it first thing. Then they charged me ~$140 for just a bad fuse.
