I happen to love this Publix location! They have the friendliest and most professional employees. The produce is generally of better quality than the competition and is also of a broader variety, which I appreciate. Employees are always willing to assist customers help locate items, load vehicles, put smiles on their faces, etc. Publix sales are incredible and seem to be very competitive. I love their BOGO events. I make sure to use the Publix App for additional savings and discounts. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to shop!

Stopped by around 5:30-ish. Was very busy. Used the self check out or I wouldve been there for a bit longer. Store was clean and shelves were fairly well stocked. Meat cutter Omar was very friendly as was another meat dept. associate whos name I didnt get.

Employees here have been very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The deli have employees that are happy to help make sandwiches for there customers. Excellent customer service in every department

Half the checkout lanes are now self scan. If I wanted to be a cashier, I would have asked for an application. You should be ashamed of yourself. You were know for excellent service and now you have so lowered your status. Before long you will be asking us to put a quarter in to get a shopping cart and paying for bags. If you want us to do YOUR JOB then LOWER YOUR OVER INFLATED PRICES!

This Publix is always clean! Customer service is great I always call ahead when I want wings and they make them fresh! Also their subs are awesome. I dont go anywhere else for them! You can call ahead for the subs too. Their apron meals are really good as well, especially when you want a good hot meal and dont want to do the prep you just throw one of them in the oven and you have your dinner. This Publix always goes the extra mile when helping the customers out when ever possible too. I am disabled and use their wheelchairs when I shop there and someone always asks if I need help while Im shopping and ALWAYS offer to help me out to my van. LOVE THIS PUBLIX!!

This Publix is very clean. It seems like their shelves are almost always neatly stocked. Pretty much all of the employees are very nice and helpful except maybe 1 or 2. The self checkout lanes all run smoothly and they always have an employee there to help if you need them. Ive noticed that pretty much all of the Publixs are this way. Thats why I like them as much as I do.

This publix is awesome. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Large selection of healthy foods and drinks. Store is very clean and well organized. My only gripe or hangup is the hrs . Wish they were open past 9 pm .

Very conveniently located off of 19 S. at the parking lot is crowded with smaller spaces, Inside Publix is clean and the sandwiches are good especially the Buc’s sandwich

Terrible customer service today at the bakery. I ordered a custom cake for a special event. I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time it would be ready, and was told it would be a few more minutes. I walked to the candle aisle and returned to the bakery counter. After being greeted by multiple employees and stating that I was waiting on my cake, an employee finally checked to see if it was ready. This is after my standing at the bakery counter for nearly 30 minutes. The cake had apparently been ready for some time, and I wasted nearly 40 minutes away from my event due to this experience. Publix has always been our go-to bakery for special events. Our family will definitely be choosing a different location going forward.

Gave it 3 stars because of the extremely friendly staff.BUT,,, the store is the most expensive non California grocery store,, Ive ever seen. Colorado, Texas, Arizona, they are ALL 1/3 cheaper than this place. Publix is right up there with 7-11 pricing..Other the extremely over pricing, the store itself is clean, & well run.Also lacks on supply. I could not find several of my routine items.Pretty sure, I wont be using Publix as my first choice in grocery store...

The store is always nice and clean. The associates are very helpful and more than courteous. And you can download the app and place your order and they will bring it out to your car. And they will notify you when youre goods are ready to be picked up. And if they do not have the specific product they will notify you and ask you if the replacement that they recommend is suitable or to remove it from your order so theyre very thoughtful and courteous and I highly recommend it.

Just like all Publix... Deli is of course awesome. Great subs. Staff very friendly and go above and beyond. Store very clean

The new self check out does not allow for splitting the total across several payment methods but the attendant was most helpful in getting me to a cashier who was able to help

Customer service is the #1 Pro there....but, was really shocked to see a price on a half gallon of whole milk at $4.13!!! Back in Pa., a gallon of milk costs less than that? Didnt check to see if it was a mistake or not?

