Ive been visiting this dealership for several years. Its just a great motorcycle store. Good selection of great imports. Everyone Ive met there was engaging and dedicated motorcyclists. So I needed a bike recently and went in and looked at several and talked back a forth with a great guy, Kyle McGovern. We came to terms and arranged for delivery over in Bay St. Louis. The delivery was perfect, and with a full tank of gas. The price of the bike was fair, given the circumstances of the last two years. This aint 2019 and dont expect pricing like it used to be. But they were fair and upfront. I felt well treated. Id go back in a second. Even if youre not in the market, its still worth a stop by just to check out some great bikes in the Warehouse District.

I had an amazingly professional experience with an online purchase of a BMW motorcycle. Having never purchased a motorcycle this way they assured me they had it down to a science and boy did they ever. Great communication with the paperwork and shipping throughout the process.

Has to be the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. From the salesman Kyle, assistant GM Mickey, and GM Michelle. They couldnt do enough for me until they got my money.Paid cash for the bike. I live in NC and tried to have it shipped from New Orleans. Contacted Michelle first. She would not return my phone calls. Passed me off to Mickey. Texted Kyle my saleman. Would not return texts. When I asked Kyle in person why he didnt return my texts, his response was pathetic. I only return texts from company computer.Rented Uhaul and drove from NC to New Orleans to pick bike up since dealership would not work with me and the carrier.No review of the bike from Kyle. Basically just said, here. Lied about giving me a full tank of fuel. Tank was empty.

Bought a used BMW R1200GS. Kyle made the sale process very easy and gave me a good deal on the bike. Kimberly in the service department went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the bike. Great service all arrived.

MOTO JULIA (TTRNO) is absolutely the worst shop to go to!!!! even though i bought my new bmw from them, they continued to overcharge for everything that they have done to it. i literally drive my bike to pensacola (btw bmw corporate recommended me to) so i could get first rate work done. the first and second factory service jibs were quoted at nearly twice the cost of every other bmw shop i called!!!!!! i even trailered my bike to another dealer, because the cost to replace my rear tire, they quoted was $350 higher for the same service and tire! After talking to other BMW dealers I would not have to pay the setup charges because its the price to carry inventory do business, M-Julia charged for shipping & setup.they think changing their name to; moto julia, will hide the facts that they are a terrible place for sales & service.bad new purchase service, bad mechanics, horrible customer service!!!!moto julia (ttrno) is a place to beware of!!!!!!!!!!!!dont even waste your time!!! the owners are a**holes!!!!

So I was in the market for a new bike. I had recently visited MOTO Julia in New Orleans and was very impressed with their facilities as well as the selection of their inventory. Once I got home to Biloxi, MS I decided to do some shopping around and get some numbers together. The staff at MOTO Julia was beyond helpful with finding me financing on the bike I had chosen. I was able to take care of just about everything over the phone. I was planning on driving down the following week to take possession of the bike when they tell me that they will actually deliver it to me in MS. Today one of their employees brought the bike, I signed my contract and that was it. The most painless buying experience Ive ever had. If youre in or around the New Orleans area and are looking to purchase a bike I would highly suggest giving your business to MOTO Julia.

A buddy of mine and I were in NOLA needing new tires on our Sprints, after leaving the dealership my buddy got on the gas a bit too much and laid the bike down breaking off the right foot peg. We pushed the bike back to the dealership, as we were only 60 feet away. These cats stayed late to find another foot peg to replace it. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the service we received. I’ll be back.

Got the bug to buy a bike after 30 years. Kyle was my first contact and it just got better from there. I wanted the 2020 1260s with the stelth and they only had the grey 1260s. No pressure, we ordered the bike and it came in as soon as they could possibly get it here. Im about to have the 600 mile service before heading out to Colorado for a week of rides. I wouldnt think of letting anyone else work on my bike except TTRNO.

