The delivery person is courteous & professional. Tried to create an online account. It just keeps sayingnot a valid email. Tried to call the 800 # to report the problem, no answer ever!!!!Stayed on hold for over one hour. Why do you have a phone number if you do not have anyone answering it? When I signed up for service I was on hold for less than one minute. I just want to cancel now.

Customer service is horrible! A bottle of water leaked 4 days ago. Soaking my carpet. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone by phone. When you call you are simply placed on hold and no one ever comes on the line. I logged in to my account and sent an email 4 days ago. no response. I am currently on hold again!Update 55 minutes on hold. Im fairly certain there is no one in customer service. The number is just a ruse and no one will ever pick up!

CONTAMINATED WATER!!!! We have been getting the 5 gallon glass containers of mountain valley. The latest shipment I received today was completely contaminated. It’s absolutely horrific.There are large chunks of dirt and debris within the jug. Obviously not drinkable and contaminated with who knows what. I specifically get this water thinking it is purer than city water. I trusted this company to sell us clean drinkable water. Good thing the chunks of dirt are so large that you can’t miss them. Drinking from these jugs would have made us all sick! On top of that, I can’t get a hold of anyone at the company. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. It’s a shame because I really love our delivery driver. We will be getting a water filtration system now. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years but will be cancelling our service immediately and reporting this company for selling UNSAFE, CONTAMINATED water!!!

My delivery guy is a wonderful person. He checked on us regularly after Katrina to see when we had floors again and could receive our deliveries, often leaving small bottles of water for us. He has been that fantastic ever since.

The customer service is lousy . The phone system is awful… you get put on hold forever then instead of giving you a balance when you’re trying to pay on bill they just ask for your credit card info. I don’t trust whoever took over this once good company. I miss Abita Springs water company. I’m looking for another source to get my water. Why aren’t there more deliveries of spring water from other companies???

Delivery is excellent. Customer service horrible. Waiting 43 minutes to get someone to the phone. Recently received a 5 gallon bottle that had some type of leak from the bottom. Trying to make sure wasnt charged. Still on hold.

Unable to leave no stars. Been on hold for over 20 minuets. Never liked Kentwood. Nasty water, terrible customer service and unable to replenish what is used. Needs to have a standing order. Seems they have a problem if I have 3 bottles empty for return and want to only leave 2 because that is what the order states. There is no option to replenish what is empty! Ignorance at its best. Have no choice of water companies as they are the only company that delivers Mountain Valley. They bought Aquaiana Springs that was my Mountain Valley delivery company for many years. What a disappointment.

Getting in and out of this place is a bit interesting in a semi but the people are very nice and quick in and out.

Buyer beware. Moved to Covington and the city water was no good so I got Kentwood’s service. Everything was fine till it came time to cancel the service. WHAT A PAIN!!!!!. You have to call to cancel and I was on hold for 30 min the first time got aggravated and called back when I had a little more time and was on the hold for over an hour till I finally got someone to talk to. I will not get the service in the future just for that reason.

Ive quit buying Kentwood springs water because of 3 reasons.No. 1 warm bottles of Kentwood water has a bad taste from the plastic Im guessing.No. 2 the small bottles of water are so flimsy and water gushes out if held slightly tight.No. 3. Their bottles are filled to the very top and every time a bottle is opened water usually spills out.

Have not received a water delivery in months and can not get anyone to answer the phone when I call . Unbelievable

They dont sell gallon bottles of water any more. No distilled water any more, either. Small plastic bottles are WAY too flimsy and spill and fall over constantly.

Since Kentwood took over our previous water delivery company I have no complaints. The schedule is followed and I have the ability to skip delivery or choose the number of bottles I want each time. Whenever I have had questions the phone representatives I encountered were professional and helpful. I only encountered our delivery person one time but he was very personable and offered to move my bottles indoors for me. Everything has gone quite smoothly.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my Kentwood Water experience, especially in the midst to the Covid-19 pandemic. The delivery driver is outstanding. I highly recommend this service.

Worst customer service ever! Cant get through on the phone, dont get our deliveries on time or dont get them at all but get billed for it. Ridiculous!!!

We have been very pleased with our regular delivery from Kentwood Springs. Our sales/delivery person is always accommodating and prompt when we have a need for deliveries outside our regularly scheduled deliveries. Also, their billing is easy to manage. We plan to continue this service into the foreseeable future.

At one time our delivery man was the best and we never had any problems, but recently something has happened with the company. Our driver was given a new route and we were given a new driver. That was three months ago. Our billing, our service and there customer service is the worst. I have been a customer for over 30 years and for the last three months we have had nothing but problems. There customer service does nothing. I would suggest to anyone interested in water delivery from Kentwood read all the reviews first. Let me finish with we are no longer purchasing water from Kentwood, it is half the cost if you pick it up at the store your self and even cheaper if you purchase a different brand. Also note THERE WATER IN NOT SPRING WATER, IT IS PURIFIED WATER. So save your self some money, and undue stress and purchase your water from your local grocery. I would give them 0 stars but you have to give them one to be able to post.

I like my delivery agent and I like the products. However, I have been waiting 8 months for an Aqua Cafe unit that works.

Terrible customer service.

We have all experienced terrible customer service with various companies, but Kentwood has gone to the top of that list. I have spoken to at least 6 different reps in various Kentwood customer service positions over the past weeks and none have been able to resolve a relatively simple issue. Nor did any of them seem to care. I have been a long time customer but will be canceling my service.

