The best staff on the planet! They always make sure you’re being attended to, unlike many other Starbucks in the area. They remember your name if you’re a regular! Always a pleasure to stop in for my morning coffee (with lots of espresso!) before heading to work.

Friendly, kind, ans attentive staff - very hard working. We are always greeted upon entering our order is checked on as soon as we walk in.We make our usual weekend stops and have been more than satisfied with the customer service and products. We will continue to be regular customers.Not sure about the negative reviews for this location. Places get busy. Maybe be more patient. Kindness goes a long way.

Some employees aren’t considerate enough, they just want the day to pass by. Don’t worry, we’ve all been there, but why is it so hard to ask if a person wants their cookie warmed? I asked for a cookie once and they didn’t ask if I wanted it warm, then I forgot and went home with a cold cookie. Noo. Also had experience with the drinks, they’re ok..

Fast service, friendly staff, clean restroom - just what youd expect from a Starbucks.

The people who work at Starbucks have always been fantastic, and really good at what they do, and Im greatful for that. They are one of main reasons i frequented Starbucks, that and a great cup of coffee I could always rely on But when I asked Starbucks, the Corp., for a cup without the politics and minus the shaming for my skin color... well that they couldnt get right. Good riddance, besides now they dont have to do business with my type, you know the kind that judges people by the content of thier character and not the color of the thier skin.

Must be a bad day, the attitude of the staff was terrible. Eye rolls, scarism. Didnt notice this in the past but today was bad.

This one is good, they dont drink from your cup like the other location does on North Ave next to the McDonalds.

Every time I go to this location I have a wonderful experience! The team is super inviting and friendly and interact with you as if they’ve known you for a while. Keyla in particular has such a great, warm demeanor and she has great energy even in the early mornings that I’ve come by for my pre-work caffeine boost. They’ve been such a breath of fresh air through the hard times we’re facing with the pandemic. They follow the mask guidelines and the store is always clean and you constantly see them wiping down the door handles and counters which of course makes me feel safe. I love this Starbucks and will continue coming to this one even though I have one closer to my area solely based on the consistently excellent customer service I receive.

Love the Wykygal Starbucks!! The girls remember my name and ask me where I’ve been if I haven’t gotten coffee in a while. Kayla (I hope I spelt her name right) is always so sweet and full of energy!! Love getting my coffee with a smile!!

Visited this Starbucks passing through town! Great customer service, my drink was done with love, definitely will come back again if I visit anytime soon.

I get that they’re busy I really do but I asked one of the baristas if my mobile order was ready and they said no they were still waiting on something. I ask her again 20 minutes later and she grabs a bag that has been sitting there the ENTIRE time I’ve been waiting. If you took 5 seconds to actually pause and look for my order I wouldn’t have been standing here wasting my time. On top of that my order was wrong and when I said something to the another girl she had a poor attitude and 2 of them weren’t even wearing their masks properly.

Terribly slow and unattentive to customers. Their disregard for the customers experience keeps people inside for longer periods of time because they are not fulfilling the orders properly or promptly. Lazy

This is a fantastic Starbucks. Why? It is bright, clean, full of window and an outside patio. Free parking too. The staff is pleasant. Nice size restrooms and clean too. I often visit this place when my mother goes to the hairdresser. The drinks are consistent. Food is always good. The atmosphere is lively. This place is spacious as well. Give it a try one day. This is a super Starbucks with a great patio outside. Do not miss it!

Female worker with short curly hair gave a bit of an attitude. I can tell she wasnt happy to work there. She was working around 10:30 am Monday morning.

I think this is one of the best Starbucks. The people that work are very nice. Lori has the place running smoothly. Michelle is very nice sometimes she will bring my order to me at the table which she doesnt have to do. I have been going here around 10 years

I spend a lot of time at this particular Starbucks either studying or catching up on emails. This is a good-sized Starbucks compared to others in the area. The seating consists of: 4-5 regular tables with 2 chairs each, a long table that seats about 8, 3 high tables with 2 chairs each and a spacious outdoor seating area. My only complaint is the limited amount of outlets that are accessible. If you sit at the long table, there is a power strip underneath and you’ll have a good chance of finding an outlet. If you sit anywhere else, good luck! Around 3 o’clock they get a rush of teenager kids from nearby schools, but the staff does a great job of serving them and it clears up pretty quickly. They also have wonderful, friendly staff working here! I cannot tell you how many times I have seen a customer walk in and the staff already has their order ready!

The Batistas there are very respectful and always have a smile on their faces. Very quick to acknowledge you in line. Parking is a little tight but spaces free up quickly. The inside is nicely decorated and seats are plenty.

My favorite Starbucks, And maybe if I share it’ll get better. Too often: Orders taken correctly, written down on the cups correctly and off we go in the car to discover the orders are all wrong. My kids: 😡

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years. The Manager and her staff are very professional and attentive . They make the atmosphere a friendly small town energy which I love. I believe Lori sets a high standard for the employees, and its evident by the full house I usually walk into that theyre doing something special. ..all of which I appreciate, since Im there twice a day! Thanks for making me feel special. ..

