Blown away by their AMAZING customer service! I was getting worried that our order would not arrive in time for the holidays from their factory when we ordered a color that was not available in-store.Ashley the store manager jumped through hoops to make sure that I would receive my order in-time. She even gift wrapped it for me at no charge and included a little gift for the trouble.That is the kind of customer service that you dont see as much nowadays especially during this busy time the week before Christmas.Thank you for making it happen Ashley and team in New Orleans! Not only cookware, table as well! I wish I remembered my assistants name, did start with an M. I have the flame collection and added a mini cocotte for butter, didnt want the actual one which utilizes water. Also a mortar & pestle and soup plates. M sent them in a few days since we were still traveling. We had fun opening them; they were so carefully secured, it was like recieving a prank wrapped holiday gift. Great job, all arrived the day expected, without a scratch!M, you are a wonderful assistant, you know your product and inventory, store and availability.
