The first time I went to this store was lighting fast, they knew exactly what I was looking for and I was out of there real quick! I was there again and it was a disaster, parking lot is packed people are triple parking. So I thought I go in it will be lighting fast again! But I was wrong nobody offered me help but I was able to find what I was looking for. Now Im standing on line waiting to pay, only 2 people on front of me only 1 person working and answering the phone at same time while the rest of them they were just hanging around. Im still waiting and I was forced to leave the item and go because I was to move my car. I wont go to that store again!

Waited in line for THIRTY minutes to check out for one single item. Would have been quicker to just drive to another store to buy it. 3 out of the 4 people ahead of me just walked out. If you want to see what it looks like for employees not to have a single care, this is the place to go!!!!
Bottom line if you dont like your job quit. Its amazing how Auto Zone puts out commercial advertising how great they are and how friendly staff is not everyone is the same. But when you work in a environment like this or anywhere customers come first. And management needs to take a good look outside its horrible this is not a mechanic shop it looks like people are changing their oil on cars on premises and doing mechanic work on cars. How does the city of New Rochelle let this happen Ive grew up in this town and to see it go to scrap its uncalled for because of people that dont care about the neighborhood or environment its a chance will be making a complaint to the city of NR.

Wait times are really bad, only one worker at the time. Ended up not even getting help as I needed. I drove a long way to come here, the worker is respectful and told me he would not be able to help me. I wish that this store hires more workers. Having one worker doing everything is just very unprofessional. I saw him answer so many calls whilst trying to handle customers. They should have workers on hand when it gets busy. I ended up waiting close to an hour just to leave. The first visit I visited this store I really enjoyed how the worker helped me. Unfortunately this store’s reputation has fallen down the roof. Even whilst looking at recent reviews many complain about the long harsh wait times. Please hire more workers!
Alfredo was very helpful in finding the right headlight bulb for my Jaguar. He even changed them for me in the sun. He was very friendly and informative. I drive all the way cross city lines to go to this autozone
Worst store Ive been to in ages poor selection of products no customer help offered i had to flag a guy down when i went to pay for bottle of catcleaner manager made guy checking me out stop and move boxes on the floor behind the counter and put on register counter next to where i was. Everyone there was Mexican or Latino I felt discriminated against.They also had a sign posted at register currency shortage use card if you can sorry for inconvenience.
Very helpful staff here, the only quirk here is that got to match up products with the right tags. It will make for less of a headache and efficiency.
The sales associates are very rudy and disrespectful. They use profanity and deterogory words while customers are in the store. When speaking to a manager his response was I know one is just having a frustrating day and he will have him get off the register and not be with customers and he will have a conversation with him. Although the store manager witness behavior his words to try to satisfy me was the opposite I walked in he had a conversation with him at the back of the store and all you can here was the employee saying that customer is a B as my daughter went to interupt them to ask a question. And Worker went right back working on register...will not go there any more. What manager allows people to use the N word out flat infront of people.
I didnt recommend this auto zone of new rochelle, on Tuesday 15 I went to this place to buy a piece that was nesecited for my suv and waiting for a parking lot an employee of that business didnt let me park because he was the manager and it was going to park there. However, he got out of the car to invite me to fight if I didnt move from space. I dont think thats the way to treat a client.
We went there for a license plate civet and ended up purchasing much more. The license cover we bought was on the expense side and Duffy come with screws to affix it to the car. We bought screws separately which ended up being too short for the holder. They were good about taking back the screws and giving us longer ones and lending me a screwdriver to install it.
Always get my fuel add ons just before refuling is a must
Just came to autoZone and needed a new battery for my 2011 Subaru forester. Never changed the battery before and Douglas helped me very knowledgeable and patience I highly recommend him.

The closing time is 10 pm shows in google, when i come to this autozone, at9.14 Pm the employee and the manager said they close at 9 pm and I can’t buy anything so rudely. Horrible and disrespectful and disappointed with autozone . 👎👎👎 I wouldn’t come back again.

I purchased a headlight at dusk but was told after I purchased it that they were too busy to install it. They were slight busy but I would have been more than happy t wait. I was told to come back in the morning for installation

They were not motivated to help. The customer ahead of me got fed up after waiting for about 10 minutes. They were not even busy, 4 workers in the store and they are moving as if they’re stuck in mud. This is so sad. All of them young men. I asked them to look up a relay for me and one of them after sauntering over the the cash register was too lazy to even put the numbers into the computer. “Roger” or something last name. They are not trying to help at all. They should just stay home if the work is too hard for them.
I went to AutoZone on Friday, May 22 at 6:30 PM. I was having a horrible day because my car got stuck when I got to work it turns out I needed a new battery. I really wish I would’ve gotten the two employees names they really went out of their way to help me. Both of the guys really worked hard to get my battery out because the acid from my battery messed up the terminals. I work far from home so I really needed my car for the next day otherwise I would have problems at work. I had problems in the past with the employees of advance auto parts which is closer to my house so I didn’t want to go there. I am happy I went to AutoZone and I will continue to go there because the employees really do care about helping the customers. I am very grateful.

