As someone who’s worked in the past at CVS for 5 years, this specific store is absolutely horrible. Terrible service, no employees on the floor, no shelf facing, missing items (shelves not restocked), manager nowhere to be seen and unhelpful when you go directly to his office to ask for an employee to process a transaction.I know the standards the regional district leaders put in place. Truly, this store should be closed due to how poor the conditions and the customer service is. The employees are unprofessional and creepy even. One of the older employees was cursing under her breath at the pharmacy while I was waiting quietly to sign for my medications at pickup. She was muttering comments and cursing (I think she thought she was talking in her head) because she ended the transaction in a different tone completely unaware.I’ve come here often and each time I dread picking up my prescription. They never ever ever answer the phone so I have to physically go in every time to schedule a refill. They don’t acknowledge you and will ignore you until you come up to the counter and call out for someone. Happened almost every time I’ve gone this year. One of the male employees just watches u from a distance. He will be near shelves and stop what he’s doing to watch u walk through aisles. Extremely unnerving. I’m sure you’ll know who he is if you visit. All in all, please restructure store and retrain the staff. You do not properly represent CVS care values and have lost numerous customers. Standard are very very low here.
Every single time my dr puts in my 3 prescriptions this CVS manages to only fill two. Every time when I ask it miraculously went through immediately and can I please wait 10 minutes while they prepare it. This location is convenient but it’s not worth the hassle. Seen at least 4 pharmacists come and go and it never changes. Useless!
This CVS is gross. Not sure when it was last cleaned. From the look of the filthy, stained rug I would say 1990. And the help behind the registers... Its like the island of misfit toys. I live in town but wont use this store any longer. Gives me the heebie-jeebies.
One of the employees here is a complete freak. I came in a little past 9 to pick up a prescription. He stared me down from an aisle, looking directly at my chest the whole time. He asked why I was there (???), I told him to pick up a prescription, and walked past him to the pharmacy. Once I actually got there, instead of at any point in the 30 seconds it took for me to get there while he stared, he told me the pharmacy closed at 9. That in itself is fine, I had never been here before and wasnt aware, thats my bad. But the way this person acted was incredibly unsettling and they should not be interacting with any customers. I was so uncomfortable.
Horrible service. Try getting in touch with pharmacy and be prepared to be disconnected. They say forms will be faxed to doctor when they dont. They really need more staff or better quality employees. Either way, whatever they are doing is not working now
I have never left a google review but this store has gone WAY down. For your sanity and health, STAY AWAY! The weekend pharmacist is wonderful and pleasant … HOWEVER, the weekday pharmacist is a nightmare to say the least. He puts the phone on silent and doesn’t answer for days whether you’re calling direct or being patched through by the front store. Once you head to the store, you won’t hear a single phone ring. Odd. You’ll then be met with the rudest, most socially inept medical “professional.” Eye contact? He doesn’t know it. Before you can say one word, he BARKS for your last name as if he’s taking roll call at the county jail. I was patient and unnecessarily cordial until I learned he rescheduled my fill date simply because he was busy. He lied to me about his reasoning before yelling out my prescription information so the entire store could hear. I’m leaving this comment after I was told that doctors in the area now avoid this location because of this nightmare of a pharmacist.
The employees of this location are exceptionally friendly; whether the front desk or the pharmacy, where I’ve had a 5 star experience. But the store itself seems very run down and in need of a complete rebuild and overhaul. The location is great and the parking is abundant but the store feels dingy, old carpet, and toolshed style shelving seems way outdated compared to backlit shelving in newer stores. C’mon,CVS, invest a little money in this location, a bit of love.
Bad service. They never call to tell you when your prescription is ready. Already when I have been waiting for several days I have to call and they do not have it ready
Good service but needs an update
I have been on hold trying to speak with a pharmacist for at least 45 minutes now. I have tried calling the pharmacy directly and calling the front desk. This is so inappropriate knowing people may have very serious questions about their medications. I’m appalled.
It is nice and clean too bad the locale is so small and they can not have more selection. Not their fault though
This CVS has been going downhill for several years in my opinion. Most recently, I have been trying to contact them tbree times per day by phone for 3 weeks now and the Pharmacy never answers their phone. I even opened a CVS.COM account thinking I could just transfer everything to Berkley Heights where there is a drive-through window and doesnt allow me to. I also tried to get home delivery. It just doesnt allow me to do that either. IT SAYS TO CALL THE PHARMACY AND PHARMACY DOESNT EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONES! New management is needed!
A very stressful and useless experience. Something has been changed with the insurance and they couldnt use it anymore. They told me that I still can get my medicine without involving the insurance. I agreed, because I needed it for a suffering child and it was urgent. I was willing to get it without the insurance discount. As it turned out later, the decision was wrong. They made me wait for an hour and then an employee named Ana told me that my insurance doesnt fit. I tried to explain that I was waiting because of their suggestion, but she didnt listen. So many employees and one doesnt know what the other does. I gave up, because I didnt want to wait anymore for inattentive people, with a crying suffering toddler on my hands. I just lost time and didnt get the medicine. I dont recommend to go there.
Pharmacy never answers phone. They used to be better.Try CVS in Green Village or Summit
My doctor has refilled my prescriptions a month ago, somehow the pharmacy in this CVS has not updated the status and I have gone without refills on my allergy prescriptions which is misery. I again contacted my doctor and again they have sent the orders last week, yet still no changes to the status of my prescriptions online and every time I try to speak to a pharmacist, I’m placed on hold for long periods of time then they disconnect. I’m on my third attempt to call in a row right now.. I leave in 30 minutes for my month follow up with my allergy specialist and will request for my orders to be sent to Walgreens instead.
I WORK AT A DOCTORS OFFICE IT TOOK ME AN OVER TO CALL IN A PRESCRIPTION THEY KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD OR SENDING ME TO VOICEMAIL. WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL BECAUSE I DID THE PREVIOUS DAY AND THE SCRIPT WAS NOT FILLED
Great local staff great selection always fast
I usually have decent experiences at this pharmacy. Today was stressful for me—I have recently gotten new insurance and, for the first time, I was unable to get my medication. A female pharmacist called to explain the problem to me and could certainly tell I was upset, but did not seem to care. I suppose she doesn’t have to—it’s not her fault that the insurance company is awful. However, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up the ONE pill I was able to get (and had to pay full price for) the young man behind the counter, Michael P, noticed my insurance did not cover the medication and went completely out of his way to get me a coupon to use that cut the cost in half. He apologized for not being able to help out more. The woman I spoke to earlier did not nor did she mention that there might be a way for me to save a few bucks. Thanks to Michael, this day turned out okay. It feels good to encounter genuinely nice and helpful strangers.
Youre letting people in your store without masks on an your cashier needs to get a backbone and tell people they have to wait their turn!!! 😡
Pharmacist called several other pharmacies to find what I needed, eventually transferring my prescription to Walgreens so I could fill it.
The staff is always nice. Fast prescription drug services.
Fast prescription drug service. Not enough parking lots.

Pharmacy is a disaster.
