OK they are very strict in their appointment times, if you are late theres still a good chance they will unload you, it will just be after everyone else thats on time. Im giving one star only because of their lot, its very small and tight as you can see from the pictures and even though you may be a great driver you still have to wait for other people to make some room for you. Easy to find, truckers look for a black gate with the words receiving trucks. When I got here had one ahead of me, got a dock 30 minutes later. Was a few hours early for my appointment time, so expected to wait awhile. Blind side back unless you have enough room to turn around. Cajun accents so listen carefully. Not as bad as the previous reviews state, delivered Thursday morning arrived 850am for a 11am appointment. Probably looking at 2 hours for unload.

No parking at gate. Park up the road about 300 yards at the Lowes. They are serious about appointment times which is good if youre on time. The lot is sort of tight if you have little experience with small lots. For veteran drivers its not difficult at all. They are very good at getting you unloaded quickly. Ive actually gotten unloaded hete early several times. I give 5 stars because this is one my favorite runs.

No overnight parking, must have appointment, get in line as early as you can. Not care about appointment time but must have appointment that day. Receiving gate is at West side of the building black fence gate. Opens 0800. Too tight on the docks to back up. Good luck.

Unloaded on 10.05.2018.Apptmnt time was 8.0AM.Was there at 8.06AM.Receiving person said it was late.Behaviour of receiving person was not good.Said to me Get out from here after unloading.Off side docks for unloading.Not sufficient front space.you have to park in road for opening main gate.MAIN ISSUE WITH ME IS BEHAVIOUR OF RECEIVING PERSON.He should behave good .Hoping for best.

Truck receiving is small and they wont receive until your appointment dont get there early, they have nice staff and some will help you back If needed

Appointment was 1500, got here @ 1300. Empty @ 1330, guess I got lucky...lol...Only had 7 pallets tho...

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DELIVER TO!Appointment time was at 8am, got here at 830 due New Orleans traffic. Receiver proceeded to be extremely rude and put me off to the side while multiple trucks were skipped ahead of me. Receiver then told me I’ll be put in before lunch if they had time. After lunch hour I reported back in to see when I would be put in and they proceeded to say that I ruined the schedule so I was gonna have to wait and that I was for sure the last truck to be unloaded.Multiple times through the 9 hours I was here there was spots I could have backed into that trucks came out of but they wanted to be sure to ruin my day by 9 hours for being 30 min late.If you come to deliver at this place do not be a second late, they will screw up your day to a point where you won’t be able to load up anywhere after just out of spite.I will never book a load here again for their unprofessional staff, rude demeanor, and spiteful attitude.

1st my company says theres overnight parking appears to be untrue to small to have parking. 2nd if your appointment time is 10 come early because it appears that they have everybody scheduled for 10 they unloaded me early and fast when i left there was multiple trucks backed up to the gate. Overall good place to deliver.
