Avoid this place at all cost!!!! I would rather pay a crackhead to do the work that I paid these clowns to do (which they didnt do)... I made the mistake and went to these fools, all I wanted was my amp and subs hooked up and stereo mounted, all the wiring was already ran, the guy that owns (or runs) this dump, well just call him DOUCHE (the name fits, trust me) charged me $150 for what he quoted me before at $100, well after they hooked it up I couldnt hear my door speakers (Pioneer 4-ways), he then tells me that the speakers were blown, I told him that wasnt possible because these are brand new... He takes my door panel off for $25 ($175) to tell me what I just told him, then he tells me that the amp was blown, I said it was working fine before, then he begins to tell me that hes been doing this kind of work for 20 something years blah, blah, blah.... After I paid DOUCHE the $175 I went somewhere else, all they did was switch an RCA jack around and BOOM problem solved, I also had them mount the stereo because DOUCHE just put it in without securing it... I called DOUCHE the next day and told him that I had to go somewhere else and pay them to do what I already paid DOUCHE to do, he tried to call me a liar and laughed at me and hung up. What a douche-bag.

One star is an overstatement about this company. Any service you need for your car will either be unfulfilled or performed in the next year. They literally never fixed my car issue, nor did they return my phone calls. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had my car radio replaced and six months later going through a pot hole, which is usual in New Orleans, the radio just popped out the dash board. I fixed it myself and found out the guy who did the job just rigged in the wrong kit. Platinum performance is not performing well and in fact expensive for the shoddy job. Service is actually not very courteous. Kind of guys who act as if they are doing do a favour to do what you pay them for and they dont even do well. Pax et bonum,

This is my second review because my first one deleted. I went there because my CD was not working and the guy told me that I have to change it with new speakers, after he did the CD did not work. The problem was from the amplifier, so he had to take it out and did new wires to the speakers. I spent 450$ to change every thing while the problem was the amplifier. He sold me a CD for 150$ and I found it in Walmart for 60$Check the prices before you go there

Crappy work. Not done in time that it was supposed to be done in. Crappy expensive work. Never again!!
