Scam artist, ordered part then canceled and verified ok within a hour, 40 days later the part shows up with credit card charged

Ordered part, paid by credit card, and never received it. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get my money back. The do not answer the phone, return messages, nor reply to emails.

ORDERED PARTS FOR A CUSTOMER, DID NOT RECEIVE THEM, CALLED TO CHECK STATUS, NO REPLY, EMAILED, NO REPLY. FOUND THE PARTS ELSEWHERE GOT THEM IN 2 DAYS. CALLED AND EMAILED MANY TIMES FOR CREDIT NO RESPONSE. LUCKLY WE USED PAY PAL FOR PAYMENT WENT THROUGH THEM. THEY HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, BUT THEY DID CREDIT MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE STILL AFTER THEM. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. TO BAD CAN NOT USE NEGATIVE STARS!

They took my money, but never shipped my part. I called and left 4 voice mails and emailed 8 times asking for status and they never responded. Total rip off. Im out of pocket my purchase for a customers part. So unfair.

Got a quote which was reasonable.. quote stated delivery within 5-7 days and its passed. hard to get a hold of them via phone calls or emails. sent me wrong informatin and scared me when the packeage stated it was DELIVERED. but to wrong city and state.. had to try and keep emailing them to find ou where my package was..took a week just to get package to shipper with no notificatins or anything as to why or if there was a reason for delay. dont sound very enthused as to serving customers as well..

Worst customer service ever.