I normally enjoy Starbucks but this site was not such a great experience. We chose a table and one of the staff was waking around cleaning every other table that had no one on it while we were sitting at a crumb-strewn, sticky table waiting for him to wipe it down. Then he left his wet rag on the counter near the sugar and milk stuff, grabbed a broom and started sweeping, totally ignoring us. I finally lost patience after 5 minutes, grabbes the rag and wipes down our own table. I would have thought he would see me and tell me let me do it. Nothing doing.Not going back to this place, sorry.

This starbucks is amazing. Always friendly staff and great service. They get you in and out very quickly, if you order online forget about it- your drink is made very fast. They have it together, havent tried to drive thru yet, its just smarter if you order online.

Went there today in morning ... the signs are conflicting with covid going on and girl working there today seemed to be annoyed because I was confused about whether I was allowed inside or not. Also she put extra ice in my drink and made it poorly, besides serving me an attitude.

This starbucks was small but still had the Starbucks flare. The staff (2) were pleasant and shared a smile. We would have settled there, my wife and I, but because they didnt have holiday in the mood music. We left and had our special Java in the car and listened to Delilah. Lol.

Understanding that the customers that come in this place are super extra for no reason I would kind of understand the customer service hence the reason I rather mobile order, it seems like this starbucks has an issue with even that. Even after 10 min my food wasn’t ready, time means a lot to most. I’m not in there telling you to kiss my feet like the regulars but just get stuff done in a timely manner for us pheasants

They can never seem to get my order right. When asking for it to be fixed, I get a blank stare as if I am asking for too much. I want my drink they way i requested it. I keep trying this place because it is convenient for my errands but NEVER do i have a pleasant experience.

Its a chill starbucks. Theres plenty of parking outside. The vanilla caramel whatever I got tasted good and kept me awake.

Not all locations are the same...this one has reasonable inside seating and has a great outdoor deck. plenty of off-street parking too. Service is good and employees are nice and attentive. generally very clean.

My Caramel Frappuccino was not that good. There were not any napkins, and when I asked...the manager, just took his sweet time getting it. I did not feel comfortable. This Starbucks will not be seeing me again!

One of the most professional Starbucks locations. I used to be disappointed when the line was too long, thinking it will take me an hour to get my coffee. But they are very efficient, and i never waited more than 10 minutes, no matter how long was the line.

I was in at 6.05pm on Sunday 18th 2018 with my son. The cashier had an obnoxious attitude (slim, dark skinned female) . Gave back 10 singles as change, when I asked if she at least had a couple of 5s she said she had only one and was saving it . Saving it for what? Isnt it better to save the small bills for change .If it was just that, Id say she was just having a bad moment but after sitting and overheating her interactions with other customers, I realized she just did not have a professional demeanour about her .

I enjoy the coffee very much. Try a coffee from their Clover machine. Reverse French Press. No idea what that means, but thats how they make it.

Good products, service and staff. My daughter and I had a relaxing time on the outside patio.

DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely awful service. They gave the ppl behind me their drinks first. Mine took so long I couldnt wait for it and had to leave. One guy asked for no whipped cream and when they gave it to him with whipped cream the waitress just scooped it off and gave it back, despite the fact that the reason he couldnt have it was bc he couldnt eat any traces of whipped cream.

The place was so infested with teenage girls ordering hot chocolate that the staff forgot how to make a decent coffee. Perhaps another Starbucks can correct the terrible experience at this one.

The Barista was rude (young Black woman w.hair pulled back). I asked her if my frap was Coffee light & youd have thought I asked for her first born child. She needs a lesson in grace under pressure. I expect more from Starbucks employees. Date and time: 3pm on Thur March 2nd. Everyone else was VERY nice, esp. the cashier (young, Black male...a little stocky). They do move fast, though. Thats all Ive got!

Has to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. The building quality is nice and the outdoor sitting is beautiful so this place gets good reviews but the workers at this place are AWFUL. I have been there 10 times and they have messed up my order 9 times. There was a pregnant women who worked there who had the worst attitude and would comepetly mess up my order and then disappear into the back. I sat there one time for 10 minutes waiting for my sandwich just to find out the worker lady never even submitted my sandwhich order even tho I payed for it. And one time the worker forgot to put ice in my ice coffee !!!!! They always give you completely melted ice in your ice coffee that dissolve in 2 minutes and your ice coffee will taste so watered down. WORST Starbucks in the worldI keep giving this place another try because its right next to where I stay but it is the worst employees in the world !!! YOU GET MY ORDER WRONG EVEY TIME

Had a very unpleasant experience since the manager on duty today at 10am friday 2/23/18 was arguing with an employee outside at the parking lot next to my car right at the entrance of the store. Extremely unprofessional specially when in work attire.
