A friend asked me to dispose of a failing fridge. No worries, I thought. When I got it to the dump, they asked if I had had a pro remove the refrigerant. Had no idea that was required. Called many places, even government to figure it out. Finally got in touch with these guys. They took the fridge off my hands for free. It was super easy. Just backed my pickup to their loading dock and they took the fridge off. Done. Highly suggest them if you have a broken fridge/freezer.

I REALLY enjoyed working with Ken and Crystal. It was a great experience working with someone with such knowledge and integrity!Ken went above the call to repair my 20+ year old Maytag Refrigerator saving me thousands on the purchase of a new one.Turns out, my old fan motor was obsolete. So, he took my old one back to the shop and rebuilt it and made it new again.After completing the project I was handed the invoice and to my surprise, it was actually $60 less than the estimate! Good service and knowledge

2017 we had a flood out here on 21 and every thing in my basement was lost. I had an appropriate size washer dryer so water raised up and destroyed them I went into the store pick washer dryer they brought it out with in a few hrs and set it up. They had to move this through the house to basement and had to remove banster to get it down. It is still working to this day and they were very nice and respectful to me and my home.

Prices are high for used washer/ dryers( in my opinion). If your on a budget this is not the store for you! I have bought a washer and dryer from another store today for 250.00, fully reconditioned, warranty and reasonable delivery charge . Owner even demonstrated working order!!

Polite, courteous and helped me load.

Had to give one star to write a review would rather give 0 stars. Repairman didnt bring tools to work on the washer, said we needed a new one without even checking it. Said he couldnt get agitator out so he would have to go back to shop and see if they had another one because he would have to break this one out. My husband called and told them not to send him back. My husband lifted the agitator out with one hand! Needless to say we are not impressed. Yes, we will pay the bill they sent for him doing nothing because he did show up...BUT we will not deal with them again. Linda Hockenberry

My fridgerator wasnt keeping things cold called them and they fit us right in a tight schedule (Saturday) and fixed in matter of minutes. Would highly recommend them and also call them again if needed. thanks again Ken for fitting us in to your schedule

The used appliance selection was limited and what they did have was dirty. Staff didnt attempt to help me at all either.

Work was shabby they threw my Appliance away without my consent when I complained the owner pulled a gun and pointed at my face. Currently Im pursuing criminal charges against him. Dangerous place to shop my family is still traumatized by the incident.

We had just moved to the area and knew nothing about the town. Went to Billmans they didn’t really have the used items we were looking for and the person at Billmans recommended this place. We were in and out with less than 15mins and about 300$ later with name brand used washer and dryer. We have had them 3 months and they work awesome. They also told us they carry most of the parts for what they sell so if something break it could be easily fix!