TERRIBLE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was a loyal Kentwood customer for 5+ years and ALWAYS paid my bill on time with automatic payments! I moved into a new house and put my service on a temporary hold! A few months after restoring my service, they quit delivering water to my home. Then I started getting collection phone calls and letters. I contacted the collection agency with proof that they had cashed over $250 in payments (again NEVER late). They claimed I owed them over $340 (yes for water and $10/month rental fee) after they tacked on late charges and fees. The collection company couldnt help me until I turned in my equipment (a several year old dispenser). I then called Kentwood directly and they told me that my account had been turned over to collections and they couldnt help. After returning my water dispenser and empty bottles (downtown New Orleans), finally spoke with a nice & competent lady at the office figured out that Kentwood was 100% at fault (which had happened to several customers who had a temporary hold). She contacted the collection agency to remove the incorrect negative hit to my credit and Kentwood actually owed me more than $120 for over payments!

Drivers do not read where to place bottles. This is the second time they have done this and it is clearly written where we keep our water. Trying to get a hold of customer service is an all day event. Hold times are greater than 15 min and then you wait for them to call you back. There is no local number to call. I may look for a service that is local with local numbers

There billing service is the worst. I can’t wait to get rid of this service.

I have had more problems with delivery. I tell them where to put the bottles and they do not put them in the box we have. Customer service is no help either. We even have a note on our account of where to put the bottles. When you need to talk to the branch manager they can on email them. I am looking for a different carrier

I would actually rate zero stars. By far, the worst customer service ever. My delivery is usually over a week late. Any calls to the service center promises a rescheduled delivery and call from a supervised. Deliveries still take an extra week or more and I have yet to receive one call from a supervisor. You will see my comment is similar to other complaints about kentwood water service

Worst customer service ever!

I had the worst experience with Kentwood Spring water Customer service. Kentwood is a joke. Kentwood needs to be called Kentwood BAD customer service. I had been a customer for the past 5 years. I moved from my house to different address. Kentwood kept billing me for product that I never received. I called several times asking Kentwood customer service to look into my account and contact me back. Calling Kentwood customer service is like calling and asking to speak with the white house. Last time I called I WAS ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR, like I dont have anything better do in my life but to listen to their info. Now my account is in collection. Kentwood does not care about their customers because they are not a local company anymore. Kentwood has no LOYALTY to locals.

Dispensers are junk, customer service is rude, and they raise the prices with no notification and now will charge extra for paper statements. The only good thing is the delivery drivers hate it that this is the only water delivery company in new Orleans.

Horrible company. I had auto pay set up from my debit card. Instead of them contacting me when that debit card expired, they put the account in collections. I called to provide them the updated information & was told theres nothing they can do just pay the collections agency that called me. I did just that & brought them their cooler back. They will never get any of my money again. Its sad that their customer service team couldnt realize the problem was an expiration date. Its even worse that no one reached out for updated payment info. Payments were drafted from the same account for over 4 years . Just horrible.

This company is a big rip off. I request all likely to be new customers, please desist. I have been there customers for long and the way they cheat you is really remarkable. I believe this only works in America. Never ever give them the authority to draw the amount from direct pay. Never ever buy small water bottles, the charges will reel your mind. I hope you will not suffer the way I did.

WORST COMPANY EVER. They get one star because theres no option of giving them -1000 stars. They are completely inept and CONSTANTLY screwed up my order. Get yourself a filtration system, find a different water company, but DO NOT use Kentwood. They make Entergy and SWB look like rocket scientists. Pathetic.

Honestly the best thing about this company are the actual delivery drivers. The people working in the office, for the company are either too bogged down because theyre understaffed or should switch to just manual labor. Either way the drivers, Jeff, Jeffrey and Alvin are the bomb. I go straight to them for everything now since the office cant keep up.

Service was HORRIBLE!! I cancelled service and was told to put the cooler on the carport. It sat there for 3WEEKS and no one ever came to get it. I tried calling serveral times during those three weeks, but that was a nightmare - long waits on the phone, no one could ever figure out anything., at one point they didnt even have my name on an account. Finally, the landlord put the cooler out to the curb. They had the NERVE to continue billing me for the cooler for four months!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I wont even buy Kentwood at the store!

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I canceled my account after 8 years of service because I can not justify spending over $100 every month on water. I installed a high end, under-the-counter water filter on my kitchen sink and couldnt be happier with the taste and convenience. It has been 6 weeks since I cancelled the Kentwood account but they havent picked up the empty bottles to give me the return credit on my account and now they are sending me late notices on the invoice. I have called 3 times to explain that I will not pay this invoice until they pick up the bottles. The customer service representatives are completely inept. I was told the first 2 calls that they scheduled the pick up but they have not come so now I am wasting my time again calling for a 3rd time. After 40 mins on the phone with customer service they claim they have emailed the branch manager to handle the pickup. We shall see...

THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD HANG HIS OR HER HEAD IN SHAME.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I started service. Customer service is beyond awful. They didnt cancel my account and kept billing my old address. They found my friends address and sent me a $90 bill... Let that sink in for a while.

Terrible customer service and their website is even worse. The site repeatedly said my credit card transaction went through when it hadnt (old card saved). This resulted in multiple months being not processed and there was no notification of a problem until I got the Account about to be terminated notice. Just a terrible company to work with.
