Booked a bikini waxing. Its that time of the year.I have been getting waxing for years so dont have too much hair thereShe charged $12.00 which is a great price for any waxing.The space was freshly cleaned. Both the Esthetician and i wore masks.Esthetician also wore gloves and used fresh strips to remove wax.The Salon is located on the first floor. Just walk right in.My kind of place.There is also a gourmet shop next dor if u need a chocolate to build up ur nerves!

Great staff, super friendly and the owners are very nice, but expensive for the quality. Ie: they forget about me at the end of every pedicure and I have to wave people down, asking for coffee or water and never getting it, and many other small but annoying things when you spend a few hundred there a month.

Laura is the best. Shes always been so great with my little one.

Great environment, excellent vibe, and very good stylest. The product that they sell I havent found anywhere else and it is top quality. My wife and I both preferred hair stylest is Elizabeth and preferred aesthetician is Amanda. And they have wine coffee and tea.

Very poor, had appointment at 3.15 pm simply waiting more than 15 min, no response, no response from reception too. After 3.30pm I saw my person was doing haircut to someone. They knew that the this person had another appointment for haircut. Well they knew this and couldnt convey this message to me until I ask . Courtesy call received from spa & simply apologize & saying that dont know what happened actually. She should enquire and find the actual r reason for the delay & then should call the customer.

This is the BEST place in town. Their work is amazing, I recommend everyone to go and see their team to feel and look your best. They truly want you to have an amazing experience and will often give you tips and tricks to have your hair/polish/wax last longer to save you money. Highly recommend!!!

Went into this salon today for a drop in tan, and it was a beautiful salon. The tanning bed was good too. Only negative thing I have to say is while the girl at the front desk was helping me, an older lady kept interrupting her while she was talking to me. I couldnt quite tell what they were talking about, but the older lady was telling the girl that she was wrong and the stuff she was doing was incorrect. The girl looked really upset and the lady just kept talking to her in a super inappropriate tone. I really felt badly for her. She was kind and helpful with me. I hope that this is not how the employees get treated on the daily. A good salon is only as good as their workers. Not sure if the older lady was the owner or an employee.

I do really like the atmosphere at Head to Toe. Very friendly staff and they seem to care about the customers. But Ive decided to switch finally, because after a few hair cuts of constantly being shorter than I asked for, I have given up. My hair is curly and I had finally grown it out long and asked to keep it as long as possible. We agreed on one inch and its definitely shorter than that. And been thinned out a bunch. So Ive lost a lot of my hair. Pretty disappointed.

It was my first time at Head to Toe.I came in 5 mins late. The receptionist wasnt that friendly. Reminded me I was late and that I had to take another appointment. I asked can it be done today she said it would take 45 mins and I could wait at the very corner of their salon where there were seats.Fortunately, they didnt make me wait that long and got my work done.I would rate my experience as 3.

Bad customer service.My wife had a gift card which I bought from Head to Toe as a birthday gift for her. She used portion of the gift card for a pedicure and booked another appointment for last Thursday at 9.30 AM. She was 5 minutes late (got there at 9.35) because she had to take the city bus to get to downtown. The person who was at the reception claimed that her appointment was at 9.15 and she is late therefor her appointment is cancelled. My wife tried to explain to the lady that she was 5 minutes late because she had to take the bus. She also confirmed that she booked the appointment for 9.30, not 9.15. We always make sure that we write down our appointment details on the calendar, We double checked it again, the appointment at Head to Toe is 9.30 am. The lady then said even if the appointment was at 9.30, my wife is still 5 minutes late and they cant do the haircut. While they were having this conversation, the hairdresser who was supposed to do my wifes haircut, said she is unable to do the haircut since she has another appointment for a hair colour at 9.45. There was no point of arguing that my wifes appointment was at 9.30 because the staff didnt want to help at all and they were rude. My wife was crying and very upset when came home. Her only fault was that she was 5 minutes late.I am so angry that this happened . The gift card was a birthday present to her. How embarrassing that my wife had to go through this.This is something that I am not going to forget. I will make sure that I will talk to every person I know about this incident.Im gonna forget about whatever money left in that gift card. Will NEVER EVER return to this place.

The only place Ill get my hair done! Came here as unfollowed my hair stylist but a converted tea house is now a spa like salon offering a range of services.

I cant really rate it as I havent been there in years. I went in today to get a gift card and I was charged the GST, never have I been charged GST on a gift card before.

Tried first time for a Brazilian.... not so great.... pricey.... even compared to Vancouver... although the premises are lovely. Iffy service ( talked to 2 people before I got my appointment confirmed).... relaxed to the point of disinterest.... waited for 10 minutes and watched girls tidying up .... turns out one of them was my esthetician..... adequate but no more.The wax itself was ok.... efficient and capably done.... but incomplete and I am used to having antiseptic.... oil.... and/ or lotion available for aftercare.

The folks are always pleasant. Every time I go I am offered a beverage of coffee, tea, or water. Lori is fantastic! Oh and you can always get parking and it is free for 2 hours.
