The gentleman who helped my friend was excellent, very helpful, insightful, and polite. He didnt rush us or made us uncomfortable. Definitely recommended them.

Do NOT use their service. I called them to tow my car a block up and they overcharged me not only that but they threatened to get my car towed away for no reason. They think they could do what ever because they work with the new Rochelle police department but things don’t work like that. I repeat again do NOT bother to use their service. I regret calling them.

I had a contract with Safeway towing that if any vehicle would park on my private property without permission Safeway would come and tow it away. I had two separate incidents where I needed to tow the vehicles Safeway never came all they had was plenty of excuses. Don’t Use Safeway they’re scammers!!!!

Prompt in answering the phone . Theres no proper place to park the car. Work done is okay but later than the promised date.

Its nothing much to share the bottom line is when someone promise you you will have your car at the place you wont it between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm todays Day and its happening you dont have to say anything else except thank you

Brought my car in for body work, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was taken care of through insurance, didnt have to do much more than sign my name. They text you daily updates on the repairs, work came out great. Highly recommend.

Over charge storage fee, they asking $150 per day for truck storage !!??NY law is $35 per day maximum storage fee .

Great quality work and friendly, attentive staff. I expressed my concerns about my insurance company wanting to skim on the quality of my repair, and the ownership (Junior) totally got it. They made sure the work was done right and I would definitely go back to Safeway for any body work I need in the future.

Worst Toying company ever, they towed my car paid $353 with tax during the night time.Flat tire they towed it from the HIGHWAY to that stupid shop, the driver said it takes 20min to change the tire I said ok.we get there while they processing the payment the driver when and pick up another car. So I have to wait for him because the mechanics shop is closed and no mechanics available. I ask can I just fill it up with air then? The despatch said no I cant fill it up and he doesnt know how to do it, I have to wait for the driver.Are you serious???I wait for 3hrs for the driver just to put a air on my tires. They didnt even towed my car from the garage they had to drive it and leave it on the street. They dont even help me fill up the tires I had to do it on my own.Poor me am so tired and sleepy I drove my car with a flat tire and on the highway I remember I had a spare tire so I changed on the road.I was able to get home safe thank you

I had no issue initially when my car was towed but several items were stolen out of my car and when I called to discuss this I was brushed off and never received a call back. I would not trust them nor use them again.

This company towed my vehicle after i had an accident with my brother in the car on A Saturday night. My brother and I work construction framing a house and had just ordered brand new dewalt tool belts that were in our car. We took the belts with us in the tow truck so that we would have them for work on Monday. Somehow between I suppose the shock and just frazzle of the whole incident we forgot to take our belts out of the tow truck. The truck driver dropped us off and we took a lyft home. We didn’t realize that we had left our brand new $70 tool belts with all the tools in them, in the tow truck until the next day. We called the company and they lied about having our tool belts and said we brought them with us. This is not just like losing a little cell phone, these are big and bulky items that have to be carried with strength or worn properly, I think I would remember taking it with me. It comes down to that this company not only did they call and say hey u guys left your expensive tools in our tow truck but actually lied about having them at all! Even after we called and asked! This is not the way u run a business and I personally shame all who were involved in stealing mine, and my brother’s personal items. So to anyone thinking of using this company u better be damn well desperate, oh and hold on to your items. Also take pictures of everything in your vehicle before it’s towed because if I have something of value it just very well might be gone when u go to retrieve your car. One more thing to mention is that their customer service is piss poor as well. Unfortunately u just can’t trust anyone in this world, and u def can’t trust Safeway Towing. How’s that for your review. You’ll prob take it down but I’ll put up another one don’t worry. 😩😡🤬

Called the police on me when I complained.The owner told me to get the F out of here and he is not fixing nothing and took my 1000.00 deductible from my insurance.
