Great wheel alignment and tires for large vehicles. I came there with my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 high roof extended - lots of places cant do the wheel alignment but this place can. They gave great service, very knowledgeable and did my wheel alignment and Im very happy with it. compared to another place where they try to rip me off by by making stuff up that didnt need fixing.

Brought in my sport chasis to get new tires on it and they said it would be done by the morning becuase im not from this state and they still didnt have them put on very ignorent

I called my rep for 4 -11r24.5 to be installed on tractor and tire.to get swop.from tractor to trailer. I ask for.appoinment at sat at 800am. They said they show as close as possibleOn Saturday at 907am I told the tech has not showed. 30 min later I was told they have to send the tires and tech out of.nola. because the tech in Houma did not show for.work. it be 2 to 3 hours. Two hours later the nola the tech shows up with only one tire and installs it.I call my rep he said a tech is coming out in a hour out of Houma with tires.I called 200pm the sales person said that it would be 1.2 mins. After 14 mins I called now his said a hour. company lost 8 hours of standby for a rig and a crew on a Saturday. This location are out of Houma and Nola.

They are well stocked and the person on the stock area was nice BUT... the clerk on the front desk, thats a different story. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me an inner tube. He was dismissive and tried to offend me by insinuating i couldnt pay for a 70 dollar inner tube... PLEASE.

Good prices but dont give warranty on tires all u have is factory warranty

Our roadside assistance hired this company to change a tire with a 90 min guarantee. 3.5 hours later I called the dispatch and they informed me that their driver drove past me and couldnt help me because I was on the side of a bridge. I was in communication with them from the first 10 min and I told them my location right away and yet I waited 3 hours on the side of the bridge for them to say they cant help me. Terrible customer service. It wasnt until they told me they couldnt help me and so I drive 10 miles on a flat tire to an exit that they would come fix my tire. I waited a total of 5 hours because of their poor communication and lack of caring about their customers

Dropped a tire off yesterday at 3pm to be repaired, they told me they’d have it ready this morning. I’ve been here waiting an hour, it’s still not ready. I just loaded it up, and am going somewhere else.

Good functioning establishment. Ive seen them use all three bays for tire changes, despite the third holding the alignment rack. Theyll get the job done. Rowdy group of guys running the shop, they seem like they know what theyre doing. They got coffee in the back, too.

Was supposed to go to Wingfoot but they closed early even after I told him I was on my way. the guys at southern tire Mart Saved my weekend and even saved me some. dollars in the process. quick efficient and no BS

What a joke. Ive been sitting here for about 45 minutes with a flat tire. One of the workers walking around looking at his cell phone. Anothers polishing his white tennis shoes. Another one with his earbuds plugged up is searching for music on his phone while sitting on his butt. Just came in and said they have no tire patches. Wont be back here. Ever !
