I had the most amazing time at Wedding Belles, so much so that we came back for more. Finding my wedding dress with Daniela and Sophia was fun, but effortless. They allowed us to browse what was available, while giving some helpful and key suggestions. They made me feel so comfortable and the whole process a fun time for all family with me and best friend. We had such a great time and found the most perfect dress at a wonderful price. I couldnt be happier. I also wanted something special to customize the dress and they made it happen no problem before I even finalized the order. Cant say how great this process was enough ... so much so that I took my bridesmaids back for a fun day of trying on dresses. They went with my color scheme ideas and already had them pulled before we arrived. They fit each girl and we got 9 dresses with different colors and styles picked out while having a ball doing it! I got my wedding dress at Wedding Belles in September 2019 when my wedding was scheduled for June 2020. It was the first place I went to try on dresses and I brought my mom, sister, and my grandmother who were all visiting from Massachusetts. The staff was welcoming and fun and professional. I gave them some ideas of what I wanted and I felt like a princess trying everything on. I found my dress, which was dreamy and perfect, that very day! Never tried on anything else. When we had to postpone our June 2020 wedding to July 2021, Wedding Belles was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I worked with their seamstress Vinny, who was so kind and patient over the course of the postponement. She was able to finish everything for me in January 2021, and Wedding Belles shipped the dress to Massachusetts where I got married. The dress fit absolutely perfectly and I received many compliments on how well it fit. The dress had a low plunging neckline, and I never worried about a wardrobe malfunction because it fit so perfectly. I highly recommend going to Wedding Belles for your wedding dress experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Wedding Belles. During my appointment, Amy, the employee who helped me, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She helped me pick the perfect wedding dress in my price range. Since I bought the dress the day that I had my dress appointment, I received 15% off the final cost.Before my wedding, Amy was responsive to my emails and gave me updates about the status of my dress, which was being shipped from China. I bought my dress from Wedding Belles in February 2019 - I saw my dress on Instas explore page and immediately called them to ask if I could come in to try just that one dress on; I knew it was the one! Keep in mind, this was the middle of Mardi Gras and the only time I could come was about 2 hours before a parade was rolling through the city. Morgan was so accommodating and kind, she even humored me and let me try on an extra dress just so I could be sure!From trying the dress on, to alterations with Ms. Vinnie, top to bottom it was a great and smooth experience. My dress did come in without buttons lining the zipper (the designers fault!) and they quickly sent it back to be fixed for me. My mom and I had such a pleasant experience with these ladies and I am forever grateful to have chosen Wedding Belles.

I cannot describe how incredible my experience at Wedding Belles was. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful store we were greeted with (masked) smiles and a warm atmosphere! The gown selection was incredible and the staff truly made me feel like I was on top of the world. They had excellent knowledge of all the products and guided me in the right direction as far as budget, style, etc! Not only did they drop off bridesmaids dresses off at my house for me to pick one for my girls during the pandemic, but they also coordinated 10 bridesmaids orders in different states across the country. I had such a great experience at Wedding Belles. I found my bridesmaids dresses there before Covid. My girls had an appointment the weekend of quarantine. The shop reached out to me multiple times and offered multiple options to ensure that my girls got what they needed. They even offered a bridesmaid box sent to my home for my girls to order dresses. My wedding eventually got pushed back a couple of months and this option was not needed. With Covid restrictions and a large wedding party, we were originally going to have to go a couple bridesmaids at a time. In the end, the ladies at Wedding Belles were able to accommodate all of my girls and I with a private appointment. It was such a wonderful time and one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. These ladies are so sweet, truly caring and can help find the perfect dress with ease. The shop is also super cute. I can’t thank them enough for making this experience stress free for not only myself but my bridesmaids as well, especially planning a wedding during a pandemic. After an underwhelming try on session at another salon, I was worried I wouldnt find a wedding dress that would make me feel beautiful. I went to Wedding Belles, where my sister found her dress, and almost every dress I tried on made me feel amazing. The women are so welcoming and would greet me by name every time I walked in. They were so accommodating with ordering samples for bridesmaid dresses as well. One bridesmaid had a difficult schedule and they offered to bring her dress to her! They were absolutely outstanding!

When we entered the wedding shop we were promptly asked if we had an appointment. When I said no the associate said we needed one to try on dresses. When I asked her if she could set me one she said I needed to look around first to even see if I’m interested. She then proceeded to let me know that one rack was for the $2500 and below dress and the rest of the store cost more than that as if I couldn’t afford the “more than that” dresses. She never came from behind the counter. She never stood up from her seat. She was not welcoming or friendly at all. I did not feel like a blushing bride while there. I felt judged before I even got a hello. Do not go there and spend your money!

Our experience at Wedding Belles was somewhat decent but we expected much better! They have a nice selection of dresses. The shop was pretty but not very clean. The sales girls seemed uninterested in their job and offered very little enthusiasm. We did purchase a dress but were mislead and wound up spending $575 more than the initial price!!! (alterations and cleaning). One of the sales girls was extremely rude on 2 different occasions. I do have to say that the alterations lady was extremely nice and helpful!I would NOT recommend this shop for someone looking for that Special Day experience. There are other shops in New Orleans so try them first!!!!!

I love Wedding Belles!! The shop is beautiful and they have a great selection. It is a high end dress shop but they are careful to let everyone know their price range via email before you come in for an appointment. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress and my mom found a gown she loved for the big day too. Every time I have gone back for a fitting the girls have been more friendly each time. If youre looking for a personal small shop experience go to wedding belles! All thumbs up!

We had an appointment this past week...we stayed maybe 10 minutes. The two girls working there were very snooty and rude. Not helpful, at all! We went to Town and Country and had a wonderful experience and said yes to the dress! 🙂

My daughter debuted in December of 2014. We live in Alabama and decided NOLA would have the largest number of gown shops with Mardi Gras etc. We spent two full days with appointments with lots of beautiful dresses to pick from. We had the best help, best selection, and best customer service at Wedding Belles. Their alterations were amazing and they accommodated us so graciously which was super helpful since we traveled fairly far to get to them. Katie and Amy helped us. Both young ladies followed through on everything to a T! My daughters dress was exquisite and the photos captured its beauty and proved it. I highly recommend Wedding Belles.
