Omg I really wish I read the bad reviews first before placing my order and making my payment. They were recommended by someone and it has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experience, extremely unprofessional and they even yelled and hung up on me on the phone! What type of business is this for real? I haven’t gotten my refund of $145 back yet and I follow up everyday and no response! And now I am reading all these reviews I can’t believe this people still in business!They messed up my banner and are not even willing to fix the design or even listen to what I need according to my business image. I ask for questions to clarify what I need and they constantly cutting me off not even listening to what I need. They were very unprofessional I just want my money back that’s all. I even saw reviews on Yelp fighting with other customers in their social media profiles this is ridiculous, I really wish I read the reviews. Please give me my money back ASAP!

This was out first time meeting, and I was talked to as thought we were old time friends. I really wish I could add the picture of my banner to show you guys the amazing job they have done! When questioning them on my order they kept saying a manager will call you back but they never did on the day for me to pick-up my order the shop was closed & Noone was answering there phone ^ I went to the shop again instead of receiving my order I got a refund because Im asking them questions that they dont have the answers too. UPDATE: As of Feb 20,2020, we still havent resolved our issue with we print101. They are not listed on the Secretary of State website and There is no Registered Agent listed in order to properly serve court documents. CONSUMERS be aware of doing business with this company. If you have or had an issue with this business, contact the State of Louisiana Attorney Generals Office.I would not recommend this business based on our customer service experience. Good customer service is the cornerstone of any business in order to retain repeat business. We had some items printed for an upcoming wedding. When we received the items we noticed that several of them had issues ranging from double print, missing ink in some areas etc. We also noticed that we did not receive all the items we paid for. We contacted the store to speak to the owner, no one answered the phone. We left a message for the owner to call us. The next day we did not get a call from the owner, so we called again and was told that the owner was not in they would have him give us a call. Since that time we have called and gone to the store several times seeking to talk to the owner about resolving the matter, we have not made contact with the owner. It has been two weeks now and we are nearing the date of our event. The owner still has not contacted us to try to resolve the issue. Therefore, we do not recommend this business

Quick & Easy, Done Same Day For A Shirt

I placed an order on the 9th of June. Since then I have not received a phonecall or email regarding my order even up until today (06/30/2020). The order was supposed to be completed in a week in a half approximately 06/19/20 at the latest. Due to Corona I was instructed to schedule an appointment. I scheduled on 06/30/2020 for 3:30. Assuming they would be on time I took my 30min lunch break at 3:25 to make it there at 3:30 on the dot. When I arrived there was an older lady who watches over the office tells me the men who i was supposed to meeting went on break. I still have yet to receive my order. Customer service is terrible and would not recommended to anyone. Will be requesting a refund.

Called this location, they were great. Ended up ordering at the Uptown Location.looked for a company to print our bridal party t-shirts and wedding hankies. I read serveral reviews good and bad. I decided to give this company a chance as they responded very quickly to my question and they were the most affordable. Im so excited I did. My wife was reluctant and gave them a phone call, luckily she spoke with the manager, Miles who discussed the order and also answered her questions about the reviews. He assured her that our order would be complete ontime or free and that many of their customers never write reviews. She told him if this company lived up to its word, she would tell her friends and do a review. They gave us our order of Handkerchiefs on time and My wifes bridal shirts were a hit with the girls and owner at the venue. I cant speak for others but my experience with these people was phenomenal and we saved some needed money. Thank you to this company.

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. My Marine Corps unit ordered shirts from this company on March 20th 2020. It Took two and a half months for the order to be ready only for them to have put the wrong color on the shirts and hoodies. I was told by Myles who runs the store that it would be re-printed. He even asked me to call and remind him to do his job to pick up our order from the warehouse. Although I thought that was ridiculous, I called him and nobody answered or replied to emails which is a common trend. They always want you to make an appointment, but never answer the phones. Either way, I showed up after the weekend and was greeted with welcome to weprint 101where we are gladly giving refunds by Myles. Myles is very unprofessional and has no business running this store and should be terminated. He is terrible at communication, makes fake promises, and can not handle the stress or pressure of running this store. If i could give this store NEGATIVE STARS I most certainly would. Unless you know Myles personally and will get that hook up order he loves to do so much, DO NOT BECOME AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.REPLY: You guys mentioned that we go free shirts at no cost. Let me remind you that those shirts that where requested where meant to be worn IN UNIFORM and the ones that you gave us can NOT be worn in uniform due to them being OUT OF REGULATION. Therefore they where a complete waste! Go ahead and continue to use COVID-19 as an excuse to why our order of 17 shirts never got done when I can clearly see and talked to customers who had larger orders and ordered after me to receive there orders. Just a poor excuse and a terrible business.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency and professionalism in this company. I made an appointment (due to COVID) for an order for my mother’s funeral on Saturday May 23rd. We paid for the order on Monday May 25th. We did understand that it was a holiday however expected the company to inform us if they were not going to be able to fufuil the order in time. The day before the funeral May 27th, I reached out to the owner and asked for an update on the order, it was 4pm. The order was STILL not ready. He called the night before at 7:45p to inform me that the order was ready for pick-up. The day of the funeral, I reached out for the order and the owner states that only the portraits for the funeral were ready but the handkerchiefs were not. We were late to the viewing and had to set up the two life size portraits while family and friends are watching and mourning at the same time. Sooooo unprofessional!!!! We didn’t receive the completed handkerchiefs until days AFTER the funeral was over. I was so disheartened and frustrated with the carelessness of this company and the lack of compassion and disregard to reconcile the matter even after they failed to fulfill the order in a timely manner. What am I supposed to do with 100 handkerchiefs after a funeral ...... didn’t get a refund or a percentage off or anything. Won’t ever do business here again. So unfortunate because I really gave the owner ever benefit of the doubt I could but it still messed up the entire experience that we were trying to create for our mom.

