As it was my first time going to an audiologist and knowing I needed a hearing aid I am so glad I chose audible hearing health care. The audiologist, her receptionist The whole experience could not have been more positive. Realizing you need a hearing aid is made so much more easy and natural when the people taking care are you are as knowledgeable and kind as what I experienced. I would highly recommend them.I felt how important it was for them to make me feel comfortable and having my hearing tested, going over the evaluation, explaining the recommendations and then helping me choose the option that would make my life better! I thought initially that I possibly needed hearing aids. After going to Audibel they did a thorough work-up and fitted me with hearing aids that were customized to my hearing deficits. I was given a free 30 day trial period at no charge. Although I ended up not keeping the aids, they told me to return in a year for another audiological exam, which I did this past week. At this time they are continuing to monitor my hearing and when I feel that I will definitely trust them to find and fit me with the best hearing aids for me.

Monique Gallant AuD is great at her job. She is always professional and has that personal touch when helping and discussing challenges with hearing loss. The office runs on time and they are great at calling their customers a few days in advance to remind you about your appointment. I highly recommend them.

Great location. I parked free a block away on Louisiana Street. I liked that they take one person at a time so you are alone during your appointment. The testing room was very comfortable and the exam was fast. The doctor explained everything very clearly in a way that I could understand.

Dr. Gallant is always personable and professional, providing thorough, detailed responses to my questions and concerns.

My visit with Audibel Hearing was more than I expected. The office was very clean, the atmosphere was great and the receptionist was friendly, and very helpful. My doctor was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my concerns, offered advice for Tinnitus, and was extremely patient. I would recommend this office very highly. ( thats saying something coming from me, because Im very difficult to please).

Always a pleasure with both the doctor and receptionist. I wouldn’t have my grandfather be seen by anyone else!

Dr Gullant is a fantastic,caring and patient doctor. Of course she treats us very special. My mother Eloise Louis is 97. She loses a lot of hearing aids the ones over the counter and the good ones I buy from Dr. Audubel HearihShe adjust our hearing aids and cleans them every few months at no charge.I love her Receptionist. Jane has such a pleasant tone to he voice and she is so nice. She never fails to remind me of an appointment

I received an ad in the mail and called for a consultation. The office was clean. Everything was vey well explained. I am very satisfied with my new hearing aids!

Dr Gallant provides an efficient, courteous service. Office is well run; no long wait times, things are in order. She recommended ear molds to get rid of feedback, the first time someone succeeded (more or less) on that problem.Ive been pretty happy with the Resound aides she sold me. Definitely go with rechargeable batteries.
