The owner is very rude! I called to ask a question and I did not understand what he was saying so I politely said I am on my way there because I can’t understand what you mean. His English was not understandable because he’s a foreigner and he got upset with me and hung up in my face so then when I arrived I said, sir you didn’t have to hang up in my face I just didn’t understand your response he said well I’m busy, there was absolutely not one customer in the store so I politely left.

Customer service was incredible, replaced the screen on my girlfriends friends iPhone after she dropped it. also charged a lot less $ than anyone else in new orleans. we had a great conversation while he worked. i highly recommend Wireless Shack for any cellphone repairs. thanks