Ordered 100 handkerchiefs for a second line. Order placed on October 20, 2018. Today is March 14, 2019 (approx 5 months) and my wedding is next week and still have NOT heard about them. I would stay far away from this place. Not only are they giving us the run around, they are claiming that we havent followed up on our order.5 months for 100 handkerchiefs that still has NOT been made.

WePrint101 is awesome. Their prices are reasonable and does a great job. There is another location on S. Claiborne right before Napoleon. I have been ordering handkerchiefs from them for almost 10 years. These last handkerchiefs were there best job yet.

Myles is amazing! Items I needed for a conference didnt arrive at the last minute, and I was desperately emailing and calling around Saturday to see who would print 80 t-shirts for me by Sunday. Print 101 responded to my email and gave me a cell phone # to call, and they immediately got to work. He was super communicative and responsive, and we texted about updates throughout the day. He delivered exactly what I needed within 24 hours and saved the day. I could not more highly recommend you to bring your business here if you need something custom printed.

Update, my order was to be done today, still nothing. No email response to my four emails, no call backs from my two or three voicemails, and when I called the store they were clueless and acted as if I was an inconvenience as a customer. I dont know how they are in business. If I could give a negative score, they will definitely have earned it.I placed an order and paid over a month ago. To date, my order has not been sent a proof. They claim my design had to get approved but that should not take 4 weeks to do. Will not use again.

REMADE the poster STILL misspelled the same word..then messed up my shirt.. after I paid in advance. Afterwards he blocked me..smh I will be filing a BBB case 1st thing Monday. Its so sad when you try to support your people you get screwed..there was another lady complaining about her scarves that she ordered when I reluctantly had to accept messed up merchandise. With not so much an apology. This place does not do good business, please take heed. Bring your business to FedEx or a REPUTABLE COMPANY.

On Monday April 15 at about noon I called WePrint Algiers to inquire if they did rhinestone tees. The lady said yes but they did not do singles and that I would have to order at least 12 tees. She then told me to email in my information and someone would get back to me with pricing. I immediately emailed my artwork with detailed instructions on the rhinestone placement.After a couple of hours passed I again called WePrint Algiers to find out if they had in fact received my email. We Print’s representative assured me that my email had been received and again stated that someone would be in contact about.pricing. On April 17 ( three days after my email was sent) at 6:45pm I was contacted by a gentleman named Miles. He stated that as I submitted my own artwork there would be no charge for design, We Print would mock up a proof and that the cost per shirt would be $12. He would sent me the proof along with an invoice and I could at that time pay the full invoice or 50% deposit. As I had not received the the proof but did receive the invoice on Thursday, I visited WePrint Algiers on Friday April 19 at about 1pm and walked into a cyclone! Irate customers whose orders were not ready, frantic workers rushing out with tee shirts hot off the machines one at a time handing the shirts to the customers, not in boxes or bags. When it was finally my turn I requested to see my proof but was told nothing was done as I had not made payment. I then paid $80 cashand again asked when would the proofs be ready and was told it would be ready on Monday April 22. I called We Print Algiers on the 22nd at about 2pm inquiring about the proofs. I was then told that the graphic artist would be in later and I would have the proofs by the evening. I NEVET GOT THE Proofs! On Wednesday as no one picked the phone I send an email basically stating that I was not feeling comfortable that my shirts would be ready on Friday as it was Wednesday and I still had not even received my proofs. I then received an email from someone named Jay from the UPTOWN We Print stating that my order could not be completed by the deadline and they would gladly refund my deposit. Weirdly the email also stated that my proof was done ( yet I never saw one), and they knew on Monday that they could not complete the order... so the question is What happened between Friday when I paid the deposit IN PERSON and Monday???I immediately called Miles at WePrint Algiers and asked if they could complete my order by April 30, as it seemed they needed more time even though THEY set the deadline no IMiles said he would check it out and call me back in 10 minutes. After an Hour passed I called Back and was told that Miles was busy and he would call me in about 20 minutes. This went on ALL DAY Wednesday and Miles NEVER called me back. On Thursday I again left messages for Miles but he never responded. So grossly unprofessional Today, Friday April 26 again I went to We Print and endured more unhappy customers, and employees grabbing shirts off the machine and handing it to a customer. I got my refund. So I am stuck with an event and no merchandise for the event as I wasted so much time with We Print. NOT AN ESTABLISHMENT YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

We use this company for 3 cients for Handkerchiefs, Customer T-shirts and a Custom Backdrop. Owner was professional but no nonsense. Will be using them again!!

I purchased a vinyl large decal from them over 4 months ago. About 1 month after ordering the owner called me in, showed me what I bought, it was hideous. I asked him to make corrections and call me when it was done. I never recieved a call back. I have called 18 times, stopped in the store 5 times. I have never recieved my graphic. And when I asked for my money back, I was given excuses. Now, on Monday, I am forced to sign a complaint and take this business to small claims court. I would not recommend this business.
