Mr. Reggie was kind, friendly and very informative! He helped me pick out a mattress and was very patient as I tried out the many options. His store is clean and has lots of great mattress models to choose from at different price points. Delivery/haul away was easy and came on schedule. If I need another mattress, I will be back!

The Store I purchased the mattress at was fantastic! The store I picked the mattress up at did NOT represent good customer service. This is what warranted the 3 stars. When I picked the mattress up there were 2 men running the Store. The younger of the 2 men visited with the 2 delivery guys and made me wait til his joking and cutting up with the delivery men was complete. I said something to the manager and he just said wait. The manager did not offer to tell the younger man to stop goofing off and go get my mattress or did he offer to go get the mattresses. Very disappointing behavior. There attitude was degrading to me and made me feel because I am a woman my time was not valuable. The general tone and verbage of the experience was not customer friendly especially for a woman. I personally have been in retail for 35 years in upper management, this behavior would never be acceptable. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

I just witnessed the best mattress-purchasing experience ever! I was helping my friend search online for a twin mattress for her daybed. We found one she liked on Mattress Firms website, and called to ask if the mattress was in the showroom so that we could come by and see it. This past Saturday I purchased a King mattress. I abhor shopping, so normally I begrudgingly peruse stores as fast as I can to get out of them. My husband and I walked in to the Carrollton location in NOLA. Reggie immediately greeted us and asked questions that allowed for him to quickly figure out our comfort level and price range without directly asking. He offered sheet protectors for us to try out the mattresses and had our top two options narrowed within 10 minutes. The experience was wonderful!

The gentleman makes you feel welcome and gives you great service, but he is not overbearing and doesn’t bombard you with questions. Reggie was great! I came directly from Mattress Direct where it seems the salesperson could care less if I bought. Reggie listened to my requests and delivered without any problem. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I did have a slight problem when I got to the warehouse. I called the store, but Reggie was not at work. His co-worker, Kat, handled the issue immediately and to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend this store.

I used the mattress assessment tool before I went into the store to get an idea of the appropriate mattress and to look at the pricing. Once I went into the store, my salesman, Gerron, led me through the selections and made it easy for me to select the mattress I wanted. All three salespersons in the store were friendly, and the pricing was excellent. I bought on Presidents Day weekend, so there was a good sale. The prices were comparable to other stores. I gave a four instead of five star because there should have been some type covers on the mattresses that could be cleaned between customers or changed as an extra COVID precaution. I would buy from this store again.

There is no way I can recommend an experience with Mattress Firm. I only wish I had read reviews first. I wanted to return my mattress after six weeks. When the driver came to pick it up he refused to take it because of some very light yellow marks on the ribbing. All I can say is it must have come like that and I never noticed it and immediately put a mattress pad on it and made up the bed. The driver took photos and left. I called the manager at the store I bought it at. He said that was store policy. After further conversing, he told me to send him some photos of the marks. The rest of our back n fourth was via email. He told me I took different photos. I had bcc’d the head of customer relations in Houston on all of our correspondence. His final response was the warranty was voided. By the way never did I receive a copy of the warranty. So I made a complaint to the BBB of New Orleans. Two days later I receive a text & voicemail (automated) that my mattress would be picked up. I bought a Saatva that came with a very detailed warranty stating what could void the warranty.

