This company has the worst customer service ever. You can’t try on clothes in the store due to COVID (but it other top stores you can) so if you purchase something and it don’t fit you can only exchange it which is totally unfair. If I would have been able to try it on and saw that it didn’t fit I would have never brought it. I’m going to do whatever I can to slow business down for them.

Terrible experience! I work for the BBB and came to check out this location and the salesman immediately made me walk out. Very pushy and disrespectful. The dressing rooms were closed(due to Covid) therefore I asked the alternative for knowing how your clothes fit considering this store does no cash refunds. He responded “no try on” then as I looked through the jeans he said “your size is over here”. I replied with “excuse me I’m looking at 9s” he said “ your size over here “ which is 11 and up . This was a complete insult and to assume my size. I immediately left and will never return again! Mind you it is 2 days before a major holiday and it’s sitting in the middleOf gentilly and it has NO CUSTOMERS. I wonder why? Plz support black businesses. I will be reporting this store .
