I recently had a design done by Ricardo in the New Orleans Location. He did a phenomenal job not only with the design but with explaining the process. We feel secure in knowing that a Military Vet is taking care of us!
The cabinet installers associated with cabinets to go are horrible. Their work is poor and it took us 4 months to resolve and receive a full refund for a poorly installed floor. I had to call, send pictures, and write letters, literally every 7-10 days even after having the owner of the local installation company visit my home to review the install. Additionally some of my cabinets had nicks in the doors and I did not receive the number of cabinet handles for the job. I had to wait for another order. All refunds and complaints are not handled locally. You will be directed to Customer Care which is out of state, and the Installation Contractor who sub contracts to local installers is also out of state. Only through non stop persistence was I finally able to receive a full refund.

Easy location to find and easily accessible. The prices and lead ate also great. Mrs/Ms. Lori was very helpful. She made the loading process easy, took care of my pup. Ask for Lori!!

Lisa and Eva are absolutely fabulous! The initial in-store customer service is exceptional but it stops there. Unfortunately after your in-store visit, the experience with the installer and the company is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The installer that came out to take the measurements was not the guy that came out to do the work. My general contractor had to install the cabinets to the best of their ability (not knowing the product) because Cabinets To Go installer had no clue how to install the cabinets.The company knew about the issue with this particular installer and still never made an effort to rectify the situation or right their wrong. It was really disheartening because our experience began so wonderfully to have it end so disappointing. Their products seem to be quality initially but as you will discover as time passes the more their drawers become defected and go off track consistently. If you have another cabinet company that you know and trust I advise to go with them. Trust is a big deal when dealing with your home and knowing a company will put their customers needs and concerns first when an error or mistake occurs due to their sub contractor. I would NOT recommend this company for your home improvement needs.Cabinets To Go in store customer service experience may be better than other companies in the area but that service will not be in your house for years to come like their defected Cabinets will be. If you do decide to go with them and incur issues with an installer or their cabinets or products down the line do not say I didnt warn you with this post...
Lisa is very helpful and will do everything she can to get you the right price. The cabinets are beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. Daniel is very knowledgeable about installation and offers suggestions and solutions for your layout. Any errors they make they also fully take responsibility and make it right. Highly recommend.
The wife and I ordered an entire Malibu White set of cabinets. We received the shipment one week later as promised. However, one of the 15 upper cabinets was apparently damaged in shipping. The corner of the box was crushed, and the corner of the cabinet was damaged.We immediately informed our sales person of the damaged cabinet, and promptly returned it. We were promised that a new replacement cabinet would be ordered. We are now going on THREE WEEKS waiting on that replacement, which is holding up the completion of our kitchen!How and why should it take this long to receive a replacement common upper cabinet???The cabinets that are installed look great and are of very good quality. The customer service is somehow wanting.
Lisa and Eva know exactly what theyre doing and everything went perfectly with my cabinets which are being installed and creating their magic at this writing. All thats left to do is lighting and fill them up. What a terrific experience this has been and I love my new cabinets. They are fabulous. There isnt a problem they dont solve well and quickly. I want to do another kitchen.
Awful. Lack basic kitchen knowlege. Told me items do not exist when my research showed it did. Just didnt want to bother.

I was very glad to find a location in New Orleans. Ive been seeing Cabinets To Go commercial on The east coast. The sells rep Eva was very informative. I will be in the market soon to do a renovation and this location is highly on my list to purchase.
Cabinets To Go no doubt can sale. We have them six months plus to make our cabinets right.They mismeausred the first time and had every bathroom and kitchen not for right. Really not one room was measured right and yes can leave out laundry room. We have this on video, recordings of meetings, and pictures. Ok so then we said mistakes happen let’s just get it fixed. They introduced us to “ our preferred installer”. When they guys was on the job they actually said “ I never installed cabinets like this”. And yes we have this on recordings as well. They got the correct cabinets in our house after five months and the install is not correct and the cabinet doors and drawers will not close properly. Now after six months 90 percent of the cabinets look better and we can deal with it we just ask for them to finish. With all the wrong measurements they had to take back about 2500-3000 worth of cabinets. They will not respond at all to where that credit is. And yes again recordings of this. All the way to the top brass we have pictures, emails, videos, recording of them promising to get it done. Actually one of the top managers said he would fly here and personally make sure we had the kitchen we always wanted. He has not responded in over 45 days. People if you want a company to con you in thinking they are good this is the best one I have ever done business with. I pray what they did to us they never do to anyone else
Lisa is a gem! She goes above and beyond to please her customers even after the purchase. Wont hesitate to do business with them in the future.
Customer service is awesome! I saw Eva. She helped with every aspect of our renovation that she could between cabinets, flooring and countertops.
Have ordered my kitchen cabinets over 6 weeks ago, and im still waiting for them to arrive, only after being told that they would arrive in 2 weeks. Ive attempted to contact the manager several times, and have left several messages; only to have my request to speak to Lisa (Manager) and to have my calls returned...ignored. After calling the store and dealing with several saleswomen, ive contacted the main office/customer care in Tennessee, and was told that my order had not even been received. I was then assured by customer care, via the New Orleans manager (Lisa) that my cabinets would be on Fridays Truck. Well guess what....no cabinets. By far the worse customer service that ive ever dealt with in my 49 years. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Pay more and go else where. Im supposed to be hosting Thanksgiving this year, and still no cabinets, which is holding up everything else.Have also be told about the problems with the companys computers. But after reading Lindsays awesome review....I feel like Ive just started with this companies incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If i dont hear anything back within the next week....will be canceling my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!
