My husband and I went into this store earlier this month to become Verizon customers. We were repeatedly lied to, our bill was not even close to what we were assured it would be. The discounts, for which we qualified, were never applied and after several calls to the store and our salesperson, Aruna, the only answer given was call back on the 26th when your real bill has been generated. What does that even mean??? I called back today, on the 26th, no one can help me. In a fury I called *611, and finally a real Verizon employee helped me. And they removed the extra and unnecessary charges.Beware buyers, that store is a dealer, not a real Verizon store. Their job is to sell you as much as possible and get you out. I honestly had less stress buying a car!!! I felt much better when I called and dealt with Verizon directly.

My husband and I went to return my broken phone for the new promotion and to get me a new phone. We worked with Candi and we absolutely loved her. She was so helpful and sweet! We will definitely be going back to her in the future because we know we will be treated properly! You can tell she cares about her customers.

I normally shop at a Verizon corporate store. However, when my wife was ready for a new phone, we tried this authorized retailer instead. There was a notable, and positive, difference in the level of customer service here. Our sales representative Ryan was extremely attentive and went well out of his way to address my wifes questions and specific wishes. I highly recommend this business!

I had a situation concerning my Verizon bill and made multiple attempts to contact the company via telephone and the app with negative results. I was being over charged and did not want to continue to pay only to have this issue go on and on. My last resort was to actually travel to the Verizon store, located on Trouble Creek Rd. I was greeted by Ms. Candi who attempted to assist, but when she called the customer service line there was no answer even after waiting 45 minutes or more. Ms. Candi continued to try and assist by email as well. Eventually I had to leave the store with no change regarding my situation. Ms. Candi assured me that she would get results. We attempted at least 2 more times with negative results. I traveled back to the store, and this time I was greeted by a Mr. Ryan P. We sat at his desk as I explained the entire bill situation to him as I had with Ms. Candi. Ryan P. then called Verizon customer service, and surprisingly we actually talked to a person. The situation was explained but for some reason the Customer service Rep did not understand the situation. Ryan P. continued to work with me for approximately 2 hours an 45 minutes. After explaining the situation 4 or more times Ryan P. made an attempt to email and eventually got results that were satisfactory. All this to say that these two people went above and beyond to assist me, and corrected my Over Billing situation. Thanks Candi and Ryan P. for your assistance, my next course of action would have been to leave Verizon and acquire cellular services from another carrier.

Im annoyed that I cant give them a negative rating.Apparently, when Jose Rivera (and his coworker) says free, he means youll pay this off in installments.When Jose Rivera says I work out of this store he means Ive been there before, but I dont work there on a regular basis.When Jose Rivera says Ill wipe out those fees for you, he means something else, because that didnt happen.When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they say that none are available and give you the number of someone whos not there.When you call Nate Romig, the event supervisor (because you were misled at a Verizon booth at the fair) twice, he doesnt return your call that week.Just because it says Verizon doesnt mean you can expect quality service.Burn your money and get someone to punch you in the nuts repeatedly. Youll be less frustrated.Perhaps Ill have better luck calling the Help Line listed below. That may be the only way to have some satisfaction.

When we visited this location Candice helped us. I was extremely satisfied. The place was so clean. While we were sitting there we saw how they wiped everything down after someone left. Everyone had masks on. I do hesitate going places but the team at this location goes over and above.

Candi Durm was absolutely wonderful in helping my wife and I buy Google Pixel 3a mobile phones. She got every single discount and special offer that Verizon Wireless had. She even made sure we got the discounts that were available when we purchased the phones and had disappeared on the system by the time that were shipped (about 3 weeks). Candi was very gracious and stayed an hour past the regularly scheduled end of her shift when we picked up the phones.

This location has the best customer service by far compared to other locations. Jenny recently helped me get my new phone up and running after my old one malfunctioned. Ive had some pretty bad customer service experiences in store and online /over the phone. If I ever have an issue or need help, I always go to this location on Trouble Creek Rd. Thanks Jenny for helping me out. It was greatly appreciated!