My Husband and I came from Gulfport, MS and Mickey and his salesman spent 2 days helping us find the perfect bike. This was a terrible experience.The tech misdiagnosed my clutch issue; I needed new plates. They failed to fix my clutch cable on top of it, which caused the plates to wear.They claimed they didnt have parts in stock -- I had to point them out to the shop manager in their inventory. They had both the needed clutch plates and cable in stock, though they claimed they didnt.They changed my rear tire, but overlooked my wifes rear tire, which had equal wear.They left bolts loose on my tank after the service, one of which fell out on the road later that day.They forgot to replace my burnt-out low-beam, and when I reminded them, they tried to use an incompatible bulb, so they had to do it twice.They dented my tank. I have footage to prove it. Then they blamed me for it.They cleared the service indicator on my bike WITHOUT performing the required valve adjustment for that service.Finally, they complained about being understaffed, and about other customers having priority. Understaffed I believe, but under-trained would be a more accurate description.Do not stop here for a service. This shop is amateurish, and doesnt represent the sport well.Sad, I really wanted this shop to be a success story. Not worth betting your life or limb on the work done by this shop.

I can not get in touch with them.. My bike has been there for an extended period of time for regular warranty maintenance, oil change etc. Their voice mail for service is full and I could not leave a call back. I tried every extension, no answer. I would like someone to keep me updated. This has gone on too long.

Great selection of imported bikes. All of the staff were extremely friendly. They assisted with directions and helped me with parking a trailer on a busy road. They went out of their way by loading and strapping the bike on the trailer for me, while the wife and I grabbed something to eat. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sales staff is there to sell you a bike - a little too pushy for my liking (except for Kyle, hes awesome). They recently made some great improvements to the shop to support more gear for riders. Great concept and hope to see it expand.

Excellent place. Gil was a great no pressure but down to business sales rep and helped me through my motorcycle purchase. Josh in the service department is knowledgeable and gave me great feedback on parts/mods. All around wonderful place to do business with.

While the crew here is top notch when it comes to friendliness, the service seems to needs some work. My understanding is they use another shop for painting, this is painfully slow. Also attention to detail needs work.The first time my bike was painted mirrors were not replaced. A year later had bike worked on and painted 2nd time logo trim pieces were not replaced. They do a great job when selling bikes. Love the classes they offer too. Just need to work on the service.

Had a last minute change of destination due to Hurricane Irma so needed to get my BMW 1200GSA serviced before heading home. Brian in service did an excellent job arranging this into our trip. Got to enjoy New Orleans while they took care of my bike. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Surprisingly, they were not pushy about me buying the 2017 floor models that they were looking to sell. The best dealership Ive ever dealt with. I work on my own bike and these guys are always willing to answer any questions I have. Because of that, I get my parts and specialized tools from them. They hold classes on engines, host people at the track, and try to include anyone whos interested in an event where they may be participating. Max even took the time to answer my sons questions about what may help him one day get into motorcycle mechanics. Ive experienced good service at other dealerships, but none this interactive. From a customers POV, it feels like more than just business with these guys.

The Saga of the Recalled lx 150.A customer had dropped off a Vespa to my shop. They initially thought it was a bad ignition coil but after some research we found that Piaggio had a fuel pump recall on this model as well as many others. The funny thing is The bike was running in top condition with only one small catch after the bike warmed up the fuel pump swells up not allowing the bike to start until the bike at completely cooled off.So I called Lisa at piaggio customer service who tells me thats no problem bring it to Transportation Revolution and they we honor the recall so I did.So then I literally Drive the Piaggio into Transportation Revolution which I remind you its running excellent condition except for the fuel pump.My service writer was Lance he was a very kind young man, puts me into the computer system and tells me the part should take a week or so to get in and then maybe a few days to install the new pump. He also tells me that it should not cost anything and that the recall should 100% be paid for.So after 3 weeks I called back to see if the bike is ready. I was told that there has been a change of ownership and that part had not come in. I said no worries I understand, I was told I should be in within the week and they would get right on it. I drive to Transportation Revolution the following week to check in on it only to be told again the part was not in. After a month they finally get the pump in and install it. Now I have been told that the bike does not start. I was then told that the bike would need a new relay for approximately $20. Again I understand s*** happens I work on bikes myself. They would have to order this relay and would take another week to get in. So I wait another week and come back to Transportation Revolution to check in on it.( While standing around for almost an hour to get a proper answer to what is going on with the bike I was told rumors that another lx150 was stolen and they had stolen a relay off of another lx150 to get it started) once again was told the part had not come in. After almost two and a half months they finally get everything in but the bill is now $180.I understand that the shop needs to make some money to stay open but I believe Piaggio should have been the one to pay. Whats Hurts the Most is that service writers called me a liar saying that the bike did not run when it came in when I literally drove the bike into Transportation Revolution. I dealt with Lance and Steve and they were both very friendly but their lack of communication with myself and whoever is ordering the parts has really got to improve to make the shop a better place.I really like Transportation Revolution. They have some awesome bikes, very friendly staff, and a super cool atmosphere. My only wish is that my experience would have been a little better with some proper communication, I was not called a liar and that Piaggio help out their dealers when a recall comes into their dealers stores.

