I went to Paradise Power Sports on Saturday, Sept. 5. I told the young lady at the front counter that I needed to ask someone about replacement parts for the lift kit that Paradise installed several years ago. After giving her my first and last name she went to the back showroom area and returned saying I needed to make an appointment for a diagnosis. I told her I knew what I needed and just wanted to ask if they had the parts. Again she went to the back where I could see she was talking to a man. She returned and again said I needed to make an appointment. I couldn’t believe the lack of respect for a customer. Especially, a returning customer who had already spent several thousand dollars there. As I left I advised the customers in the parking lot looking at golf carts about my experience. They promptly left. Brian, how do you stay in business with this kind of attitude towards your customers. How pathetic.

Our son is a number one huge STL Cardinals fan! A few years ago, we had Paradise Power Sports build him a cart complete with all sorts of baseball adornments. They did a fantastic job from the actual cart mechanics to the detailed artwork on it! It continues to run like a dream. We wouldnt go anywhere else because we have found the best at Paradise Power Sports!

Late April my Vino scooter would not start. I called late on a Friday night to leave a message and someone (owner) actually picked up and spoke with me. The next day they picked up the scooter and later in the day called back with a diagnosis. Within five days they had all the parts needed and assembled, and delivered it back to me. It’s been running great ever since. Except this morning when I got a flat tire. So I left a message and looking forward to working with you again 😃Not feeling the love second round 😟

Paradise is AMAZING. I am not from Florida. The “beach life” was new to me. I knew when I got down here I needed a cart. I knew nothing about them nor had I ever even driven one! The entire staff was so helpful. Ryley found me my perfect cart. Will their service manager had the best ideas for customizing it for me. Most of all, they made me feel really comfortable. Their #1 goal is to keep people safe, not to cash checks and it shows.Also the owners send out service reminders. My car dealer doesn’t even do that! Thank you Paradise family!

Had a wonderful experience buying our first golf cart. Paradise PowerSports customized our golf cart. They helped us in detail from start to finish on finding the perfect fit for our needs. The detail and time on helping us design our wrap for our business was more than just a purchase. The business is family run and each and every person truly cares about the buyers needs. The absolute best place in volusia county to purchase and customize golf carts, they can customize it any way you wish, top notch technicians are extremely good at what they do. Owners and staff are very friendly and great to work with. They make you feel like family. I highly recommend them. Always a great experience . They can also make your cart street legal.

Im not quite sure what to say. I have not had very positive experiences whatsoever with Paradise Power Sports. However I do believe in supporting local businesses but they make it very very hard. I was contacted about this review and instead of trying to resolve any issues I actually was yelled at so Ive gone from the two to one. Definitely check out other alternatives. You going to yell at me I wont back to your door. Im all about a conversation and a resolution not excuses and blame. And you do not defend your employees when they are wrong. You correct them teach them and you gain your customers back. They need a giant overhaul. There are truly alternatives to whatever they offer where you will be treated with respect as everyone should be. Remember youre the customer... they need your business you dont need theirs.

Shoddy workmanship plus shady sales does not equal Paradise! I bought a “new” rebuilt cart from them in May, 2017, and less than two years later I’ve having to do a full battery swap, and just as bad, the suspension is falling apart and the lift they added is loose! I drive my cart less than a mile every other day, entirely on cart paths, in a cart friendly community, yet the cart wobbles the whole trip. The steering wheel and front end feel like the tires are square; when driving straight, the steering wheel is oriented 90 degrees sideways; and when parked, you can shake a wheel and watch the control arms and steering linkage wiggle where bolts have come loose and nuts are missing cotter pins.I bought the cart in May, 2017 and looking at my purchase order, the cart had model year 2015 Trojan T-1275 batteries (which have an 18 mo warranty), so the batteries were already two years old and out of warranty when they sold it to me. I assumed I was buying a “newly” rebuilt cart. Yes, the cart came with a one year warranty, but they just got lucky the batteries lasted. They’ve been giving me a problem for a while, but no wonder: I thought they were ~2 years old, when they’re really 4 years old and have been in the cart, wired up, and in service those four years. I got maybe one good year of service out of this cart and since then it’s been one thing after another.You can spend the extra money now and buy new or a better made rebuild from a store with better, higher standards, or you can spend it later to make up for their poor quality and their deception.But I’m just a customer. You do you and make your own choice. But beware: this could happen to you. I’m sure there are better stores around. Are you willing to risk it?

