Most of the staff are great. Customers leave displays a mess so it can be difficult to find things sometimes. I had a female employee bag my stuff a little too heavy handed without asking when I was minding my own at self checkout. My rbf did not say come try to help me when I dont need assistance.

You know how you can walk into a huge store like Home Depot and you cannot find an employee? Then in the distance you see one to flag down only to find it must be there first day in the store ever! And they dont know a thing about the products the store even sells let alone where they may be on a shelf!Well that is not this Home Depot! This Home Depot is doing something right! The employees are plentiful, each and everyone with intelligence and knowledge of every product in every department in the store and absolutely knows where Everything is! They get engaged with you to accomplish your project. This Home Depot Team are deserving of a Five Star rate and More! They truly make it my favorite store!

The store was real busy.However, The customer service was really good.I didnt get his name but the guy that cut a piece of wood into 3 pieces for me was very nice.And Kathy the cashier was really nice.

This store is beginning to wear its age. The parking lot is covered in litter and the landscaping cuts up the areas in which park creating a bit of a headache when walking to and from the store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable enough to make you feel welcome. A major issue Ive always had is the returns line, and yes I said line. There is room enough to open another line and it seems as if one employee is always watching another here, why not just open a second line. It would make returns so much quicker. This is by far one of Ashes and my store to visit. Every employee has their own way of making you and your pet friend welcomed and enjoying socializing amongst others as you look for those specific items to accent your home or repair homes for others as a career.

Home Depot for what youre looking for is a wonderful place to go. if you have a military ID card they give you a military discount and there are people willing and ready to show you where everything is that you want to purchase. I highly recommend it.

The store is clean. Most of the employees are willing to help. Some arent. One cashier KELLY was very rude! She needs to work on her people skills. I wont go through her line again ‼️

Had to purchase appliances for my new house. Totally overwhelming. Matt in appliances spent all evening going through them all. Finding me what is actually available and rebates etc. I got the full appliance experience. He was wonderful. I am very appreciative of all his help.

I went here looking for a Colored Decorative Toilet seat.All they had was White & Brown.

This is a clean, well stocked and very organized Home Depot. There’s quite a few large trees in the parking lot which means you may be able to park in the shade. That’s a good thing in Florida. It’s also the rainy season in Florida which means all the bugs that are outside are going to want to come inside. They have a large variety of pest control items to choose from.

News flash, you dont need someone to hold your hand while shopping, and it is YOUR responsibility to educate yourself on products and potential purchases. If you have time to write a nasty review, you have time to type your little question into the Google search bar rather than wasting someone elses time.

I take my jack Russell there and she loves the great staff. Have a very good selection and helps me decorate my house. Plants are real healthy too

Our customer service has been non existent after we paid in full for our new kitchen. Damaged, missing, and incorrect orders has left us with No kitchen for 2 months. More damaged goods arrived and we are at minimum another month until delivery. Not to mention the additional cost for the contractor to have to remove and replaced damaged cabinets.Calling time and time again and they never returned calls. Impossible to see a manger.We had to pay in full when our cabinets arrived so we have no recourse. Very disappointed.I could not recommend.me depot for a kitchen remodel.

I live and shop Home Depot in Nevada, never an issue, Florida on the other hand feels our service doesn’t count! I’ll be shopping Lowe’s from now on in this state!!

I went to the service desk to ask a question, she sent me to the isle to talk to an associate, no one, went back to the desk and asked to page assistance, waited nothing..... put 2 items back walked away for several minutes... came back counted 5 aisles with no associates in any department

I went to this store a few days ago to get some paint and one of the employees was extremely rude. I asked where it was and he first ignored me, then gave a snarky, sexist reply and walked away. Name tag was Jayson. Brown/blond hair with a big nose. Otherwise a very good store

Home Depot is okay but there are issues with ordering online. My last order was screwed up so bad I cancelled it with a rude HD phone representative but when I called to complain about how rude she was the new HD rep tried to help. Turns out the ordering system screwed up for her the same way it did for me. Besides that the New Smyrna Beach, Fl store is pretty much the best. Before lumber went sky high I was stocking up on marked down lumber. Now its hard to find.

Made an appointment for flooring estimate. Received an email that stated I had to go to pick out flooring. This makes sense for fast quote based on what materials I selected. Go after work and after I waited for two coworkers to finish their converstion about ones own kitchen cabinets, I am nonchalantly told that I dont have to pick flooring. When I explained I got an email, I was blown off so I left. When they measured, I had to go back to pick product. I took my husband this time. employee came to the area started digging through cabinets above desk rather than acknowledge us there in flooring department. When he finally stopped pretending to be busy he helped us. I felt rushed. Quote wasnt bad but went with another vendor. the employee wasnt able to answer basice quedtions about crew size. I dont know if I will bother with Home Depot again.

My favorite toy store

Ive been installing tile for probably 8 years now and have shopped at a lot of different Home Depot stores in that time. This is probably my favorite. The tall bearded guy in flooring is extremely friendly and always willing to help.

Real PIA. Took 3 different people to place our order and of course it wasnt correct when delivered which resulted in time on the phone with NO resolution and another trip to the store. The traffic is good getting there and back but Im only going there when absolutely necessary from now on!

I love Home Depot because the people there are so knowledgable and can help solve problems.I wanted to replace a doorknob on a closet with a dummy knob, but didnt know the part names. A man from the door department directed me to everything i needed for the project. One and done!!!

To the bitter old lady named Joyce Sampson who suggested that staff needs to familiarize themselves with inventory instead of saying we dont carry that. Take in mind that there are 38,000 products in the New Smyrna Beach Home Depot. To familiarize yourself with even a fraction of that is physically impossible. Are you too moronic to educate yourself on products you wish to purchase, or just too lazy to read the package? Theres also a Home Depot app for your phone that tells you what and where a particular item is located in any given store.

I am only giving home depot 2 stars because they will let you come and pick stuff up in their store, but dont try to have something delivered to your house. They should try to dissuade customers from trying to have items delivered to their house cause they are not good at it. I recently ordered an item they claimed could be at my house on the 6th, on the 6th they changed it up and now it will be the 9th. This is poor customer service, I needed it on the 6th which is why I opted for home depot instead of Amazon. I called home depot to cancel the order and they wont do that because they say its in transit, but its not in transit because Fedex said its at some warehouse. I told home depot customer service they need to call fedex and have them ship it back to them and cancel my order, but she said that was against store policy. I told her I cant believe home depot has anti-customer store policies, I said Amazon will refund your money if its not there when they say it will be so I know its possible. End result is I will do my business with Amazon from now on and I will never buy another thing from home depot

Its a Home Depot. The place is in a little disarray right now with the holidays. I dont know if its because of COVID or what, but inventories of certain things were low. Seems to be getting better, but still hit or miss. Staff wearing PPE, but with customers its hit or miss.

Absolutely no help offered to find what I needed. Absolutely no help loading a large load of wood into my truck. I was by myself. If you give the impression you might ask for help, associates scatter or pretend they dont know anything about the store they work in. Thats THEY - PLURAL!

I shop there quite often and like always it hard to get any assistance it seems like the associates there try to avoid the customers, we picked supplies to finish my project and about four associates walk by and never asked if we needed help. its like a plague going on and they avoid helping you, and the bad part is its been like that for years. it wasnt until I was just about done that somebody came over and saw me putting boxes of tile on my cart and when I gave them a snide remark they immediately got somebody else to come over and help them but at that point I was already done and exhausted, so much for helping your seniors.

Got great deal on items I needed. Has an excellent variety of items, could spend hours shopping.
