The best lumber yard in New Orleans! I felt very safe with the covid-19 precautions they took and they were very friendly. Its nice that they also have hardware for sale because I forgot a few things for the job. Great lumber yard!

I use to work here. I gave Mr. Watson 13 years of my service to this amazing company. I couldnt have worked for a better boss in Mr. Watson. He was a caring guy to work for and also helped me everytime I needed help like a real employer should.

Would have been 5 stars, but the desk lady in the enclosed office took her mask off to sneeze and blow her nose in my face, and then eat a brownie. She then laughed like I was ridiculous for looking nervous. She didn’t look well, and must have been pretty sick because she wasn’t there when I came back to return the sander. So I guess go here if you don’t believe in Coronavirus!

They prove themselves to be the most helpful of all I visit. Very carpenter--and weekend carpenter--friendly.

Ive been purchasing lumber and other supplies for a small house Im building. Their framing lumber is #1 grade Southern Pine and a pleasure to use. Free delivery in the neighborhood with a $150 purchase, which really helps me. The people are friendly and helpful. The owner is right there if you have a concern. Their prices are a little higher, but when I factor in the quality, free delivery, and lack of aggravation compared to a big box, its worth it.

EXCELLENT experience. Tried to buy a 16 foot 2x12 board at Lowes, but they wouldnt cut it for me. I drive a Honda Civic. Coupe. *smh* Went to Wilson, and they upgraded me to treated wood, as its for outdoor use, and did ALL my cutting for me. Not just the ONE cut that Lowes will do for you IF your board is thinner than a 2x___. It cost a little more than I would have paid at Lowes, but a saw would cost me a LOT more. Possibly LITERALLY an arm or a leg. :-( The convenience, ease, and friendliness of service is WELL worth what youll pay. Will visit again.
