5 stars are not enough! The store is a beautiful collection of the best quilting cottons and other speciality fabrics. From the gorgeous quilts hanging for display to the mesmerizing collections of notions and supplies for every need. Loved that they carry by Annie products (since that is my latest addiction) but even more impressed that the staff shared another bag maker line that she also carried.The staff is best I have ever experienced. I came in town to visit with grandchildren and to alter costumes. All my supplies were 200 miles away. And guess what I left at home? The power cord to my sewing machine!! The ladies were sweet and helpful. They had just the right power cord from an order made months ago. Chateau Sew & Sew to the rescue!!

I just love this store! They have some of the prettiest fabrics, really unique designs. Their website makes it really easy to order. At the beginning of the pandemic they even delivered my fabric for free once when I started making masks. The shop is a gem on one of my favorite sections of magazine street.

I live in So California, but found this wonderful shop while trying to find some more of a particular fabric I needed to finish a project. They have a wonderful selection! I emailed with a question, and got a phone call the next day from a delightful lady there who was able to help me. My order was delivered quickly and was just what I needed. I have since made another order (that’s arriving today - I’m so excited!) based on their friendliness :) They have a great website with easy ordering. Wish I lived in New Orleans so I could visit them in person!

Let me just start by saying that I am obsessed with this Place! I am in the store every weekend getting advice, buying fabric and taking full advantage of the wealth of knowledge that Mom and Daughter team, Karen and Susan, have to offer. I have taken lessons which have allowed me to go from a clueless beginner to a pretty darn savvy maker of clothing for the baby girl I am expecting. Without their help I would have thrown in the towel a long time ago. Every one needs to do them selves a favor and stop in to see all that this unique store has to offer. Even if you you are not interested in sewing (you might be if you went to Chateau Sew & Sew ;) they have the cutest gifts and and accessories that you simply can not find any where else. If you are into sewing you have to check out the amazing fabric selections. The patterns and fabric types just cant be found else where in the city. I highly recommend!!! A+100 :)

Very nice selection of fabrics - heirloom quality quilting cottons, cotton lawn, linen, rayon and double gauze from top designers. Many, many offerings from Cotton + Steele and Michael Miller. Helpful shop owners, and they gave me a great deal on one of my pieces of fabric since it was near the end of the bolt.

This was such a charming store to visit! Plenty of treasures to find even if you do not consider yourself a sewist. The staff was very friendly and helped me to find the perfect material for my current project.
