The girls working here are not happy. unhappy workers= 1/2 as* job. and to me it isn’t the techs fault, it’s the owner. the day after a ridiculous amount of lashes fell out. seemed like every time i looked lashes were on my face. ( i followed instructions) they only lasted TWO weeks. if you want a good experience and quality lashes DO NOT GO HERE. there’s plenty of places that are half as uppty as this one and do 100% a better job. they are robbing people out their money

Had taken a break for a couple of years, but my stylist, Alexis, made it super easy for me to get great extensions again. They look fantastic, and since I wear glasses most of the time, she made sure they were just the right length. Very professional, and the shop itself is lovely and well-run.

What separates Lash Lounge from other salons is their customer service.When I first found them, I created an appointment online & immediately received a call back from a bubbly employee confirming my appointment.The building was hard to find because it’s in between several other businesses and there are trees in the front. When I finally found the location, I thought the employees were extremely kind and helpful. The interior of the business is very aesthetically pleasing and clean.The lash application was on par with what I’ve come to expect from any esthetician. I did not come back to Lash Lounge for a refill because there are cheaper options out there with the same result.Today, I was late for an appointment with a different salon and they were unwilling to work with me. Something came up so I asked if I could come later or reschedule. I was told I’d need to pay a cancellation fee, a deposit, and would need to schedule a full set for a future date. I said Thanks anyway, and remembered the exceptional service I’d received from Lash Lounge in the past and decided to call & ask if they had any openings today. Sure enough, someone answered after the first ring and was more than happy to help me. She told me I could come at 6 and asked for pictures to expedite the process.Lash lounge is one of 5 lash techs I’ve been to, and it is the only one I’ll return to based on the customer service alone. I do still think it’s expensive but it’s not significantly more expensive than competitors.If you care about being treated with kindness and like your business matters, this is the place to go to. You certainly get what you pay for.

I’ve always wanted lash extensions. After doing my due diligence… Lash Lounge had the best reviews in the city. Maya V was my lash technician her precision and confidence is amazing!! I looove my lashes i now feel like a Badass Woman! For all first timers…. Your best bet is to go to Lash Lounge its a game changer!!!

Cydni, my lash tech, was very professional. She started off asking what look did I want, she explained the different styles they offer and which one was best for the look that I wanted. She was thorough and knowledgeable of the techniques and products of service.The receptionist was outstanding. I called to inform I was going to arrive 5 to 10 mins late. She made sure that it was OK. I was traveling from out of town and traffic was horrible. I arrived to my appointment walk into a very friendly clean and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone spoke and was smiling. Great music and most of all it didnt take long at all for my appointment.I highly recommend this lash lounge, it was worth every mile of me traveling to.

Prior to my appointment, I booked over the phone with a very sweet receptionist. They have availability on evenings/Saturdays which I liked because it really works for my hectic week day schedule. I went in for my first appointment this past weekend. It was a little hard to find at first, but didnt take too much searching. The place is very clean and has an upscale feel. Again, the receptionist was super friendly and my stylist was a very sweet girl.My only cons were I wish I was given more information about the different types of lashes as it was my first time. Maybe some pictures wouldve helped. I was asked if I wanted a C or D curl, which means nothing to someone like me who has no clue what that means. She told me the D was more of a curl, which is still like ???? ok more of a curl than what? I had no basis to go off of. Maybe a pamphlet would help.I was telling her I wanted a very natural look, like my lashes, but with mascara. I feel I wasnt lead to make the right choice. (hybrid, D curl) I dont fully blame her though, she was making sure I made the choice and didnt want her opinion to skew my decision. Maybe I shouldve done more research at home before showing up because now I think I shouldve went classic. I do like them, but once I got home I noticed one side was fuller than the other, and to be honest I liked the less full side more. Overall I still believe I had a good experience.