Made a reservation in February for mid March and the reservation was “lost” despite charging my credit card a month in advance. I was then offered another smaller cart 1/4 of the time and twice the price. What an awful way to do business. Two thumbs down, a smear on New Smyrna Beach!

I must say I’ve never had a single bad experience, and the staff makes you feel like family. I hope to see them continue to succeed and look forward to many more positive transactions!

I purchased a used boat from them a few weeks ago. Everyone on staff that I met and spoke with was amazingly friendly. The sea trial was super honest and very straight forward with no BS. The boat motor did not pass the sea trial, but they very quickly took care of the issues that arose and within a day had the boat back out and running perfectly. Everything about the process from price to paperwork was handled efficiently and with great personal and professional care. Buy with confidence! All around good people!

Ive driven golf carts from Paradise Power Sports while on vacation in NSB and its always made the trip more fun! Their staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful and I look forward to coming in to the shop every time Im in town. I wish I lived in an area where it made sense to have my own cart too because their custom work always looks awesome.

Buyer beware this place is very dishonest do not take your golf cart there for anything. I recently had mine breakdown. I was driving it and it seemed to run out of gas but it was full no other problems. I had them pick it up and explained what was going on with it and it was clearly a fuel issue. They called back and said I needed a new engine and it would be 2000.00 to fix and said they had tested the fuel pump and it was good which I knew was a lie so I told them I would just pick it up. When I got there I was charged for repairs. So when we go to load it they hand me all the parts in a box that I had been charged for that she said they had done. So I put everything back together and drove to Titusville to honest dealer and bought a fuel pump and installed it in ten minutes and the golf cart runs fine. So only go there if you want ripped off

I cannot say enough amazing things about these people and their business. For well over 2 years, I have used them for purchases, repairs, parts, advice, rentals etc. They have always been upfront, honest, trustworthy and they love their community! From the owners to the receptionist they make me feel like Im the only customer they have. Im not sure about how you can not understand that you need to pay tax, tag and title etc on a purchase but its kind of a given. Additionally, these folks are the first ones in NSB to donate time and resources to give back to the community.

Buyer Beware- Brian and Team are quite the shady business dealers. First, was advertised a price for purchasing a cart online only to travel all the way to the dealership and be told a different price under the guise of taxes, fees and fees associated with using a card for payment.Secondly, they sold me matching rear seats and a seat kit that they knew didnt fit my golf cart and when I called back their solution was to hack up the seat kit and install new hardware (which ill have to buy) to make it fit correctly. Then when I said thats not how it should be when paying that amount of money for custom matching seats and a seat kit they did not offer any support to fix the problem. Their solution was to bring it in and charge me more labor $$ to have a local guy fix it. Totally not a business I would recommend to anyone as customer service is not something they remotely excel at!!

Rented a jeep golf cart for 8 hrs. Staff was courteous and fast. Vehicle was in much better condition than the competitors that we considered. I highly recommend them.

Seemed like a nice place to rent but make sure you have a major credit card and not a debit card. We were unable to rent a cart because of this. Sorry but not everyone has credit cards, we have no need for one! We Went down the street and had no problems renting one!

Mechanic said he could rebuild jet pump said it would take 3 hours but would only charge me for 1.5 after he figured out he couldent rebuild it he charged me for 1.5 anyway for just taking it apart and saying he couldent fix it .wouldnt give me money back for parts that they Dident use.called Daytona fun machines and they said they could rebuild it in 1.5 also called another mechanic he also said 1.5 so why did this mechanic say 3 hour at first ? To make it seem like hes giving me a deal when really hes ripping you off
