I have thousands of dollars worth of tattoos on my body from the last 28 years of my life. I have never in that time received such a low quality tattoo that looks like it was tattooed with disappearing ink. As its healing/disappearing it looks more like I was scared than tattooed. This is an extremely basic tattoo that is just lettering that I paid more for that the other tattoo pictured that is over 2 years old and I have treated and healed the exact same way as this one. With over 20 tattoos on my body I know exactly how my skin heals and how well I hold ink this is just basic negligence and hopefully this artist worst tattoo of their life cause I would absolutely hate to think that this person is out there charging outlandish prices for such botched work. If I were the owner of this shop I would hope that they would reevaluate who they allow to work there.

My partner and I came in as walk ins and we were shown the best possible outcome of a tattoo shop. Stephen is a phenomenal artist who shows experience in his pieces and I cannot hype this artist enough. On top of being a top tier artist he has the ability to make getting a tattoo relaxing and exciting. Not only was the tattoo phenomenal and more reasonably priced for the quality than I could have asked for, but the entire experience was emaculate. I am so happy to not only have this amazing piece of art, but I also have a great memory that completely made our vacation.

Jimmy was great! The shop was clean and ran efficiently. I put a deposit down to hold a spot so I could leave and come back when it was my turn which wasnt a big deal. A great way to remember my first time in New Orleans!

My fiancé and I went in and didn’t know what we wanted so we decided to do their coin machine “refuse to choose” for a $100. Stephen blew these outlines from the coin machine out of the water! I 110% recommended this!

Did a walk in tattoo and had a general idea of what I wanted that Kyle turned into a piece I absolutely love. The shop was organized and clean, the artists were friendly and reasonable. Kyle was so awesome when it came to the sensitive areas on my collar piece and kept talking me through the tattoo. I will definitely be coming back to get some more work done by him!

Great staff and excellent work. It was my first tattoo and they made it so easy and worked with me on every step. They gave me a price up front and paid it before I started the tattoo. GREAT JOB!! I wish I could remember the artists name (sorry man!) but hes the one with his whole face covered in tattoos.

They took us as a walk in appointment, he spent a long time making sure our idea was sketched out, gave his feedback on what he thought would make the design pop, and executed it flawlessly. This place was amazeballs! We check with them via telephone for seat availability. A nice young lady answered the call and said sure come right in. We can get you in for sure. So we took the drive. We were greeted by her smiling face upon arrival. She walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We were checking a price on a piece when I noticed the gumball machine and decided I wanted to do that. So I pull a 100 out and at the mercy of the machine, threw 2 quarters in to get what I was to receive. I received exactly what spirit intended for me to get. Dave tatted me and did a phenomenal job with the creation of my newest piece. Shannon tatted my wife and did great too on her 100 dollar random fun. It was a great experience in all. We will warn Shannon has a little bit of a heavy hand, so maybe not for the first timers. This place is it, look no further! Stop in for a lifetime piece! We will be back!

Went in to get a tattoo on a whim and Kyle was so awesome he took my general idea and turned it into a very lovely chest piece of barbed wire and ivy. Will definitely be coming back for some more art by him. Was very professional and didnt make me feel bad for taking a couple breaks, kept the conversation going and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Ask for Kyle!

My husband and I went in for matching tattoos! While his was done by the gentleman that drew up the tattoo mine was not. Frankie did my tattoo and he was super nice but he is clearly an apprentice and I was not informed of that. The lines are super shaky and do not meet correctly. And the shading is def off. The other tattooist aske a couple times if he saw how he did it and he shook it off. I am super disappointed with this tattoo as it is longer and slimmer and not nearly as beautiful as my husbands.

Came in to get Tattoos with my friends. I must say this was our first and this was unfortunately the worst experience we have ever had. The staff does not know how to communicate to customers. This shop is very busy the staff will not pay attention to customers or try to make you feel comfortable.The tattoo artist stated that he was in a hurry and misplaced my friends tattoo. They are all about the money and do not care for the well Being of customers. After receiving our tattoos we were never given any care instructions. We came back to Express our concern about the the issue and we were spoken to in a condescending tone and rude a manner as if we were less than, though we came respectfully. The owner kept making up lies of things that never happened when we were there originally. I am truly traumatized from this. I usually do not leave reviews especially bad ones but I had to warn others to NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Especially if it is your first time.

I received a tattoo that scarred my arm really bad. I paid extra for a vibrant color that was not “vibrant” at all. For my first tattoo I am highly disappointed. Also feel as though i was overcharged due to receiving a new, bigger and better tattoo that had over 8 colors for the same amount that I paid just to get a small triple linking heart single color tattoo from here.

My artist name is Shannon. He did a memorial tattoo for my son who was killed. I went to see Shannon this past Wednesday and he did an amazing job. I live here in New Orleans and I will be recommending him to everyone I know that wants some work done. He is also very funny. He kept me laughing. Great guy. Great place. 5 stars from me. We traveled to the shop just to be greeted by a drunk tattoo artist who said he’s been an artist for 20 years. If that’s the case he should have known better! Who’s going to allow someone that’s extremely intoxicated to tattoo them! Certainly not me

Big Easy is the best tattoo shop in town because of the best tattoo artist, Jimmy Good Money. Why? They adhere to COVID-19 precautions and once cleared, it’s straight to work. Nice, clean station. One of my rules for picking an artist is that the person has to be able to execute uniform, steady, even, clean lines. Since I needed script done, I needed someone who understood spacing and lettering... someone who can spell too. Jimmy is REALLY good at that. It was smooth and absolutely fantastic. I am going to come back for more work. My tattoo healed perfectly and I need to show it off. Come through people!

