Extremely HAPPY with Megan and Florida Mobile Home Sales! I had been looking for a very long time, online for my perfect vacation/future retirement home. Since I live in MN, I needed guidance and that is where Megan came into the picture. Megan was not pushy! She allowed me to ask questions and she provided the answers that I needed in a very timely manner. It took a total of seven days from first contact with Megan to being park approved! I did sign my full name on the POA papers for the title transfer but in reality, my signature was to look like the signature on my drivers license. My mistake. Megan was able to verbally de-escalated my anxiety filled body and turned it into a very enjoyable experience! A huge SHOUT OUT to Megan, and all that worked behind the scenes also!

Denise and PJ know what they are doing. They understand the market so if you listen to their advice you should be successful like me. They sold our mobile home in 3 days. Read the contract, ask questions, and listen to what they say. Ask a realtor where your listing will be advertised, Denise and PJ advertise it all over the country and even internationally!

Terrible! My mobile home has been on the market with them since April and they have only shown it 3 times. They have not had any open houses and they had my address wrong on their web posting. I would not recommend this company!
