As a season ticket holder, I’ve always loved shopping in the team store after the games….UNTIL NOW. I wanted to buy a new jersey but the prices are higher than their online store and literally everywhere else. Online they’re $119, in store the price is blacked out with a marker and the price is $135. Same went for tees and sweatshirts. I’m seriously disappointed as they’re the exact same items. Looks like I’ll order online and have it shipped free to my door.

Theres nice things in the store, but its expensive. The online store is cheaper and they dont give you the same price. Wont shop there again.

I went here everytime I went to anything in the dome. Mostly during Saints games to see all the things they had for Saints fans. i really never bought anything because my parents always said it was too expensive. They always had everything you wanted even real, authentic items that were game used.

Went to exchange some headphones that were a gift to me because they were broken in the box. Was greeted at the door promptly and was told to look around while the manager came up. I looked around for a few minutes then stood in one place to wait for the manager. 20 minutes later the original person walks up to me and tries to scan the item (which she told me they sold) and when it didn’t “come up” she told me they couldn’t help me. So I asked where was the manager, and she said he just went to the back. As I’m walking out, I met the manager Jamal who was in fact I The store and could have greeted me at any moment but chose not to. If you couldn’t help me, then maybe tell me that before I stand there waiting for 20 minutes. Horrible service, and I will definitely not be purchasing anything or recommending this store.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT THE GIFT SHOP BECAUSE WHEN U R LOOKING AT ALL THE DIFFERENT ITEMS U HAVE SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM. U LEAVE WITH A SMILE 😊

Question:I recently got multiple Kamara Jerseys for my birthday as that is all I wanted. I do not want any money back, I was just wanting to trade for other Jerseys. They were never worn and still have the tags on them. A lot of Saints fan fb pages I follow are also speaking on how we might trade Kamara which is very upsetting. Looking forward to hearing back from yall.

This place is packed with Saints items but I was thrown off about not being able to shop prior to the gates opening. We deliberately arrived really early so that we could shop, bring our things back to the car then attend the game. Unfortunately we had to wait until the gates opened and couldnt bring anything to the car because there is no re-entry. Some of the merchandise was run of the mill. Couldnt really shop because of the large amount of shoppers.