Publix subs. Always worth the wait. Consistently satisfied, but whats with the lack of service when there is no line. the responce was...a stack of online orders had everyone busy.Thankfully I dont shop that location, because I have many more to choose from.

I love my Publix when I need special things, holidays, 4th of July,and their subs are the bomb..!! The seafood they prepare like stuffed clams is out of this world.. reasonable price fresh for dinner... I love their seafood fresh displays.. their prices can be a little expensive but its worth it....

I ordered groceries on Saturday night for Sunday Dinner pick up at 5pm. The ingredients were confirmed in stock and paid for in full at the time order was placed Saturday night. Its now 4pm Sunday afternoon... my ingredients are not available - they were all sold during business hours today - and Im out of luck for my Italian Sunday Dinner on Memorial Day Weekend with my family. Did I mention Im Disabled & thats why I tried Publixs Grocery Service for the first time last night. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Shame on you Publix for confirming the availability of stock... taking my money... and now its to late to even try to find the ingredients somewhere else.Hope you enjoy your Sunday Dinner. Reconsidering my loyalty to your store as a 30yr + customer. Completely Disgusted.

Employees restocking (especially in produce) would not quit what they were doing or stand aside so shoppers could get what they needed. Seems like their prices have greatly increased. Tossed the produce at the checkout counter. Publix just doesnt feel the same.

Deli assistant manager went above and beyond for us in having a tropical fruit platter we requested made from a picture. The platter was needed the next day at a wedding reception.It turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations and was ready when needed.Personal Thank you to Jon!

Store remodel looks good. Well lit. Lots of upgrades. New cold cases. Hot food and deli counters new and better organized. New hot bar coming soon.

This is a great place to shop! Really good customer service! I dislike the new self-checkout that is offered but theres nothing like the cashiers and theyre excellent professional Service and I hope those dam machines dont replace real people.

I bought these little yogurts from the produce department here at this location... There was a bandaid in the yogurt!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! I can not believe that not only is someone handling food without gloves but theyre doing this with open wounds AND during a pandemic. I am absolutely disgusted with Publix as a whole at this point.

Very nice people work here it is one of the more snooty locations but as long as you fit the bill of what they perceive as the good customer they treat you with respect and wonderful customer service now if you dont fit the bill they treat you like a thief and they follow you around the store you decide if this is the place for you or not I always decide if Im shopping there based on what Im wearing of course when it comes to grocery shopping you should probably not have to do that.

For crying outloud fix your pharmacy! Hire competent people who are compassionate as well as intelligent! We have to always walk through with the people working here to either double check a prescription or give us more info if another location has it. Not only do they stumble on pronouncing nine times out of ten the prescription is actually there they just didn’t look! We get the same heavy set moody young woman every time we go and she’s rude a d can’t find a solution if it was taped to her forehead!

Found everything we needed. And the produce was amazing! My child WANTED to buy fruit.

Very clean always spotless always friendly I just wish their prices was a little bit cheaper on somethings. Of course I would choose Publix over Walmart but sometimes I have to go to Walmart because price they charge at Publix it would be a little bit cheaper the same things I got at Publix that I could have got at Walmart definitely would have been 20 bucks cheaper this time on my trip! But you cant argue with fast courteous service always clean always in stock check out lane fast barely any wait but I do enjoy them.

This is my local publix. Its clean, the staff is great, the managers are tops. Makes the neighborhood work. Good to have them.

I am new to the area and have only been there once before.. every associate I asked where something was, they either took me to exactly what I needed, or directed me the location. They were great!

Workers are friendly and courteous. Quality meat and veggies here. Have a lot of fruit you cant get anywhere else.

A male employee at the customer service was very rude came in to get something that they usually ask for a ID which was shown to him and he refused me service saying information was cut off which wasn’t true you can clearly see what was needed to be shown and have been to this Publix many times and I’ve never had a issue before and many other locations across the Tampa Bay Area. Will never do business with this Publix again...being a regular paying customer it’s very insulting that he denied service for no apparent reason all because he didn’t like how the ID looked.
