Vivid ink is a horrible company. I paid my money in full a month and half before for a vehicle wrap that was told to me once design is approved it takes 4 days for production and 2 days for install. Well it took 2 weeks before I was called in for wrap install which was on a Wednesday was told vehicle will be ready Friday. They called me Friday name was Ray btw and stated the crew have COVID and my vehicle will be ready on Saturday if needed they will hiring a third party installer, I stated I needed my vehicle due to servicing needs by late Saturday he said okay. Now it’s Saturday he tells me they been working overnight Friday and still working Saturday as we speak. However, I passed there Friday afternoon around 6pm no one was there I then passed there on Saturday about 6pm again and still no one was there and my vehicle was parked and looking the same as Friday. I stated that to Ray and he then stated they been tired from working in the heat so they needed more time and I asked to come get my vehicle due to my service appointment he never responded. I go to the office Monday morning spoke with the manager Brett he act as if he didn’t know what was going on then apologize d and said the third party company was coming to finish my vehicle today by 5pm. I told him I do not want a rush job so if they need time let me know, it’s now 3pm Brett call to say they need more time, at that point I knew something wasn’t right I had a friend pass there and my vehicle was in the same position as Friday no one never touched it so I stated to him I’m coming to get my vehicle and requested a full refund, he stated that would be great I kind of was thinking the same thing. I get there my vehicle was not in the condition I brought it on Wednesday. He stated the third party guys did that but they wasn’t there to fix it so he told someone that doesn’t know about that to fix the issue they now had to keep the vehicle another day to fix the repair. No customer service, bad business, I will never do business nor recommend them. It was all lies with them since Friday’s call, just horrible.
