I had such an amazing experience with Hope Kitchen! They transformed my small outdated studio kitchen into a luxurious spacious one. I now have so much counter space for cooking- it’s perfect! I was so pleased with the help I received from Adam- he delivered a design that will fit all of my needs and made sure I was happy. Adam even added a custom spice rack that I love! Overall I’m so in love and satisfied with my kitchen. I want to also give a special thanks to Shqipe who assisted Adam during this process. Great customer service 👏🏼

I had a great experience with Benny who gave us a really great deal on new kitchen cabinets, upgraded quartz counters and 3 new bathroom vanity sets of varying sizes. He personally came out to measure the space and made accurate renderings of the space prior to ordering. He was very flexible and took care of what needed to get done efficiently and effectively, and was patient with the whole permitting process and scheduling his installers to come out. I plan to work with him again on our future kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs, and would highly recommend him to others.

I recently renovated my kitchen and used the services of Hope Kitchen in New Rochelle, NY. I had a wonderful experience working with Benny and all of the staff. The design process was easy, pricing was right, amazing quality of in-stock cabinetry and installation was incredible. I would very highly recommend Hope Kitchen to anybody looking to replace their kitchen.

Dealt with Carlos extremely poor customer service. Would not give quote in store instead texted me a price, I asked for an itemized quote and refused to send me told me they arent allowed to like what kind of business cant give you a written quote. I have had two kitchens done with hope kitchens, and more specifically Benny. I can say that they have always been very professional, timely, efficient and clean. Their showroom is clean and modern, the product is great, and the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen!

Id like to share how my negative experience became a positive one. I posted my review and was recently contacted by Adam from Hope Cabinets. We spoke, and he reassured me that he would look for the doors. He actually got back to me and indicated that they no longer had these doors. He offered to reimburse me for the doors. Adam actually hand delivered the check to me. Shout out to Adam for being a great individual! He definitely deserves a promotion and a raise! Thank you Adam!!!Below is my previous review. I give Hope Cabinets a 5 now because of Adam!!If I could give them a zero I would. These guys are totally dishonest and ruthless. My sales person was Carlos. I bought my mothers kitchen cabinets from them back in 2017. I politely called and stopped into the store numerous times asking that 2 of the cabinet doors be exchanged. The color of the wood is lighter. I got the run around from Carlos and the owner. Its pretty pathetic and disgraceful to treat my mother who is now94 yrs. old like this. They literally took her money and didnt give her what she paid for. Theyre are thieves. DO NOT shop at this place. Youll be sorry. Theyre word means nothing. I hope they go out of business.

Hope kitchen did an awesome job with my kitchen at a very fair price. I highly recommend them! So happy with the results.

We are currently living in what won’t be our forever home so we were happy with our kitchen. It was the perfect price point, the installers were quick and fairly neat. The countertop took an extra week to get but it was exactly what we wanted.Edit: originally gave 4 stars. But after 3+ months of absolute frustration, my review needs to be changed. Our pantry cabinet was not done properly. A cheap glue was used to keep the side board on and the board is bowed. Because of the curve of the board it is now popping off the side and looks HORRIBLE! I dealt with Carlos. He is a smooth talker and promised me it would be fixed time and time again. I have every message correspondence to prove it. Long behold here we are three months since our first conversation and NOTHING has been done. I’ve made it clear that work can only occur during the week from 9am-5pm, a very fair window of opportunity. He sent someone on the weekend, they did the few things that they were able to but could not do the main repair. During this appointment I was also told by their guys that “who ever did my installation did not fully do it. There should be a special molding on the bottom of the cabinet but instead, it was left bare.” I hope my experience helps you chose a company!

Hope Kitchen reviewStay far away no matter how good the price seems! It’s hard to say if the quality or the service is worse.The installers are sent without any knowledge of the job and no communication abilities. First my stone came cut incorrectly and Benny kept telling me it was just the installer, not the stone. However, there were different overhangs throughout the space and it was obvious it needed to be redone. As a designer, I know installs always have their hiccups. However, many aggravating conversations later, including a threat to dispute the balance charges, the stone was finally recut. After many post-installation visits for repairs (because the team is sent without any instructions or materials), they requested balance payment before it was completed. When I happily agreed to remit the balance once my stone was recut properly and my seams, chips and drips repainted, and my handles leveled, Benny screamed at me that if I wanted that good of a job done I should’ve told him upfront or gone elsewhere. You can imagine my confusion when he had initially marketed Hope Kitchen to me as a high end kitchen store. Months later my kitchen still has I leveled doors and missing shelves despite many attempts to contact them to fix it. As a designer, I’ll stay very far away from this company for future clients.
