Great location, huge store, wide array of products. My biggest complaint is the filthy bathroom, no matter what time of day its always filthy. I wont gross everyone out by being explicit but it was bad.

I love this ShopRite! They have such a great selection of items, a dedicated health nut aisle (gluten free, keto, etc), and great produce. The prices are reasonable and theres always a sale or discount on something. Make sure you sign up for their membership card! Just know, the parking lot is your typical parking lot and is not part of the store, haha.

Firstly, I hope this experience never happens again! I usually have nothing bad to say about this particular location, but as you can see this day it was absolutely repulsive in the meat section. I couldnt believe my eyes. I took a few pics and I was out of there. I didnt want anything from the meat section, deli, or anything else they could have packed. It seemed like they were restocking and short staffed but I dont think theres a valid enough excuse to leave that meat section like that. I feel sick just writing about it. Please do better, be better, and quickly address it.

I visited this supermarket today for the first time with my family. Theres a large variety of products in every department; very nice, clean and orderly, and many visible employees working diligently. This store reminds me of what a supermarket used to be in the early days of the 1960s thru 1980s, upscale with good service. The prices are fair if you get whats on sale; food looks fresh with baked goods done on the premises and hot food,too.Overall, its a nice place to shop once in awhile, away from my usual Stop and Shop in the Bronx. Oh, the fried chicken tray I purchased (8 pieces) was not very tasty, I like the one from stop and shop, much juicier and tasty.

By far one of the best Shoprites in the area! Huge location with plenty of options and even has a liquor store next door which is a huge plus! Always try to stop in for any needs anytime I’m in the area!

Great selection of products. The prices are better when compared to other supermarkets in the area. They have a lot of meatless products, dairy free milks and yogurts and also more ice cream varieties than other places. Friends who eat meat told me their meat selection is also good.

Store is nice. Service sucks always busy. Never have enough lines open. Only go in the morning hours.

I found just about everything I was looking for. The store wasnt very crowded and the aisles were well stocked for a Monday evening.They are stocking a different brand of frozen gyro meat that is overpriced for what you get. The meat slices are very thick. I dont like the one they stock now.I much prefer the previous brand that was packaged in a resealable bag in the frozen snack section next to the beer. They had beef or chicken and the slices were thin like when they slice it off a rotating spit in a Greek place. This makes the homemade gyro feel more authentic.😉I hope they bring back the other brand. 🙄

A very full market, there are products in the store I cant find in other places. It does get busy during certain times of the week and the weekends. Checkout is usually quick.

Good supermarket. Decent enough staff. Looks clean and smells clean. The Japanese sushi and sashimi area is delicious, and the people who run it are the nicest people in the whole store!! Only criticism, they need more produce options.

My mom and I went in to use the change to dollar machine. Midway through, the machine stopped working. Workers Tami and Natasha came to the rescue! They quickly and efficiently assessed and resolved the situation. They were super friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

I love my New Rochelle Shoprite & all who work there.Lately the bakery dept never have the small loavesof rye bread with seeds its agreat product I think your not making enough Doesnt matter what time of day I go no small whole loaf of rye with seeds. Please see if this can be corrected.

Most of the workers at this store location is very unprofessional. I have been going to shop rite of New Rochelle over a year and a half. I have seen some changes in the rudeness and how things are handled at a customer service level. Every time I go there I am being accused of having not enough money to pay for my food. When I used to go on the check out line I was being double charged for items. A basket that would ring up 75 dollars would be rung up to 120. I have had asset protection approach me on numerous occasions, the first time my card had an error as I stepped away, the workers began to put my food back, as if there were no other carts just sitting around. Another time was when the cashiers seen my son playing with something, as a mother pulling the cart I can not see what he may have picked up. Instead of the worker mentioning my son picked something up in his hand, they had asset protection run after me. This last time the managers and workers seen me in the store for about a good 2 hours. The front end manager waits until I ring half my cart up to tell assets protection I can not buy anything from the store. He also called the POLICE on me while I have my 2 younger children. I have worked at shoprite for 3 years in the past, I know for a fact that there should be way better customer service that what is given.The fact that my son had broke a bag of rice, I can understand If I broke the bag and damaged the 10 dollar bag of rice. Even if I was told do not come back with the children would be more understandable, How do I get banned from a store and I did nothing besides be a GREAT customer and continuously shop? Is that considered harassment, I did not do anything?

Nice big store. Very good pricing and selection. Quality produce, meat and seafood depts. Only real draw back is checking out..takes way too long, never enough cashiers.

Got there about 10 PM. Closes at 12.. Lots of stuff already being put away. Low supplies on a few things.

Would be zero stars if I could. Booked a pick up time slot for 7 p.m. on 12/23; drove a half hour, got there, and was told (after the person before me was told the same thing) that they hadnt even started my order, and I should come back tomorrow (on Christmas Eve). Not particularly apologetic, though I did feel bad for the person working in the pickup department, as she clearly didnt have much help. Not fair to do to her, and not fair to do to customers, especially when people are making conscious efforts to utilize these so called services to stay out of crowded places. Called the manager who couldnt have cared less. Awful place.

This is an excellent supermarket. Well stocked, very fresh veggies and fruits. Though I didnt buy the meats looked good. Biggest plus is that there were lower prices here than where I normally shop. Will definitely make this a regular stop when I shop.

This is one of my favorite supermarkets. It’s a large store, so they have a lot of different food items to choose from. They also have an amazing bakery that makes beautiful cakes. Plus their sushi and Asian buffet area are super clean and fresh.

Lots of parking, lots of options, and has some decent prices. Also has a salon and dry cleaners inside, I havent personally gone to either the dry cleaners or salon inside but they seem decent.

We were visiting from Central NY & needed breakfast foods to bring to a friends house. It was a clean, nice place. Had some prepared foods to go (like yogurt parfaits & fruit/veggie salads). Nice selection of Chobani yogurts! Bakery seemed OK. Bagels were OK. Things were stocked & well marked. Decent prices..esp if youre a ShopRite member. But, for quality of food & selection you cant beat Wegmans! (which we have where we live)