No other work was done on bike after same irregularities (by anyone). Second opinion was that pockets/vapors of bad gas still present and needed to be burned out. That was done and bike works great. Fair warning of that possibility would have been nice, but my apologies for prior review.

Just got my bike back after a short winter stay. The staff is always great and easy to work with. Its obvious that the staff loves what they do and Zach sets the tone for everyone at TTRNO with his positive energy and over all awesomeness. I highly recommend The Revolution and will probably always be a part of the European motorcycle family. ”

Even though I have moved out of the NOLA area, the Transportation Revolution is the base line I use to rate all dealers. Knowledgeable staff, friendly people, a great selection of bikes, scooters and accessories to choose from; TTR has it all. Both guys were very knowledgable, were comfortable explaining things in a way that was accessible, and were really friendly in general - they even introduced me to some of the guys in the shop. When Im ready to buy there is no question that this is where I will buy. Hands down best shop ever.

Bought a new Triumph Bonneville last weekend. Sales was non pushy and very helpful. Of course I was nervous buying as its been a long time. 2005 with my subaru to be exact. If you yearn to visit the trendiest HD shop in Beverly Hills, where snooty employees would rather chat amongst themselves (possibly about you) than wait on customers, and where the MSRP is just the cone upon which all sorts of imaginative and inflated charges are heaped (gotta pay those employees, vacations in Aruba, and the light bill, don’t you know), but don’t much care to travel to LA, then you’re in luck! Right here in NOLA, too!

They picked up my Vespa, got her running better than she has since I bought her, and returned her to me!! Dustin and his coworker, Rob, were exceptionally prompt, helpful, and professional. I brought my Ducati Sport 1000 S in due to tank expansion, and within minutes of my arrival, the bike had been examined and photographed for claim purposes. Moreover, within four days -- having dropped off the bike on a Friday late afternoon -- I was called by Dustin and learned that the tank would be replaced! Exceptional service indeed.

My girlfriend and I were going for a morning walk on a Saturday and decided to go look at a Thruxton while we were out. We arrived at 9:45 and attempted to go inside, the doors were locked, they didnt open until 10:00. We walked a few more steps before a red haired gentleman unlocked the door and told us we can come in. He quickly introduced himself as Adam, and gave us great information about any motorcycle we had in question, he was easy to talk to and not pushy. If I owned a motorcycle dealership, I would be trying to get him to come to work for me.

TTRNO is horrible with parts and service. I gave them my bike for a simple fix and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. Every-time i called to check on it they sounded irritated. DO NOT bring your bike here if you think youll get it back fast. WONT HAPPEN.

I had a terrific experience purchasing my MP3 500 from transportation revolution, also when I had minor service because I broke the taillight they provided very good service. Then I didnt end up using my bike very much so after several years I traded it in for a very reasonable price.I would definitely give the whole dealership and service department five stars.

Screwed me with a bike that had a rough idle, that was a brand they couldnt even work on. They failed to tell me this before they sold me a warranty ofcourse. Be very careful around here. dont even let the salespeople bother you as theyre hawks with no passion but profit. Or just avoid them all together and go private sale or to another dealer/shop.