I love The Lash Lounge! Not only do my eyelashes look amazing after every visit, but all the employees are so nice and accommodating. The service is great and I appreciate the policies they’ve implemented to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get lash extensions!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I love this place- they’re Miami/LA quality. No need to try to find the best lash artist in the nola area because they’re all at the Lash Lounge in mid city. Not only is the staff informed and courteous but they’re also talented. I travel weekly for work and change my schedule at the drop of a dime and it never seems to trip them up. They’ve been able to fit me in for last minute appointments every time without fail. I know I can rely on these women. You don’t have to be loyal to one specific esthetician because they record your “lash map” into a database they can share with other Lash Lounge artists and franchises. They take the time to know my face shape and recommend different ways to keep my lashes healthy and looking great as well. I have so much confidence in Jamie and her team. Truly the only people I trust with my look.

Lovely and clean salon. Both Brittany and Destini did a great job on my lashes.The problem was with the “VIP Membership”. It was poorly explained and extra costs were tacked on. When I brought it up, rather than trying to make it right, both Maddie then Jamie were very rude and unprofessional.There are other salons that are just as nice, equal quality, but better prices with no bait and switch.UPDATE to respond to your response:First of all, Im not an assistant district attorney. I have no idea where you got that. Im a personal shopper.Second, your timeline is off on how/when this was explained. Right after my last service I told Maddie that my purse had been stolen and that I was having new cards sent, so I would update them ASAP when that came so you could continue charging me for the membership. THAT is when she told me for the FIRST TIME of these extra charges.I came in and paid within 30 days of the service, and yes, you had indeed sent many threatening messages.Ive been a small business owner. I cant imagine treating customers the way you have.

Had a great time getting my lashes done for the first time with Nicole!! Nicole was extremely professional and had a kind, calming presence that made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to have a thorough discussion with me before starting to make I got the look I wanted which was a more natural look, and didnt pressure me at all to go with any specific option. Not to mention the chairs are super comfortable and music was great!!! Also the most affordable price I could find for lashes in Nola. Highly recommend 12/10!

I tried to give this place two chances. In November, I called on the phone to make an appointment after finding out I was to give a presentation on a Monday. As it was Saturday, the receptionist informed me that they had an opening on Sunday midday. Perfect! They took my card info as it was my first time booking and processed a hold charge to make the reservation. On Sunday, when I showed up, the receptionist informed me that my appointment had actually been booked for Monday. There was zero offer to try to work me in as I explained I had an entire conversation about wanting to have my brows done *before* Monday. There was no offer to try to make it up to me in the future, just a well credit back to you the charge you should see it in a few days. Disappointing as everywhere else is closed on Sunday making it impossible for me to try to find a different provider. Mistakes happen though I thought they could have done more since it was their error. Fast forward, January, I make an appointment online this time through their website using my mindbodyonline account. I get a call 3 hours later telling me that the time I booked wasnt actually available. Annoying! I pick another time that they offer on the phone. As Im about to hang up they again as me for my card number (which is linked in my mindbodyaccount!!) to place a hold charge as this is my first time visiting. I am super annoyed now. This was not my first time booking with them. I understand processing a missed appointment charge in these times, I do not understand the proactive charge (that is not listed anywhere on their website or in the online booking process) especially when every time Ive tried to make an appointment the salon has had errors on their side. As someone who has held customer facing positions in the airline industry, in food service, in hotels, and retail - their customer service severely lacking. They should also really look at their appointment process with the frequency of bookings being done incorrectly.

First time having lash extensions. I have to say this company is very responsive, and professional. Very clean and following protocols for Covid. The tables are comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxed. Nicole was my technician she was patient and very informative! Listened to my needs discussed options thoroughly and gave me recommendations. I chose the hybrid natural very happy with my choice. Fullness length but very natural!

Found my go-to lash salon in Nola!! 🙌🙌🙌I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for several years now, so I’ve tried my share of locations. I had some okay experiences in the past, but in these other locations they were rough, aggressive, and careless.Enter Destini at the Lash Lounge!! I did a google search and hoped for the best.... sure enough, got my lashes done and they’re fantastic!! The experience was extremely clean, peaceful, professional, relaxing, and most importantly, pain free!! I immediately jumped on the membership option (they’re not pushy about it at all), because Destini did such a gentle, careful, and amazing job on my hybrid lashes🤩🤩🤩🤩!!! I am so relieved that I did not experience a single ounce of pain...😆🥳 My lashes look full and amazing, I’m recommending them to everyone.... plus of course everyone wears masks, they take your temperature, you must wash your hands when you arrive, and everything is wiped down and sanitized. Very efficiently done.All that to say, I love this place; Destini is awesome and I can’t wait for my next appt with her!!!

