05/13/2021 came in for LED bulb installation on the all interior bulbs of the 2019 5.0. I carried earlier in the week and the crew was very friendly even over the phone didnt rush me off and answered my questions respectively. I came in today and was quickly assessed by thy team and they took me right away. The installation was so professionally done and I couldnt be happier, it looks OEM straight from the Ford Factory. I could ramble on and on but Ill let the photos highlight my review instead. I will be back to see a fuller menu of services offered for The Mustang. Come to AI for all your aftermarket needs. I took my car here fo tints recently and I loved them out first they came out rlly good but upon inspection of my car I noticed multiple scratches on my car that weren’t there previously and it’s a noticeable amount when I took my car back to show them they denied that any of the damage was caused by the workers and offered to do nothing about it even when I mentioned to them that it was a brand new car and it was perfectly fine before I brought it to them they still denied everything I would not recommend anyone taking the car here

I recently had my tints done and I have to say the customer service is amazing. The workers are super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my tints. I would recommend Ai Vinyl to anyone who is looking for great quality work.

Not sure what some of the low graded reviews are about... Just dropped off my car with Jack and so far, I can confidently speak very highly about their shop and professionalism. Their shop is extremely clean and modern with a comfortable place to sit while you wait. Their prices are comparable to some of the other shops that I called to remove tints. Service wise, Jack was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time out to chat with me about what I wanted and even gave me cautionary advice as well. Ill definitely be back.

Extremely poor communication and service. I asked for state-of-the-audio systems and a new GPS system to be installed in my car. Not only did it take 3 weeks for that quote but the recommended equipment they would have installed, was well off the path of state of the art, top of the line products. I mean, anyone can go online and buy aftermarket equipment and offer it as the best for your car! Would never call them again! Poor service

Ive been going to these guys since 2002. Its now 2014. I dont even live in New Rochelle anymore. Always a great installation, no matter what it is, done right the first time, and if you have any issues they work with you until you are satisfied. Great team.......Thanks Jack & John!!!

Came in for window tinting, received input on different types and shades . Installation was fast and waiting area was relaxing and quiet, they also have a variety of items on display just in case you want something else added to your vehicle. Great job Jack, thank you.

If you need SmartStart Interlock device, DO NOT go here. They were charging me double the cost compared to Yonkers and Mamaroneck locations.

These guys do great work! Not only do they do great work, but they stand behind that work they do. I came in for a remote start installation and then decided to get HIDs installed. I left the shop and I noticed that my lights kept turning off and I would have to turn my lights off and on for them to come back on. Needless to say it got annoying so as soon as they opened the next day I gave them a call and without hesitation told me to come in and theyll take care of it. That they did! My lights are perfect, remote start is great, and I even got some interior floor leds installed. Great shop, great people, great customer service!

I came here 2 weeks ago becuse my radio wasntworking and jack was very nice and helped me get a new one for a good price after first ruling out all other possible issues he kept me informed on every step of the repair and even gave me a free auxiliary cord. I would recommend these guys to anyone and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

These guys take their work very seriously, originally I considered 3 stars for a problem in one of my units, immediately Jack called me and solved the problem. I recommend this place with a lot of confidence.

I called to make an appointment to have my aftermarket radio installed at Audio Illusions. I was assured that this would be no problem and brought my car in the next Saturday. First red flag came about 30 minutes after leaving my car, when I received a call from the guy installing the radio asking if it came with a manual. I received a few calls afterwards in the same vein, basically asking me for help doing his job. Hours later I was told the car was ready to pick up. The first thing I noticed was that they disconnected my factory microphone, so I am no longer able to make hands free calls. Neither my factory USB port nor my AUX port work, which I had made sure to stress ahead of time. It wasnt until some time after that I learned my hazard lights no longer work, which is a real problem. The installation at Audio Illusions was not cheap, and now Ive had to pay the dealer hundreds to fix just a small portion of your botched job. Im extremely disappointed with the outcome, and have been unable to use most of the features which I bought the aftermarket radio for in the first place.

On 10/31/2013 I took my 2004 bmw 325xi to Audio Illusions to do an Installation of two new Headlight and Two set of HIDS.. I had the parts with me. It was suppose to be a bolt on HEAD Light with minor modification for HID.. I can Understand the hours.. Owner was ok. He said it will take 2 to 3 hours. But it ended up taking close to six hours. They said its because of the aftermarket parts. They prefer their own stuff.. I am sure all of them are like that...may be they have their own reasons....:-)So i might have made a mistake ordering

I was looking for a dealer custom quality audio place for my vehicles. I was recommended by my friends at Acura of Westchester. When I arrived at Audio Illusions I was greeted by John the owner and he introduced me to Jack the manager whom sat with me to discuss my sound system and Viper alarm. I told Jack what i was looking for in sound quality and alarm protection. . He explained the different Radios, Amps and Speakers that would achieve my preferred sound preference. He also discussed the different options to the Viper Smart Start alarm that I chose. He saved me money on the sound system and alarm by explaining certain features that I did not need. The quality of the install was better than dealer quality. My Vehicle was treated as his own. I was more than satisfied with the Audio Illusion experience. Also had my windows tinted which came out spectacular. Customer service after the install is top notch. When I call with a question, it is answered promptly, even through facebook.I would highly recommend Audio Illusion for your new, old and custom classic car.John and Jack accommodate the customer 100%.They are on time with their schedule.I have brought 3 of my family vehicles here for numerous installs and have recommended many friends for car, truck and motorcycle installations.All satisfied. I travel 30 miles and pay a toll to Audio Illusions and it is well worth it. I would not leave my vehicles elsewhere.This place is the REAL DEAL Old School car place!
