The UPS store in New Providence has been awesome. Whenever I come to the store everyone is courteous, helpful, & professional.Steve in particular has always been awesome.He is always ready to help & very cool attitude. The last time I went to this store I got there as they were closing.Steve was very cool and let me come inside and make some quick copies that my wife needed for school.I’m very appreciative and grateful to Steve & the regular staff @ this UPS Store

As a frequent Amazon buyer I routinely have returns. I always choose my drop off location to be the UPS store in New Providence. Their staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Steve has gone out of his way to assist me anytime I had an item packaged or labeled wrong. Definition easier here than the post office or Kohl’s drop off.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. The owner Steve runs a very organized store and has helped us with both receiving packages as well as sending out. It is a pleasure walking into the store and no matter how busy you will always receive a greeting!

I use this store frequently--staff is great and Steve does a great job and goes out of his way to help with anything you need--he makes any process quick and easy as well as help solve any shipping problems you might have. Our company has been with the Ups store at this location from the very beginning, We renewed year after year because of their great service. As we are experiencing Covid, Steve and the staff are going out of their way in providing their services and handling our packages with minimal contact which of course is very much appreciated.

They are sooo helpful here. I didn’t have tape to tape the top of my box and they said no problem we will tape it for you ( l bought tape for the next box-anyway). At another UPS store a few miles away that l stopped going to, l had the exact same issue and the man said that they will sell me tape, but not provide it for me even though l just needed the top done . I stopped going to that UPS store and started going here to NP. It’s a little further from my house, but l appreciate the way they treat their customers.

I have been going to this store for years -- even when it seemed like it was going out of business -- but it has really turned around in the past 12 months. The staff is very thoughtful and considerate, particularly the manager Steve (the one with the man-bun) and Brandon. They explained the packing and shipping process for my fragile items to Oregon, which they packed with the greatest care. I highly recommend this store and its staff. The service is incredible!

I have used this UPS location many times and today was the most recent. Very polite and professional plus extra helpful in getting my return package properly secured. I will continue to use this location.

Superb experience here this morning. This was in contrast to the horrendous time I had yesterday at the Livingston UPS store.

New Providence location of the UPS Store is very friendly and efficient. They get my shipments out right away and the price is what you can expect and comparable to any shipping place in the area.The staff made me feel welcome, I have always had Steve and he always gives me different options and the best for what I need.

The UPS store in New Providence is great! I always go here when I have to ship things back to school. The manager Steve is super helpful and Ive always had a wonderful experience with all of the rest of the staff as well.

The staff is always helpful and quite capable. I use them for my business shipping, dropping off UPS and DHL packages.

I dont think its weird that the UPS store wants you to pay for their SERVICES like packing, printing, faxing, etc. The above reviews are written by a bunch of fully grown, adult cry babies who need their hands held to cross the street. If youre SO unsatisfied with your experience at a UPS store that you all you can think about for weeks is going on google and writing them a bad review than you need to get a grip.Great staff and service.

Worst store to be at. Charge money without any information....absolutely rude staff. Would actually give a zero and I feel even 1 star is too much for them.....

I don’t write reviews often. I have been using this store for years. I get there are charges for services however charging $20 to place tape on a box and $3 to print a label is a little much.

I used this store as my access point to receive my deliveries, recently none of my deliveries were being accepted. So many of my deliveries were returned to the sender. So upset and angry that now I have notified UPS to leave my packages at home. This was a wonderful service, after reviewing recent reviews I guess I can understand why. New ownership bad business model

I have used this UPS store for years and asked my son to take a package for me and I was really surprised that the package cost twice as much as I thought it should only to realize that it was sent via Air and not ground. I thought the miscommunication was on my end, then I took a package and was asked if I cared when it got there. I said no and again the package was more than I thought it should cost, but at least not twice. Late I noticed on my receipt that my package was sent 3 day commercial, so it cost more and takes longer? When I called the store I was told I must have request this service. He knew I had not. I got a begrudging apology and my college student will probably get stale cookies :-(

Agree. Very rude. Never any appreciation that those who walk in the door keep this place in business. Everyone seems miserable and annoyed by your presence. Would be surprised if they are profitable given how rudely they treat their customers.

This store is great they offer so much more than just shipping, they do a wide variety of printing and even have other services like scanning and notary. This is a one stop shop for all your business needs.

I use to use another UPS store in the town over that was quite rude, moved to NP one the guys are nice, the service is great and there is parking. This is the store to use.

Absolutely ridiculous store. They will charge $3 for using their computer to shoot a print. Bizzare way of minting money from people. And on top of it the representative there says this is not a public library, when I compared th FedEx charges....zero customer service. I would have given zero stars if there was an option......would never go back and would ask all my known people to avoid going to the UPS store at New Providence.