One of my first times going out during the pandemic and first time trying out lash extensions. They used every precaution upon arrival and was impressed by the level of cleanliness and safety protocols. My technician was very helpful when describing all of my options and very happy with the outcome. As a first timer I felt like I was making the right decision based off of her recommendations. I set up my refill date right then because I love them so much.

They were so professional their salon was absolutely darling, and wish that we had these in Phoenix Arizona! No need for mascara anymore! These little lashes make my tired eyes look refreshed .... plus an hour to just sit back and listen to music, podcasts or audio books with no interruption was a huge plus. I Recommend to all my friends.

I scheduled my first EVER eyelash extensions at Lash Lounge with Alyssa. I had no idea what to expect. Alyssa walked me through and gave recommendations on what curl, type of lash, length, etc. She explained the steps as she did them. She took her time and was very detail oriented. The application process was easy and comfortable. The lashes came out looking amazing and better than I anticipated. The environment had a great vibe and was very relaxing and comfortable. I had a great experience from the time I stepped in the door and spoke with Anitra at the front desk until I walked out! I even received a rose for Valentine’s Day! I highly recommend The Lash Lounge of New Orleans and will def be scheduling another visit.

They are very professional and friendly, no doubt about it. I had the lash lift and tint done for $100 total, not including the $20 tip I left. The results are absolutely NOT worth it. At first look my lashes looked just ok, I thought it was because I had previously removed my contact lenses and I couldnt see clearly. When I got to the car, I had a second look at them, with my contact lenses on, and noticed the change was minimal. It was barely a change. I couldnt even see the tint on them, eventhough black tint was used. This might be the place to go for lashes extensions, but DO NOT waste your money nor time with lift and tint services. Its absolutely NOT WORTH IT. I feel like I flushed my money down the toilet. So not happy.

Nicole is great and the only reason I was going to continue to go. This place is a complete scam. I went in and got my first set and was told by Candi the front desk person that it would be cheaper of I bought the membership, so I did. I called for a refill appointment and was told Nicole only had 10 and 4, but the next day received an email stating the I had 2 appointments one at 1030 and the other at 1, looked at it as a mistake and still had my referral come. Neither she or I was ever told they dont take cash. When my referral went to get her membership she was told something totally different then I was. Then the other front desk girl told me I was charged wrong and dont worry about it they handled the mistake. The next day I was charged $99 dollars, I called and was told they were charging me for the first appointment because Candi explained how they membership works incorrectly. The best offer was to charge me half of the membership that I would not have got if it was explained correctly and I wouldnt have went back for a refill that I was under the impression I already paid for. Horrible customer service and management.

Even though it was a certifying tech, my lashes literally fell off as I drove home. The tech was not supervised and given and feedback during the process. I was just told a bunch of excuses from the owner or manager. The tech was nice though but she has so much to learn. Ill never recommend or return

I absolutely love Aimee and the staff of ladies at the Lash Lounge. I had no idea what I was doing when I started and they walked me through the experience before getting started. I was supposed to write this review after my appointment on last week! Here it goes. . .My lashes look AMAZING! My Esthetician was fabulous, very professional and courteous. I am bad with names but, I think it was Alicia. Please forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly!I thank you for making my lashes look beautiful. My husband, daughter and grandson LOVES them.I received an upgrade because Lash lounge has to reschedule my appointment. I would become a member but, we are relocating soon so I won’t be able to use it.If you want outstanding lashes, PLEASE go to Lash lounge in New Orleans! I promise they won’t make you look like Mr. Snuffaluffagus!

Save yourself the trouble! I went in for a lash lift and left with some lashes curling in a complete circle, others overlapping, and some not lifted at all. Then my eye started to swell up to what I thought was an allergic reaction. I called and they got me in to “fix” the problem. It straightened out a few of the messed up lashes but still looked pretty bad and THEN ended up perming my lower lashes into this weird crimp. Now my top and bottom lashes are totally messed up!!! AND the “allergic reaction” grew into a stye. I have never had one of these in my entire life. I am beyond upset and will never return. I wish I had my regular lashes back and $80! Ha!