They are very very very rude the manager her name is Julie she is very rude I wish I would’ve spent my money there but I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 7 days for a refund don’t know the other lady’s name but she thought is was funny because I was upset the messed up The delivery day so sad I wouldn’t recommend no one spend money at that store N. I came in yesterday knowing more or less what I wanted and needed, but still had some questions and needed solid sales advice on which option would be the truly better deal. The sales associate who helped me (I forgot to ask his name at the time, but I found it on the receipt listed as Reginald) was kind, honest, efficient, helpful, and was clearly observing responsible COVID-19 safety precautions. He answered my many questions knowledgeably and without pressure to up-sell (which I pay attention to, because I absolutely HATE when sales people can’t read a customer well enough to know that pushing an up-sell would be ineffective and/or unethical for their situation). Great Experience at this location with Troy! I needed a replacement for my current queen mattress and was looking for a more affordable alternative. Troy walked me through the different options available, explaining the technology as far as cooling gel and coil density etc. He was very patient with an indecisive person such as myself, especially at the close of the work day. In the end, Troy was able to get me a great deal on an excellent mattress. Great Customer Service! Delivery went smoothly, although the delivery schedule is a bit rigid/inflexible as far a specific delivery time. The guys who delivered the mattress were quick and professional. I have used mattress firm more than once and I appreciate their price match guarantee and their 90 day comfort warranty. This City Park location was highly recommended by a friend. Wonderful wonderful experience. The other night my fiancé and I woke up with achy backs and overall soreness. I decided it was time to get a new mattress, no questions about it! We could feel the mattress wearing down over time, springs creaking, slowly sinking in.. We learned our lesson on buying a cheap mattress to move in with— it’s not worth it! We arrived to Mattress Firm yesterday morning and was immediately greeted by Gerron with kindness and a genuine willingness to help solve our problem. Quite frankly that’s rare to find in New Orleans! We already knew that we wanted the Tempur Pedic mattress, we liked it’s ability to move the head, foot and vibrate!! Gerron relayed to us that he himself had the same issues previously and purchased the mattress that he and his wife were more than pleased with. When the numbers ran back, we learned we would not be able to get that exact mattress; Gerron didn’t stop working to make us happy! He went back crunched more numbers, found us a similar bed (Serra Hybrid) for a better price with the adjustable Tempur Pedic base, giving us all the functionality we desired! It was so astonishing having another genuine person in the sales industry not hard up about making sales but more so customer retention and SATISFACTION! I seldom write reviews but our praises for Gerron had to be shared! We picked up our mattress the same day and it was an easy set it up. This is the kind of service all people deserve to experience so please, buy your mattresses from this location with the wonderful Gerron!!

Reggie and Kat are two of the kindest and most helpful salespeople. I dealt with some external manufacturing and delivery issues but they were both super amenable and solved all of my problems for me. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve purchased two mattresses from this location, and have been well pleased with the quality of service, care, and product that we’ve received. Purchased a queen mattress set at the end of 2019 and a full mattress set with adjustable frame last month. The sales and delivery teams worked well together and took Covid safety measures into account with our most recent purchase.

The mattresses were fantastic. My only complaint is that, as a Christian, I felt uncomfortable and spiritually under attack. The place is filled with a satanic aura and if you have a sensitive spirit you will feel it. Troy the manager helped me pick out a great mattress in my price range, and was very helpful.

Got a great deal here! They sell their display mattresses in the back at a pretty hefty discount, and can be haggled on them to a certain extent. I got a decent hybrid mattress that goes for a pretty penny for like $50. The associate even called up his manager to make sure I was getting the best price. Its by no means a stunner of a product, but you cant beat that price!

This is a pre-covid 19 review. Mr. Lewis gave great advice and was patient as we went back and forth trying to find the right mattress. Unfortunately, delivery was a nightmare. They were supposed to remove our old mattress and box spring but refused. They said to put it on the curb for the trash! Mr. Lewis was rude and demeaning when I called for help. He said that most peopletake good care of their mattresses and keep them covered. Excuse me? Did our mattress have some stains, yes. Out of the ordinary? No. We have kids and dogs. It didnt occur to me, until after I sent them packing with the new bed, that maybe the problem could be solved if I put some kind of covering on the old mattress. Isnt it THEIR job to solve the problem for the customer? Evidently NOT at the Mattress Firm! I called back, and only then did Mr. Lewis say that we could have purchased a plastic mattress cover for the old mattress so their employees would take it! Now, if theres a problem removing old mattresses, why not tell the customer at the time of the sale that the old mattress needs to be wrapped? Better yet, send the customer home with a bed bag! Nope, not the Mattress Firm. I ended up spending $60 on mattress covering and tape. I was told that the delivery fee would be refunded. It never was.I cant even get a call back from management.Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

The sales person Brett is awesome, there was a little mix up and the base to my mattress was not working on delivery and Brett actually came to my house him self after he close the store to try and fix it! And expedited me a new base next day!