Poor service. Made an appointment, it wasnt honored and then they tell us if we paid a deposit, they would have honored it, yet no one said a deposit was required when we called, more than once. Seems fishy to me, we dont sound black on the phone, but when we got there our voices didnt match the color.

Overall impression, not the best but about what Id expect in NO. They dont take phone calls and there was no one working the front desk. We arrived at 1 on a Saturday. There was 1 artist and 3 people ahead of us getting very small tattoos. We expected a bit of a wait, but we were told it would be about 45 minutes so we stayed. Our group of 4 ended up waiting 3 hours to get started and spent 4 hours total there. Overall the quality is ok, Ace was great and make the experience better. Probably wouldnt go back, but it was an experience for sure.

Down for our honeymoon from KCMO and my wife says she wants to get tattoos. Steven did a great job personalizing a couple fluer de lis for us both. Worked us both in with very little wait, great pricing, and excellent work! We will be back!

I worked with Stephen to do a custom piece as a walk in during Mardi Gras. There was a wait, but Id say that is totally expected. I LOVE my tattoo. Stephen was professional, the shop was clean, all the staff was friendly, and the art is excellent. Would definitely return to this shop in the future!

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. I’ve tried to go to this place twice and each time I received negative and annoyed tones from the employees, but almost all non-black people that I know that have gone here have little to no complaints. I don’t know if maybe I’ve gone at bad times, or if it’s clear that this shop is not friendly and welcoming towards black people.

If you n new Orleans and feel like you need some ink therapy it’s a must you go see Chris I’m in love with my piece ...I just told him the area and I wanted a flower so he free handed it on my arm I couldn’t be happier ...I am now in love with traditional can’t wait to get another one

Went in this shop and everyone was just RUDE. Super judgemental and they dont respect your time.They seem to never know whats going on inside the shop or when they will be ready to tattoo you. An hour and a half wait turned into 4hrs and we still didnt get tattooed... safe to say I was glad I didnt get a tattoo from this place..

He worked with us to develop the design before he went to work. Super friendly ladies, but beware if you’re from out of town! I got “be nice or leave” tattooed on my forearm and unfortunately, it turned out kind of lopsided. I was asked to pay in advance, so upon discovering the defect, my $150 was already a sunk cost. My artist, Ace, offered to retouch the tattoo but would not allow a refund (not even for the tip paid in advance), despite the original payment being made through Venmo. Thankfully, I have an artist back home who will be helping me make this piece into something I can enjoy.

Very chill shop with very cool people. I was tattooed by a very nice guest artist from Las Vegas. If your looking for a Nola souvenir tattoo, you could do a lot worse. My wife, friends and I all got these great catfish. Ace did the one pictured here on my wifes arm.

While getting tattooed on 10/21 by Terry, he was falling asleep and leaning against my arm while working. There are stray lines coming down off of the tattoo where the gun ran down my arm while he was falling asleep. When I asked for my money back, they told me they would touch it up, which I didn’t want for obvious reasons. They have not returned my calls since. It is now infected and in a great amount of pain.

I felt like family! They treated me so friendly. I walked in and they took care of me every time. I had a 4-day stay in New Orleans, and I came here every night. They’re so welcoming and caring of their customers. I was treated very special like I was their own. I do recommend coming to this facility. Their tattoos are extraordinary and timely. I would come here every time I come to New Orleans.

David is the best works well with people and is very professional. His art work is great and when puts it on skin he makes it look even better. He took me as a walk in and had me out of there in two hours. Highly recommend David to anyone

So found this place thru a friend and google, I could have done a walk in the day I called but instead I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were very nice, clean and professional, they did very well on my mom, daughter and my tattoos, they did everything we asked. The cost of the tattoo was pricey but we were in nola so I get it. Other then that I recommend this place to anyone wanting a good quality tattoo

My friends and I were visiting the area and looking to get some tattoos. After reading reviews/testimonials we decided on this tattoo shop. The artists were very friendly. It was my first tattoo so I was fairly nervous but my artist made me feel pretty calm about it. The result was more than I could’ve asked for. We came back the next day for my boyfriend’s tattoo and again the artist was personable and fun to talk with. The owner of the business was easy to talk with and after learning more about the people/shop I really wish I lived closer to come back! Both tattoos were good enough to warrant a trip back to New Orleans.The shop itself was clean and the environment was fun. I really enjoyed looking at the artwork of the tattoo artists.

Cool, clean, and friendly shop. Came in with my idea for a tattoo, Tony took it and ran, had great suggestions to help improve it. Also less expensive than other shops in the area.They even made some great suggestions on where to eat, for good local food, (Cajun Mikes) right around the corner.Oh, and the tattoo turned out great.