I go to this store pretty much all the time. The manager with the curl hair she was rude,mean and was not friendly at all. She is not eligible to be a manager. The rest of the guys were awesome that’s why I gave three stars.

Had to go to 3 Autozones looking for a part. Usually very low on stock, or out of stock. Lines are usually long, because theres not enough employees. The cashier has to also help out getting parts, so the line gets long quick waiting around for them to finish helping the customers. Needs improvement.
I want in the store to get antifreeze there was just two customers in front of me I waited a half an hour to get out of that place never go back again
Easily accessible from the Main Thoughofare Main St and within a half mile of I-95 exit 15. Parking is limited and can be a challenge.The store was clean and well staffed with Friendly employees. They had a decent stock of most items and I was able to purchase what I required.

So I came to this location after the previous location completely wasted my time. I thought I was going to have the same ordeal, until I met Ludwig. This guy is the golden standard of what a manager and leadership is. He couldn’t promise me that he couldn’t fix my headlight — the reason I came to Autozone in the first place — but he did everything in his power to help me out, fix the problem, and even educated me on some important car information about my Audi. Very helpful staff. Willing to step out to your car in the parking lot to see what exactly is needed (once even walked around the corner where I stalled out!) Prices for parts are low and def look up your vehicle to ensure the right part is used. Parking is TIGHT!!! Tiny lot.

I was lucky to catch Manny, who provided amazing customer service. Helped me identify the different fluids my car needed, and pick out the perfect windshield wipers for my cars model. He even carried my stuff to the car for me, AND filled/installed all the products! He was very knowledgeable about my cars model, and I felt very comfortable about making my purchases. The store itself had a good variety of products available for different car models, and great sales.
The Auto Zone on ; Rt.1, New Rochelle, has a NONQUILEFIED personal workers .I would rated them ; 00, but there is NO such option .Hope they go down, because they are NO help to near by naborhood in need of items .7/07/20 .
Very refreshing service. I usually avoid AutoZone locations, unless I know exactly what I need. Because to be honest, they are not the knowledgeable about cars and parts, as you would expect from a place like AutoZone. But here I got beside the part that I was looking for, a professional advice that actually helped me choose the right part. I can recommend this location.
They are more than happy to give you the rewards points by simply supplying them your phone number attached to your rewards card on file when you are making a purchase.Not the same when you go to redeem your $20 rewards points now they request the card on file....I wouldnt even leave a 1 star..........but its the only way you can post the review..11/15/2018 8:00 am
They are helpful with finding the parts you need as well as explaining how to install your purchases. Weekends are usually pretty busy so I recommend going in the early evening right after work. The parking can be tricky so be patient. The prices seem comparable to other stores. Until recently, the free assistance made this place my destination when I have a question about my car but unfortunately the last few visits left me with more questions than answers so I wont be going back anytime soon.

Everything was fine during my visit to this place. The parking lot is small and tends to have difficulty accommodating their daily peak customer traffic.

Staff isnt friendly or helpful. Seems more like they just dont care. Also didnt have anything in stock that I was looking for. Things I was looking for were very basic items. Got them at another AutoZone that was a lot better.
This is my main autozone. Pretty basic autozone. They guys here on the most part are okay in terms of service. Typically I always know what I need and I don’t ask questions or advice. I think that’s the key to any auto parts store, knowing what you need. Typically, if you have no idea what you need and ask questions auto parts guys look down on that and test you accordingly in my experience. So make sure you do some basic research.This autozone never failed me, so whatever you are looking for youll probably find it here.
Ludwig the manager and Alberto gave fantastic service I thought that I would have a problem being that my battery check was compromised. It was a hassle free visit in-and-out in no time great service especially when youre on the go.
I waited in line with several other frustrated customers as we watched six (yes we counted) employees do nothing as one person (we was trying his best) worked the register... Then I asked a question, which was a big mistake on my part. Not only did the employee offer me the wrong product, but he told me I was wrong when I found the product that I actually needed. The product he was offering costs more and would have damaged my car. I found my answer on the internet while I waited on line (thankfully their ridiculous service gave me the time I needed). I showed my findings, which was on the companys direct website, to the employee and he shrugged... Bad form guys.

Finally I asked the one guy behind the counter stocking parts is there anyone that can cash me out?His response was cash or credit?When I said cash his response was youll have to wait for someone else to help you!So as Im leaving there were 2 employees outside looking at a car.I stated do you have someone behind the register they looked at me like I had two heads..At that point I just left....UNBELIEVABLE

I went to this AutoZone that I was unfamiliar with and I noticed that they didnt have a car service center. Sadly I know nothing about cars and parts and what to do with them so I really need a lot of help. Ludwig was the sales person that assisted me. Not only did he give me the right part for my car but he installed it for me. I tried to give him a tip and he wouldnt take it. This is customer service at its best.
