Order my son’s uniform online. I went to pick up everyday, couldn’t. The line was like line for free sandwich or something that it went all around the building outside . People was camping outside with chair and stuff like… I don’t get it. There’s gotta be a better way. I should’ve ordered for it to be sent to my house but I live right around the corner… thought I could just stop by to pick it up. I called trying to see if they can send to my house… on hold forever. Couldn’t get a hold of nobody. Can I just pick up my kid’s uniform???? Or should I wait till the end of the school year????Very frustrating… just give me the dang refund!!!

I purchased my kids shirt online. One of the shirts are too big. There is no answer and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I was second in line for several minutes just to be sent to message. I am pregnant and I still had to stand outside for a longtime even for a pick up. I stood in line 2 hours the first time and their school shirts were sold out and they said I would have to order it. I have a XL shirt that needs to be exchanged for a childs Small.

My order number is 392927 9/29/21 I order 2 wil cardigan f green size (M) I don’t know what’s going on I been waiting patiently for my kids cardigans… I should have BEEN got them… smh… I just don’t know… I want my things OR my money BACK…… I’m so mad these things are NOT cheap at all.

There was a line wrapped around the building,so I had to wait... And wait... And wait. Once I got inside, they were very efficient. Ill return, even though theyre a bit pricey.

Been waiting on school shirts since August 18th. School started August 2nd. Two stores in Gentilly and they still have not answered my calls or called me. I want my free shirt too, it’s been over fifteen days.

Y’all do know it takes time to ship right 🤦🏽‍♀️. But mines took 2 days 😁.

I purchased a few items, and my receipt was supposed to be emailed to me, I never received my receipt. My daughters pants didnt fit, also the size we needed was sold out. I tried to get a refund and was told I couldnt without the receipt, which I didnt receive. So basically its my lost and oh well, these people are ridiculous.

The uniform store closes at 6:00pm & the door was locked at 5:35pm when I arrived yesterday. The employee said to me that we are closed. I said its not 6pm & I need 1 pair of Khaki pants for school tomorrow. He say again I cant were close. I asked to speak to a manager over the phone they just kept me on hold. Its so ridiculous & unprofessional. Ive been to multiple clothing stores & grocery stores and they dont lock their doors until 1 or 2 minutes before closing time.

Uniform shop formei got have red and white and black shirt pants kiki and black I go Booker t. Washington high school period

Wasnt happy about having to stand outside, but because of theft I understand. Other than that the service was fast. I was assisted quickly, and was out in less than 10mins.

Love this store they are very friendly and helpful. There has never been a time that I wasnt greeted with a smile by the employees. Whoever runs this location does a great job!

I have been lied to for days straight about school shirts for my child. The direct line is never answered and I am still waiting on shirts I was promised Saturday after 4pm. My child starts school Thursday and doesnt have a shirt yet. I am very annoyed with Logo Express and the way they lied about my sons order. I really hope Kipp has better plans for next year.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible !The uniforms do not come in on time as promised. Your spending your money & the managers are very rude. Inspire Nola Charter has to do better with the choice of where I kids uniforms come from. Logo express cannot accommodate Us!!!

Uniforms by Logo Express has been a thrill to do business with every time I need something, the ladies has been right on point with printing ideas, type of t-shirts/shirts we should use etc. Starting with the manager and all of her staff they are Awesome!!!!!!!

The ppl that work there are really nice but when it comes to them having the things u need its always a wait..i feel if u know schools are about to start up y is it when u go in there to purchase items for ur kids they never have them and then u have to wait 15 days for it to come in its ridiculous...stock up on things before school starts so parents dont have to wait for items for their kids

I have been shopping with company for 10 years anf i have always gltten what ive needed for all of my children

Been here twice to pick up my daughters shirts and they still didn’t have them. They are very unorganized. Then the manager is clueless.