I went in on 05/25 to look at the newer phone models. Upon getting there, all the phones were put up due to the COVID-19 procedures. I was very happy to see that they didnt have them out, for that would perpetuate the spreading of germs. Nick came over and introduced himself, bringing me to his desk. We sat and talked about the differences between the Google Pixel 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S10 for about an hour. He was very patient and went over every detail to compare between the two. Nick went to the back multiple times to see which phones they had in stock. With the pandemic, there wasnt many options to choose from, but he brought out what he could. Unfortunately, there were no more standard Galaxy S10s. Instead of pushing me towards a more expensive phone, he helped me compare what he did have in stock, the Pixel 4 and S10+ 5G, to the Galaxy S10 that i wanted. At no point, did i feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or choose a specific type of phone. Nick even sat and listened as i thought out loud comparing the three. I did end up leaving the store to deliberate more, but he was holding two of the phones to the side for me for when i decided and came back. When i did come back, Nick was with another client. I waited, and he came over to apologize for the wait and made sure i was okay with waiting. Once his previous clients left, he made sure to COMPLETELY sanitize his desk and the table in front of it. I was very impressed with the cleaning protocols this store had in place. When I sat back over at the table, Nick went over everything that i was thinking and my concerns with the phones. Unfortunately, he had to give away the Galaxy s10+ 5G because of a managers discretion due to a situation. Instead of pushing me towards another phone, Nick offered to have a Galaxy s10 or Galaxy s10 5G ordered and shipped to any Verizon location i wanted, or I could possibly try another location when i went back home to Orlando. After some more deliberation, I decided to go with the Galaxy s20+5G. Though it was a more expensive phone, Nick never once pressured me into buying it for a bigger commission. Nor did he make me feel as if i was taking up his time.Overall, i am thoroughly impressed and beyond satisfied with how Verizon at Trouble Creek Rd. is maintaining their store cleanliness and sanitation. In addition, their specialist, Nick, was very attentive and took his time addressing any/every concern i had with a new phone, even offering other solutions when an option wasnt available.

My boyfriend and I came to this location to add him to my plan as he was looking to switch providers. Candi helped us and was professional, patient and pleasant throughout our visit. Candi was super informative and made us aware of some account offers and trade-in offers. Candi took the time to review our options and with us which allowed us to make an informative decision. We ended up purchasing two apple watches and a new iphone 11. we are extremely happy with the service received from this location as always. They were very eager to assist. We are retired and decided to move to Consumer Cellular to save $80 per month. Had them as our carrier for about a week and a half. Very seldom had more than one bar. Calls were dropped constantly so we wanted to come back to Verizon. This required a lot of customer service with little chance of making any commission. Daniel Cretella was fantastic. His primary concern was to take care of my needs. Ended up buying 2 new phones & a Hum. I would definitely recommend him to a friend!!

First of all, one star is very generous giving the way this company treats people but, since I cant give no stars, I guess that will have to do.They have nerve even using the name Verizon, yes they do state they are an authorized retailer... Whomever authorized that needs to think twice.Verizon Wireless is an awesome company & these guys are dragging their name into the ground!!The salespeople are liers!! They only work on commission so, they will tell you anything to make a sale.They were at the Florida State Fair with multiple booths and big Verizon Wireless signs. My family and I have been loyal Verizon customers since the late 90s, we were aproached by a young man named Jose. He told us that if we traded in our phone, we would get a new phone free of charge to us with a plan change. I questioned him multiple times about a monthly fee for the phone and was told none - free. We were also promised a credit for some overages on data because of changing to an unlimited plan. Almost 3 months later, that never happened plus, there is a $27 phone fee on the bill!!!This person flat out lied straight to our faces!!!! After the fact we called the salesman and he told us to go into the store, which we were told that he doesnt work at. A young lady tried to help but couldnt. She provided the name and number of a manager whom never returned the 2 voicemails left for him.A representative at the local real Verizon store was helpful and broke down the bill for us. He did confirm that there is no credit on the account and there is a monthly phone payment!!Bottom line here, dont give these guys any of your business. They are CROOKS!!! Go to an authentic Verizon Wireless store.

Earlier today I went in and spoke to Chad and I wanted to get on a good affordable plan and Chad made it happen for me! He was a very nice, personable salesman that listened to my needs and my crazy jokes to lighten the experience to make it enjoyable! More salespeople need to do what Chad did to make it a pleasant experience to be personable and accommodating! I am looking forward to doing more business with him as a new long term happy customer!

I went to the Verizon on Troublecreek. Candi was amazing. I freak out when my tech world crumbles. My battery wouldnt hold the charge and I have been dealing with a super slow phone in a quick paced world. Candi calmed me down, talked me through everything and then some, and quickly had me back to doing my thing. She explained EVERYTHING so I could understand and made herself accessible if I have any issues. Call or go see Candi for some bomb, quality service!!!! Excellent!!!! I Have to start off by saying I have not had a great experience with my Verizon store near my house in land o lakes, each time I sought help for issues on my phone. I was told I need to do a factory reset, and they were not happy to help.. I was at the point of switching carriers. I decided to call a store near my work, best customer service phone call I have ever had. I spoke to Ryan and his positive and caring attitude shinned through over the phone. Even better in person. He helped me with what is best for me. Not what is best for him or Verizon. He took so much time with such personal care. Definitely the WOW factor. Do yourself a favor and go see him

Dan did a great job selling us two iPhone 11’s. His patience was outstanding working with two folks not knowledgeable with transferring cellphones. He also gave us great tips on how to improve our television capability and reducing our costs. It was a pleasure working with Dan!

Rich Talamantez is by far the best cell sales representative I have EVER dealt with. He was patient and polite when I came in seeking help with my IPhone 7Plus. My mother was also with me, and impressed with his professionalism. He was such a gentleman. She too will be a customer of his! Store was clean and covid complient, my rep was Nick C and he was very helpful and patient. He took extra time with me getting my first smartphone and my husband as well. I would highly recommend!
