The prices at the store are twice as expensive as the same item online. I should have performed my due diligence prior to the purchase of two pairs of diamond earrings. I didnt do this.I selected this store because of its outstanding reputation and reviews. I trusted the store would provide competitive prices. I was wrong.Furthermore I was not told of the All Sales Are Final policy until after the purchase. No signs are posted. I learned of the policy once the sale was complete. Its written on the bottom of the receipt.Fortunately the owner was agreeable to a full refund the next day..Be aware that when you shop here the prices are twice as high as online. I understand brick and mortar stores have additional expenses but 100% up charge is excessive as I see it.

Bought a ring while on vacation. Supposedly white gold 14k. Two years later the ring has changed color and is dull. I have many other white 14k rings that are far older and are still shiny and white. This was not an inexpensive ring. Do not buy here.

Expensive ring broke in half and they wont fix anything past 30 days of purchase. Very weak.

Jacks quality is impeccable...my husband brought my first ring from the Canal Place location over ten years ago...from then on we never go to anyone else for jewelry...I still get comments over my wedding rings.

They have great custom pieces at great prices. I went to a dozen of the stores in town, and nothing compared to the quality I saw here. The sales people are kind and helpful. However, it took 3 months to receive the appraisal documents.
