I met Nate in the showroom who was very willing to answer all my questions concerning the choices of a new faucet for my new custom made sink. I have to admit he has a lot a patience and is extremely knowledgeable of their products.I finally decided on a faucet and he ordered it and had it in two days. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable.I LOVE my new faucet and sink.I’ve since been back for another sink and toilet seats. Nate is great to work with, truly a valuable asset to this company.

My wife and i just purchased all of our plumbing fixtures from nate at Broedell.The prices and selection is fantastic.We purchased all moen fixtures that are professional grade not like the plastic ones at lowes or home depot.Nate was fantastic!he showed us all the different brands and helped us decide whats best for us.When i went to pick up my order Nate greeted me and loaded everything into my truck.Nobody beats their prices but most of all their quality and service is the best around!Thanks again Nate!

I needed to replace a garbage disposal flange, to stop a leak. I wanted to avoid purchasing a new unit or paying a plumber for installation (total cost around $250). I stopped at Home Depot and could not find anyone in the store to help me. Went to Ace Hardware and was given incorrect information, but was advised to go to Broedell Plumbing for what I needed (the only good and accurate information I had received).I went to Broedell where I was quickly greeted by Nate. We shared a laugh about the incorrect information I was given elsewhere and Nate proceeded to not only provide the correct information, but gave me what I needed and more importantly showed me several tricks to make the job easy (total cost= $2.20 for plumbers putty).More important to me than the $250 saved, was the professional and friendly way that Nate took care of me. I will not go anywhere else, ever again, for any of my plumbing needs. BTW- I saw some awesome new ideas for when I decide to remodel my bathrooms.Thanks Nate, keep up the great work!
