Got run off the road today and both my passenger side tires got shredded. Found this incredible shop just a mile from where I was and had roadside assistance take my vehicle to this shop.An amazing gentleman named Ken took care of me as soon as I walked in the door, he eased my stress right away and did a quick check of my situation.10 minutes later, he had an itemized statement of what they were going to get done, all the while cracking jokes and was in the most amazing customer service mood I have ever encountered. He had me laughing and forgetting the stress of my morning.His entire staff all were smiling and was dealing with customers in a very happy and excited mood which made their experience even better. Eight people sitting in the waiting area and not one complaint or upset customer in the place.Not only do they do tires here, they do brakes, rotors and brake pads and alignments. The people that work here a very good mechanics and very good prices. 90% of the time youre in and out with a better driving vehicle. If they cant fix it, they will let you know where to go.

The mechanics were very respectful and Speedy. I needed a lot more done to my car than I came in for. They gave me an estimate. I felt respected. Sometimes because Im a female mechanics talk down to us. Tire town did not. they were there professional.

I had 2 tires losing air and another balding. The tires were fixed and I had to replace the balding tire. The time was accurate for about how long it would take. Just wish someone had gone over the directions of what needed to be done more than once- it would have been even quicker had someone asked: did you do x, y, & z?The people were friendly and conversational making it a pleasant experience.I am happy to have my vehicle back in working order. I would say all of this to anyone who asked about the experience that I had at anytime.

I always get great service at Tire Town. The staff is respectful and the prices are fair. They stand by their work. If something is still not right that they fixed they correct the problem right then and there. I’ve trusted them with all my vehicles since 1998.

I’ve never had a bad experience at tire town! They’re always honest, and do the work quickly. Twice I’ve gone in and they solved my problem for no charge! So I’m always happy to give them my money to fix things. Also good covid safety! Employees were wearing masks, and there was hand sanitizer available. I appreciate that they’re taking care of their employees and customers during this time!

Went to get my starters done on my 2011 traverse.. they did a wonderful job .. got it done in great time even when they had cars in front me..

Truck broke down 1am in route home I called for a tow to bring my truck straight to tire town in my haste to get home and out of the rain I forgot to stash a key to the truck. I received a call from Randy asking Mr. Hyde where’s your key so we can access the truck and store it inside so no one breaks into your vehicle no key truck stayed out side my fault. Next working day gave them the key, I heard from Randy with the prognosis not good the parts had to be ordered and there might be more costly repairs needed due to my situation. Yup more parts were needed..... I strongly recommend this particular store on Old Gentilly to all my friends and family members the men that work in this store are knowledgeable friendly and professional. Randy shopped around in attempt to lessen the cost for the repairs I needed my truck was up and running in three day and that’s with waiting on parts and having them placed on.

Terrific job as always. Had me in and out same day within hours - and this was during a holiday week. Well done!

Definitely worth the drive to Gentilly! I used this hidden gem for a brake job on my Toyota. Very affordable and professional. Firestone on Veterans in Metairie wanted an obscene amount for a simple brake job. Tire Town was 1/3 of the cost. The staff really seems to enjoy their jobs. They have a lot of fun with their customers and the short wait went by very quickly!

Large, well lit waiting room with TV and about 100 magazines, super clean rest room, friendly and skilled staff. Tire Town makes living in this nuthouse town a little easier.

Tire Town is now my family’s go to shop for tires and service. The service was extremely professional. My sales Rep Stan Barton, was the best salesman ever, he was curteus and polite even while working with multiple customers, he acknowledged each person that came in or called via phone, and remained cordial with each of us. The other workers were warm and friendly as well! Stan knowledgeably answered any and all questions and concerns that I had and definitely kept our best interest in mind. Although I only went in for a price quote, I left that day feeling safe, confident and overall a happy new customer, when it comes to driving our vehicle. I will highly recommend this Tire Town to everyone in need of a local tire co to grow with! Got a nail in my tire last Saturday afternoon. They fixed the flat by putting a patch on the inside of the tire. I have heard this is the best way to repair a tire. Fast and courteous, I like them!!!

Brought my car in because the tire pressure light was on and Im gearing up for a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I went in for new tire and a wheel alignment. I knew something was going on with my suspension system. Mr. Andy was very helpful. They knew what they are talking about and worked hard to find and fix the issue. I had to go back a couple of times but in the end, everything was fixed and I am thankful for the help.

Its been a few years since Ive come to this tire town, and after reading the reviews I decided to give them another try. I was blown away by the atmosphere and attitude of the employees I had two specialty tires for my car and the guy at the counter didnt blink! and said if his guys couldnt do it hed point me in the right direction!.... the took care of my tires at a reasonable price. Ill let my wife go there and feel pretty good about what they suggest for repairs!

I came here for a weekend trip with the girls, when my car started acting funny due to me needing new tires. We tried several tire shops which all tried to charge me outrageous prices for new tires because they saw that I was from out of town. Stan Barton of tire town helped me out tremendously with a reasonable price for 3 tires, and made me feel better about staying and enjoying my weeekend with the girls. Thanks Stan your the best! The salesmen were knowledgeable about tires. The install went smoothly and did not take too long. Regretfully, they could not figure out how to reset my tire alarm which only took 2 minutes after watching the YouTube video.

Was just passing through on our way to Florida, and woke up to a flat tire. Took it to the other guys and they couldnt find the hole the next day when we were ready to go, the tire was flat again. I called these guys to see if they could help me, they got me in right away. With excellent customer service and a friendly face. I would definitely recommend them to anybody, any day!

Brought my car in for a quick tire replacement. Everything was fine until a year and a half later when I got another flat and the staff here did not put my spare tire back. Now Im waiting for a tow for just a flat tire. Great job guys.

Great service! I was very specific about the tires I wanted installed on my car. Stan searched for the best deal he could get for me and had my tires installed as soon as they arrived. He even called me when they were on the way to the shop so my wait would be as short as possible.

Had a bad experience with my truck and there was some damage. Everyone was so nice never had a problem getting the issue resolved! The manager that helped me is fabulous even with the issue I had I will continue to use their service the owners should know what a gem they hired! 😊
